Neat. I’m gonna give it a listen.

It’s possible to be right, even morally so, and still say the wrong thing to someone. Keeping your mouth shut until you figure out what the right things are is a good practice.

If everyone could all of a sudden visually see the person that was hyping up their crumby ideas on the other side of the screen, a lot opinions would instantly change.

Because the same people who would blame a gender for their daily unhappiness usually shares a Venn diagram with those who do the same regarding race.

Purple pill debate leaking to the real world. 🤣 I literally just talked about this segment with my GF and feeling validated before I opened this sub today.

You still have to try or the parts of your life where you don’t show. Don’t exercise, that nice body structure is hidden. Don’t respect yourself, it shows with poor hygiene. Don’t try to be financially successful, you can’t support your community of peers and it shows. Everything shows.

They do have a lot to offer. Being without a companion sucks for most humans. Good companions are worth your time and effort. People just say women have little to offer so they can feel better about being a not have.

Agree. People like monogamy because they are possessive, greedy, and prideful. They like to flaunt to others what they have. They like the idea that others can’t have it and this special thing is theirs. I’ve heard all the other excuses and they all boil back down to what I stated above. Bare bones. Fucking gross.

Yes. I flirt to reciprocate attention given. That seems polite. If the flirting starts to insinuate more I can always disengage and establish a boundary. Flirting doesn’t equal wanting to have sex for everyone.

Part of this is because media, NGO’s and many peoples opinions proliferate the notion that while some progress has been made, true equality is not being displayed in all facets of life.

I agree and like egalitarianism however consider this. If you look at how egalitarianism has been applied to social progress issues such as race you run into things like “equality does not equal equity” and discussions about what we can do to help groups catch up faster as opposed to just being equal. How do you think this will apply to gendered issues? I’m not trolling, I just think these are parable issues that can be examined with a similar lens.

Me. I have found two things. One, I am a bad judge of character because I often extend too much faith in situations that are not going to work. Two, the best friendships are those that develop over time naturally and are unexpected, not forced.

You’re not a misogynist but it would be mentally and socially beneficial to seek a way in which to learn to take an interest in both sexes with out sexual intention being the motivator.

Humans are lazy and men have been socialized that it is polite not to bother women in everyday environments such as school, work, and pretty much anything that’s an activity where everyone should be minding their own business which encompasses a lot.

No idea who Andrew Tate is or what his content is like. Your post however does speak some truth to my experiences growing up. I’m speaking from a societal standpoint too. As it stands the majority of women in society would consider themselves the workhorse. Not men. I don’t support either narrative, just saying it’s a problem for our genders when communicating.

I find that I don’t focus well on a goal, but I do well when I have a set of priorities. For this I like to make “To Do Lists”. Short and long term. They help you focus on tasks, experience achievements, and feel like you’re building toward something. Life can have to do lists in the same manner and thus your goals really become priorities.

I am looking outside. This discussion is a broad numbers and average’s discussion. More average women date up or partner even then average men. To say otherwise would be intellectually dishonest for the purposes of simply virtue signalling you have good faith in all people. Wake up.

Honestly, media and marketing in general has ruined young mens perspectives about “casual sex”. There is this idea that everyone is doing it and if your not, you are missing out. As it turns out it’s not as common as you would be lead to believe, and like you have stated accurately; a majority of women are not looking for casual sex. I cannot re-state that hard enough. It was a hard lesson I had to learn when I started looking for casual sex myself. Women want commitment more often than not, or …

Ya I’m not really seeing what people want here. Less porn might be an improvement for each individuals own personal mental health however (ie. addictions are bad), the overall effect is gonna be that there are a lot of thirsty men with no actual real life prospects or outlet for sexual desire.

That women seem to be over the moon for Vilodomer Zelensky because he looks traditionally masculine defending his country. He cited statistics about declining rates of sex in America as proof to his point that women just weren’t into what American masculinity is becoming.

I was once dating a 20 year old girl who got mad I had 6 partners before I had met her. I said “You’ve literally slept with 4 times (actual count was 28) as many people as me”. Her reply “ya but I didn’t love all of them”.

Born in 84’. Started dating at 17, only been single a cumulative 10 months in the entire time. 7 relationships. Dating looks ridiculously hard and annoying now. I have no clue where it is appropriate to meet women in person because everyone has their own preference or standards. Attitudes seems so polarizing, it doesn’t even look like it’s ok to just be yourself anymore (if you want immediate success), you always have to be a salesman. Dating looks like a war zone. Been with my current partner 1…

Some peoples goal posts are in different places. To her acquaintances will fall even lower; for example, you don’t say “I’m going shopping with an acquaintance”. It’s all a gradient.

I would rather be seen as physically attractive by any prospective partners. It would not make me feel very good to hear that my partner thought my most appealing trait was my financial stability. I keep my life in order for myself and my family well being, not to attract women/men.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/22 12:21 AM

Removing ego will be as useless as removing pride. Both can get you into trouble if left unchecked but you need both to function in a healthy way.

Ya for real. Ignorance is bliss.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/22 03:37 PM

Yes however, what if you were financially stable and people didn’t see it, yet saw you as attractive. They would find out you are financially stable anyways once they got to know you. Then you would get the validation of living a life with a partner you knew you got involved with based on raw attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/22 12:38 AM

Because there are some delusional people here that tell themselves being viewed as financially stable as opposed to being viewed as attractive is good enough as they get into middle age. I would rather have someone come to me because of how visually attractive I am as opposed to how attractive my life/portfolio is. That’s just insulting.

I have seen two HV people who like each other have causal sexual interactions but never become a couple because they aren’t very good at communicating. There is one HVW who wants a family but cannot find a partner because she is controlling when she gets into a relationship. The people that I see as happiest surrounding me in my life are actually the average people who are in relationships. I don’t know if the HV people are unhappy but they certainly are alone.

Places you shouldn’t approach women: their place of work, their place of education, or any community groups. Women have made it pretty clear they don’t go to these places to meet men and would like to not be harassed daily. Todays environment is not the same as 10 years ago for meeting strangers. Approaching women in public that you don’t know is a fast track to feeling creepy.

I think the bigger issue not said is the culture of telling men to “join groups, find hobbies, meet people” to achieve their romantic end goals and the ramifications that lie within. Men are losing spaces to meet women because society has evolved. Approaching women you don’t know outside of a bar or club is pretty much asking to be seen as creepy or intruding because women usually aren’t in those spaces looking for partners.

People love talking about themselves. Ask questions and they will do all the talking. When they say something relatable, funny, or in synch with you that’s when you chime in. Doesn’t have to be long or elegant; just participate. Once that’s done either they keep going or you ask another question. If you don’t talk well then listen and respond is your game.

I think if we break this down it becomes obvious why media and advertisers have shifted the goal posts on beauty, take a red pill with me for a moment. Society in the 20th century, some could argue, had become heavier on average. Marketing and advertising is most successful when you speak to those with means to purchase. It’s not a big plot or anything, but market forces dictate that you shift messaging to those you want to sell too. Ergo, beauty “evolved” in societies broader discussion and eme…
