Hell no, but asking is a different story. If someone is hindering you, you have the human rights to stop someone from hindering you. But it doesn't mean that women have to deal the full burden of a child. You've been dancing around my point the entire time, where I say the system needs revision. You only see one side of the coin, and use the cases where it is in fact being misused. I acknowledge that. So once again, it needs revision. Abortion isn't always a legitimate moral thing for every pers…

Negative, but they are laws based off of a groups set of morals. Every law is based off of what is deemed fair, and moral to a group.

Yes, there is no legal basis for your monetary gain. Call it fear if you want, but all I'm saying is that the system can be fixed to work. I didn't say it was perfect the way it was, by any means.

I will admit, that there are instances when it will come to violence. But I'm saying under "normal" conditions, it doesn't come to violence. There are where it does, but for the most part people do understand and follow a court order.

At that point I honestly don't know. Maybe a sanction, I have never been in that debacle.

Wages may be garnished, or the state may mandate money being taken from their account to fund it.

A contract would be the nice way of doing it, however that requires consent of both parties. That would be nice if more people would do that though, no doubt. I feel as if violently is an exaggeration. To seize assets the government usually tries to keep it as simple as possible, so if there is no threat (usually) they will send as few people as possible.

It seems that you're centering on the subject of the child being a result of one particular, but common occurrence. I see no reference in a situation where the child is wanted, the mother does not make adequate money, while the father makes a meager amount. A small contribution towards the childs needs may be needed, and is a product of both parents, where both parents share custody, that sort of thing. Hence it does need revising for the abuse. I understand what you're saying, I really do, but …

I agree with that, having parents and other positive role models in a kids life will definitely help them, I'm not disagreeing with that. I'm just saying throwing a system that's meant to help shouldn't be completely thrown out the window because some people abuse it. Many more are using the system properly, and care for their kids.

I feel as if you are completely missing the point I made. I said it does serve a purpose, but the current system needs to be fixed. You can't expect children to fend for themselves, neither need to be sacrificed. Under normal conditions, as in a mutual divorce, both parents have the same earnings, same time with the child and everything that goes along with it, it will in fact serve a purpose so that neither party is overburdened. So since my previous posts were a tad long, TL,DR; It needs fixin…

You seem to be taking it to an extreme case. I did state there are people the at abuse it. But there are people that would get fucked over without it. It serves a purpose, it just needs a fair amount of revision, or a different system altogether.

The problem with that is the kids would suffer with it more than the parent. I do agree it needs serious revisions, but to flat out abolish it would have more negative consequences than good. Yes, some men get fucked over with it, some women would get fucked over without it. Point is there should be a better way to go about making sure kids have what they need, while respecting both the mother and father in the process.

Very. Seems like something I'd have to read up on as well, sounds interesting to say the least.

I've run into that. I can't say I like it. Some women just really want to have kids. Some women may feel obligated to have kids. If that's what they really want to do, go for it. I'm not going to tell them they're any less of a women if they do what they want. I'm not going to tell someone else how to live their life, unless they're posing harm to themselves or others.

It's an extremely tough choice. Not one you have time to think about in that particular moment either. You just, do. These men knew what they were doing. I'm not saying it's good or bad either way. Hell it's a situation people should never be in, I've heard stories about soldiers jumping on grenades to save their buddies, it's not something you think about in that moment.

I'm pretty sure if there were more pacifists, by all technicalities the world would be more peaceful. Gender doesn't exactly factor into it, I've met women that are more aggressive than males. Parts that really irk me: Saying military drill instructors teach better when not yelling, and take a counseling role. Hell no, the reason they yell is to introduce you into a stressful environment! It's not candy land, it shouldn't be! War isn't candy land! I still dislike statistics saying that one group…

For life expectancy, I don't think it is a case of who has life better as much as who lives healthier. In enough cases, the presence of commodity can decrease the will to live healthier. For instance, why walk when you can drive? Simple changes in physical behavior can have an adverse effect on ones health. I'm not sure how life expectancy is effected through a natural diet, as opposed to one that uses pesticides and herbicides, that sort of deal, but there are many different aspects that can be…

I guess my grandma desensitized me to it when I was younger, what she said really stuck to me. I don't remember how the conversation started, I was like 8 or 9 and she told me not to hit girls. I asked her what if she hits me, and she said then do what you need to do to protect yourself, she knows what she's doing. If you use the excuse that men are stronger, well maybe you wouldn't go up to a guy in a bar that's twice your size and try to smack the shit out of him, right?

No doubt it was still an overreaction, if you replaced a male in the situation with the same amount of force for both parties it would still come off wrong. But they do abide by escalation of force. The general rule is to stay ahead by remaining one tier over their level. Push, punch, knife, gun is a simple way to break it down. This is my understanding of it at least.

Yeah, the statement is true. However I have yet to see one saying women can stop rape. Is it really stopping rape if you weren't going to? I could get in my car and run over people. I saved lives today by not driving in to a crowd of people. That makes sense, doesn't it?

Just like a racist joke is only about that person in the joke, right? It can't offend anyone else.

Ok. I'll give you a little background. I used to be shy, wanted more female attention, i dressed like a plain joe, tried not to stick out too much, i was ok with how i looked. summer, then boom. I became outgoing, i don't care about females, i dress my best every day, match colors a bit but make it flashy. flashy. You have to stick out more, but there's a difference between sore thumb noticeable, and the attention you want. You have to be able to look in the mirror and say something to yourself …
