Lol. You can't engineer human nature. Anger is a very natural emotion of human beings and most animals. (and disrespect triggers anger like a motherfucker). If you are afraid to physically confront, then yeah try to defuse the situation with your hands tied. But if a random guy is "harassing" your girlfriend you should warn him to stop. If he doesn't listen, someone is gonna wake up in a hospital. Doesn't matter who wins, at least you show that you're not a pussy.

These ideas are really, really hard to swallow. As a 23 year old depressed guy with the social skills of a turtle, i'm really confused everything about life. In today's age, what kind of useful skill would women want? Technically, they don't need your fighting skills (protection), cooking skills etc. To me, it seems like they are solely attracted to guys who are ambitious about something and fun to be around.
