It's because of trust. Older Americans will remember the big McCarthy Esq era in 2002 where people were freaking out about "splinter cells" and "sleeper agents" who would send a terrorists to donn a suicide vest on a random Tuesday and go pickup a job as a substitute teacher and blow up the school. It wasn't a very rational fear then, and it's even less so now, especially when you realize that women can also wear suicide vests, and often did so in Iraq and Syria.

My advice would be to look at social stereo types that you identify with, social roles you expect to fulfill, and "love languages" you enjoy giving to others. Do you find it rewarding to maintain a clean and decorative house? Do you think variations on the old adage about a woman keeping a man's stomach full and balls empty are important? Do you have any technical and professional skills, hobbies, social networking opportunities, etc? I know people can have mixed feelings about that old book abo…

People need something that's bigger than them in their world. And if that's another person, then you will rapidly become needy at best (more likely with husbands) and abusive (more often with children) at worst. And they kinda go crazy if they don't have anything, because then they become the center of their world. It could be religion, or a career, or a non-addictive hobby. I recommend religion as it won't compete with your marriage as much. But there are other alternatives.

There are real women who know their sexuality on social media, and communicate it in an RP aware way... But this doesn't look real.

Okay, your feelings are valid and all, but like... Who said OP was being patronizing? I didn't get that at all when I read it. If you don't trust anyone then get off the Internet, especially reddit. Reddits great and all, but it sucks at building hope in humanity unless you are very strategic about blocking all social, political, and generic meme subreddits, and only follow cute and wholesome ones. And most people aren't going to do that. TLDR: if you're just going to be a party pooper for no go…

This is men's rights, not MGTOW... You can go back to MGTOW with that attitude and enjoy ignoring all the progress society is making to fix broken relationship norms and legal issues. But if your open to social change and strangers potentially being open minded then please stop talking that way.

I asked OP in another comment, hopefully he answers there. But considering Hot generally means passionate (either angry or amorous depending on context) and cold means either emotionally avoidant (sometimes with manipulative intent like using the cold shoulder to punish your spouse) or stoic in other context. I can see benefits of either, and I can see why if your only thing to use 1 style in a marriage then it could negatively effect your marriage.
/r/RPChristians22/06/25 05:20 PM
1

Sure... I've read almost the whole Bible, and studied the whole of the testament. What does that have to do with balancing hot vs cold communication? You still haven't actually specifically answered that question?
/r/RPChristians22/06/25 05:12 PM
1

if he calls us to love the person the least as the one we love the most, how much more does he call us to love our wife, in your example. Absolutely no more... Because I'm supposed to love them the same.
/r/RPChristians22/06/25 05:01 PM
2

Okay, I'm glad we agree on that but... The Lord isn't my wife. And while there are a lot of ways to describe a wife, I've never heard of a wife being described as a neighbor. There's a lot of vague general things I could say from this, but how do you specifically connect those ideas in this post specifically?
/r/RPChristians22/06/25 03:55 PM
2

What do you mean by "hot and cold"? I can imagine anything from normal communication that ebbs and flows from time to time to carefully timed cold shoulder techniques that would be easily considered manipulative, and possibly abusive depending on your intuition about that definition.

Last I checked Reddit's HQ is literally down the street from Facebook. They might try harder than other platforms to be fair, most of the time. But that doesn't mean they won't crack down when the left gets a bit too triggered ie... Trump actually getting elected, ROH v Wade getting repealed, the lockdowns, the vaccines, every time a black American gets shot during an election year, Jordan Peterson being way smarter and more popular than they could handle, Tate, etc..

Many of these laws aren't written to be sexually discriminatory. So a serious, honest, no angry trolling, attempt to use the law the way it was written to be used might work.

