I didn't act on strong feelings I had for a girl one time when I was a lot younger and it haunts me to this day. If you feel it, do it man, if you don't succeed that sucks but i promise, not nearly as much as letting her become the one that got away cause that shit stays with you (sandlot voice) fooooreeeeevvvver

agreed, great post.. I also would like to reask LeRick's question of who do you emulate? i would imagine it's not one person but if we were to make a list of men with positive characteristics that most women find attractive, who would be on it? (i'd say keep to real people and identify the actual qualities you would like to emulate). EX. Steve McQueen - Confidence Bruce Lee - Dedication

too true... what is the remedy for this?

its the confidence factor, be comfortable with you and woman will respond.. look at the positives in your new life, you're dependable, driven, interesting.. look for the value in yourself, don't be embarrassed by those traits, they're valuable from a female point of view.. a girl that just broke up with the "party guy" because he doesn't have his life together will be excited to find a level headed guy that still knows how to have a good time. Maturity is masculine and attractive. just rock who …

hey, don't really know why I'm here but as a guy, if a girl says anything, even small it attracts our attention.. maybe don't think about it as approaching a guy, just interact with them on some level, don't overthink it, just get to talking.. if he's interested and confident, he'll take over.. the insecurity, shyness thing is actually kind of a turn on for lots of guys so you might be all set.. don't think about it, let it happen naturally.... like sex :P

i don't think they're saying be a pussy by saying be a man is negative.. i think they're saying be yourself, gravitate towards the things you like and become skillful at those things because you like them, not because you have to fit a mold. everyone observes this "mold" of what it takes to be a man differently, so telling a kid to "be a man" without any expression of how you think a man should be is pointless. its like telling you to be an alien. what kind of alien? what do i need to be happy? …

hey good read, thanks for the post and the honesty.. out of curiosity you call a lot of those over confident alpha guys "shmucks", but i continuously see them with hot chicks.. can't really tell if it's the higher than average approach ratio's or if women can't tell that their confidence is feigned or that beneath their exterior a lot of them are shallow empty people.. maybe girls just find them fun? you seem to get it but i would be curious about your history here.. AMOG's usually annoy the shi…

thanks for the response man, just what i was looking for.. amused mastery seems helpful and the "guys who just get left behind and are socially clueless" especially jumped out at me (unfortunately lol)... I'll order the book as well and check some of the posts.. sucks for the people that are assholes but you've definitely earned your endorsement haha.. do you stick mostly to TRP or are there any other sites out there to check into? also any other tips as far as conversation topics you can share …

great response, seems like you earned your title (TRP endorsed).. two questions.. how do you get endorsed and a follow up, i've read strauss, watched deangelo video's etc. how do you maintain frame? i feel like a lot of times these situations are high pressure and even a slight miss step in a convo and my whole mindset shatters (this happens more frequently than not for me, but not every time) any advice (i already go to the gym, run etc. physically i feel above average, mentally... could use so…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