So there's a virus that hit us pretty hard about 2.5 years ago... I don't know what part of the country you are talking about. But people all over were locked up for about a month or 2, and in most of the states states for a few more months after that, and even a handful were enforcing some kind of lock down 9+months later. People kinda went crazy. But the only clue was on social media and the divorce/breakup rate. The suicide spiked absurdly high to. But because people didn't see as much of it …

I think it will take more work then it would have off she were in her really 20's or younger, but definitely possible. In fact, it would be very similar to giving someone a new fetish in the context of the bedroom. But in the case of an LTR, it's going to involve so much more then just bedroom stuff. It would be like giving someone a new fetish worth of psychological work, but for every part of her life. And in top of it all, of she's at all happy with her life your going to run into the problem…

For my part, I wouldn't say impossible. But learning new skills is exponentially harder neurologically, after about 25 when you get your last bit of development. And contentment with your SO is a skill exacerbated by social media spamming you with the metaphorically greener-looking grass of some other guy. tl;dr if she didn't learn to be loyal and settle down when she was young she is almost certain to not learn it later.

Whole the jokes are funny, I like libertarianism because it's closer to classically liberal values that made America great in the past. The Republicans talk a nice talk about limited government, and lower taxes, but never actually make good on those promises. If both sides are going to ignore their promises, then I'll vote 3rd party or for non professional politicians.

Classes are good, Dance classes, cooking classes, and the like from rec centers or community colleges are good places to look for that kind of thing. Dancing is a good one, there's a big gender disparity in dancing interest since the 90's and a guy who's interested in applying himself to learning the body coordination is very valuable in the smv. Also self defense gyms for similar reasons.

I appreciate your thoughtful and respectful response. If I spent money on this cite I'd give you an award. I hope this isn't read as angry or aggressive. I'm just trying to be careful and be clear. I think it's important to note that it's not that women were only valued for childbirth. It's that they were always valued for childbirth. That's different in a subtle way. Today for example, money and education are the top 2 most valued things a person can pursue. But that hasn't always been the case…

"men" didn't have rights throughout history. Generals and philosophers had rights, merchants and kings had rights. Men were the slaves working the fields for the merchants. Men died by the thousand for the generals. Men counted the kings gold for him so the king could get back to Chad things, while living on literal slave wages. Men were the expendable resource of the societies that built civilization. Women may not have had rights either, unless they were duchess, Queens, merchants, land owners…

I will Grant that testosterone tends to make people more competitive. I'm not as convinced scientifically that testosterone makes people not violent, but I wouldn't be surprised if it proves to be true. One of the things that took me a long time to learn how to accept is that women are attracted to power. But even if we assume that the things women are attracted to are masculine, it's a stretch to say that it's subjugation that's the ultimate or bottom level of masculinity.

I don’t think there’s a gender war I think there’s a one sided ‘assault’. I disagree. Both sides are messing with each other. The worst problems come where there are actual differences between men and women and so they don't directly relate and so have to actually work to appreciate the other side. Women don’t stand to gain anything from entertaining any of those men I agree, don't waist their time or yours. How do you suggest women help them anyway? I appreciate your ability to appreciate both sides of the social divide of male creepiness. I have expressed part of my understanding of the female side in previous comments in this thread, I think it's only fair to ask you to do the same. The only long term solution I see to ending the low key gender war is for each side to give enough of a shit about the other side that they would rather help the other side with their problems then fight them out of resentment over whatever differences each si…

But it's fairly common for a man's first indication that his attention isn't wanted to be public accusations of creepiness, and the fact is he very likely has social anxiety and either watched a more attractive guy do exactly what made him creepy, or was couched by an attractive friend on how to meet people. And the attractive friend forgot to adapt his strategies t…

A. It's the standards behind women saying yes or no, not the "no" itself. B. When women are made to feel that a good deal on something they like it's hard to find, you get really weird she extreme behavior. Girls who like shoes, get weird in shoe stores when their are limited sales. Alright, for whatever reason I can't see the referenced post anymore. But I remember it being about dating, and how men without female friends aren't dating martial. I'm just trying to bring nuance. While many men, myself included at certain points in my past, didn't have any female friends, the lack of bigotry in my case didn't make me a catch. As OP commented it's usually a side effect of some kind of social or emotional issue.

I mean, tbh, she's still right. Dating someone with any of the not bigot related reasons you listed is still sub optimal. Women often have a fear of interacting with men. If I was dating I've of those girls, that would be rough, with similar expectations for a girl who's depressed or only has female friends for whatever reason.

Idk about sources, but I do know that sexual assault doesn't seem to be correlated to satisfying sexual encounters. So it's believable that either men or women are being assaulted in nonconsensual ways, but then not being satisfied in consensual ways.

As to your first question at the end: it is a concern. But in my experience that concern mostly because of the girl. Girls will go into a relationship with all kinds of ideas about how they might be willing to live if things don't pan out right away, which statistically they almost never do. But when push comes to shove and you actually are stuck with bland oatmeal for dinner or whatever with no end in sight... Let's just say unexpected income issues are a pretty good predictor of divorce. There…

There is a reason men were okay with women not having a full time vocation for most of human history. That's not a big deal to men as a rule. But the psychological issues that prevent you from being able to have a full time job are going to be a problem for a full time relationship. Get the help you need. Get your counseling, do your 12 steps... Whatever it takes. I am a firm believer that people can get better from just about any psychological problem. You can manage your anxiety, you just need…

Executive thinking is a skill. It's easier and quicker to learn as a child, but even in adulthood you can still learn executive skills. But it will require a lot of time and professional help. I say invite him to something your doing with other friends. Or use a story he liked it hearted as a conversation starter. You won't know until you know, and if you like him you should act on that. Obviously, you don't need to chase him down like a man might chase a woman. But women are allowed to acknowledge their feelings, and pursue relationships they want to try out. Also, I wouldn't call liking a story much of a hint. It's a Facebook story.

Yes, yes, and no Therapy can help anyone. No one is perfect, and thereby can improve mentally or otherwise no matter where their at. Learning to be happy with mediocacy is stupid, but learning to accept your reality as it is important. I agree with your assessment. But I have met the exception to that on a few occasions in the states recently, so I'm trying to say that it's definitely possible to get quality CBT or whatever else you may need in the states today, as long as you stay away from "social workers" as we call them here. They don't have to have a relevant degree at all much less a graduate degree and are only taught to facilitate usefulness to welfare programs, and almost universally push blue pill nonsense.

Yes, I have falsified claims in many cases. Obviously there are lots of emotional claims people make that can't be falsified. If that's not the claim then I don't understand the relevance of your example. Well, I went the stem direction in college (engineering if your curious), but I know more than a few who went into psychology and got at least a master's if not PhDs before going into counciling. Your replies make it out like you either don't understand counciling, or had a bad experience once or twice and decided to generalize and blame the industry instead of accepting your bad experience. Counciling doesn't have to be anti red pill. It's just that RP friendly counselors aren't everywhere. But the science is still there, and science isn't against the real parts of RP ideology, and counselors should be up in the science. So there not uncommon either.

I don't have a problem with a lot of the sentiment. But this this for to me about not having anything in common with another adult. When you become an adult, there is immediately a lot of things you have in common with all adults. And my research into the idea that it's only acceptable to be friends with those who are close to you in age, especially because of a lack of things in common, is a vestige of our modern public school system. Kids in different grades don't have almost any common experi…

Not really, the guy who did the killing definitely could but she didn't actually commit murder. Could she be sued for Liable/slander (I forget which)? Sure, absolutely Could she be considered guilty of a conspiracy to commit murder? Possibly, I hope so Could she be considered complicit in that murder? Maybe, I would argue yes Did she commit murder? No, she did not and saying otherwise only serves to delude ones self and undermine their point in speaking publicly (even if it's anonymous online).

If you actually want me to share this instead of ra ra upvoting on the sub I'm going to need an independent, preferably jurnalistic, source to share. A local news article would be the best example, a post by the local police department could also work if it's verifiably un-modified. Obviously the national news is more likely to just repost the local article but with a more feminist spin to virtue signal.

How long have you been here? Negging other dudes is a way of life in Reddit red pill culture... All that to say if course you got a negative comment. Consider it a complement it wasn't all negative. Patience for those who haven't studied the side bar like like it's the new New Testament is very low. In fact that is my biggest complaint around here. You have some emotional issues regrading fear of abandonment. Get over it. If you can't handle that than move on. Finding a girl that isn't butt-face…

My understanding is that women have a greater physiological capacity for sex than men do (Being able to handle safe, well lubricated, non abrasive or bruising or rough or anything mildly crazy sex at least daily). Because of that the only thing stopping a monogamous woman from having sex is her inclination not to do it, and the authority of that inclination over her man's desires for much of that time. There is something to her period, there are a few days where she'll be more horny, and days wh…

Approaching is all about context. Find something in common with a guy who will talk back to you. I usually start out with why your both at the event/place, and show interest in learning more about them from their. A lot of them will either be taken already, or just not be looking to meet someone at that moment so don't take rejection to hard if you find it. But guys, from what I know, tend to accept approaching relatively well and will more readily take/give your/his number than women will.

For real though, if his job ever brings him to k-street than he's got an angle worth billions of dollars will push him around with in morally questionable ways. I worked in the service industry for a while delivering office equipment and it's not good. That City made me 3rd party. But charities are good, sports are good. Your hobbies are probably the best place to start, and there not bad. Men will typically enjoy playing sports. It's also a good way to filter for fit men in above average shape.

It all comes down to frame at that point. In whose frame at you giving compliments? If your responding to compliment fishing or so cuked that you do it spontaneously than you deserve the attention you would get here. But if your acting for yourself, and not doing it in response to her than that's fine in RP theory.

Than get out of r/theredpill. Marriedredpill, and rpchristian (obviously this will be more religious) and other orbital subReddits are where to go for reading like that, but they tend to be already merried. Meeting people for relationships isn't what Reddit is for. If he's not going to trust you enough to commit for life and you can't continue without that than it's better you not try to make him something he isn't and move on. But it sounds like OP is okay with this as is for the moment.

Depends on the "red pill man." Most of the active posters are young ideologues and recently burned ex's who got it bad in a recent relationship. Neither of them are the best captains. But only RP men will take the idea of being your Captian™ seriously enough to potentially be a long lasting partner. And they can do that without Reddit at all.

I, as a man, am going to give you some advice about what we will look for in a serious relationship that you seem to be lacking in spades. I'll start with what I think you need and then go into why a little. You need a purpose in life that is bigger and more important than your eyebrows. You need a passion that gets you up, motivates you to manage your image and keep trying to do what you can but ignore what you…

There are different explanations depending on who you ask. But one of the unique things about me Mosaic dowry is that in divorce the dowry was paid back from the husband. This is my little thing about love that you seem to not see the way I do: Love is not an emotion. Love is a self self sacrificial devotion to another. Think about it for a second, the things that tell you someone loves you don't come from their feelings, it comes from their devotion and commitment to your well being. Someone can feel for you when you have a bad car accident or they sick, heck I can do that, but the ones who love you will actually be there to help you any way they can. If you fee…

I guess I read OP differently. If she can pretty easily afford to cover his substantial debt, and he makes more than she does, than a $12 drink is more of a matter of principle than a significant affect on the budget. That is of course assuming there aren't significant expenditures like children on top of the alimony. The question then is: can she live under his principles? Most know they send signals. But the subconscious will do what it does regardless of what their hamster is spinning. That's part of why women blame themselves for rape. Most women, even as low as a 6 will try to practice using them. But if it's fake it will not match the signals she isn't thinking about.

I idea that family relations, not pure shows off strength, determine your position in society (human or wolf) can be traveling back to Plato's Republic. But a delving into that black hole will land you in the world of the Neo-Reactionaries (nrx for short) and the Dark Englightenment stuff. It's interesting, but only if you can make a lot of defeatest murmuring about how better it will be after the next near extinction level event.

Part of it is social tradition: vestiges of the contract between families stuff mentioned earlier that prioritises commitment over short term urges. Well, I'm my experience it depends on the guy. I've met guys who are so into porn that they basically don't know how to think of girls out side of a sexual context. And the drug problem, speaking about the USA from experience, is only getting worse. Say what you will about Trump, but his promises about fighting the spread of drugs resonated with the increasingly drug riddled rural areas of The States.

It sounds like you don't even know how white is white enough. And on top of that, you don't know how white you are yet. Does not being white enough mean you will never be satisfied with yourself? Does it affect the value of your life, and if so, how? What are your ambitions and how does race play into that?
