I think this phenomenon can be blamed in part by millennials in general moving out of their parents houses and/or saving up for a mortgage later in life than their parents did. That, coupled with being the generation of instant gratification, convenience (UberEats, Seamless, etc. come to mind), and snapping Instagram-able food, is the reason why so many young adults aren't that skilled in the kitchen. It's so easy to learn how to cook from several YouTube channels; my personal favourite has to b…

You are letting the all-or-nothing diet attitude ruin your goals. Dieting is not a binary pass/fail, it should be a grade. If you are hitting your calorie targets 80% of the time and indulging 20%, well, you are still doing great! A day of cheating isn't "ruining" your diet and you shouldn't let that make you too upset that you give it up completely. All you can do is get back on track. It's a marathon, not a sprint; overall caloric intake PER WEEK is going to affect fat loss/body composition, n…

Looks matter. They just aren't the only thing that matters to women.

I've lived in NYC and men here are notorious catcallers. In my experience, Latino and black men like all flavour of women, but they especially like extra curves on a women. Since you're Latina with curves and take pride in your appearance, you will have no trouble attracting men. I know RPW advocates for a certain way of life, even down to dress, but one of the great things about this place is that different types of beauty are genuinely celebrated. I honestly feel like so many RPW things don't …

Exactly. To me, bodybuilding does teach you a certain philosophy that is translatable to other areas in your life: if you want to achieve something, you need a stimulus and do something actionable that directs you to that specific goal. Gaining muscle is a multi-pronged process that requires discipline through every step, and of course, maximum investment equals maximum gains. Dreams don't just magically appear. You HAVE to put the work and discipline in to achieve what you want in life, whateve…

I agree, the whole "squat to get a booty" meme should really be "deadlift to get a booty" instead. I do think that after awhile, deadlifting high volume can cause too much hypertrophy in the spinal erectors and make you look a bit thick waisted from the side (unless you wear a belt), so those with only booty and legs in mind should stick to stiff legged/Romanian variation.

RPW, but I think a lot of BPs see red pill language as being inflammatory. TRP is very frank and... frankly cold in a lot of ways, the ideology does incorporate biological theory to manipulate women into having meaningless casual sex and sees no problem in stringing women along ('plating').

This has always been flamingly obvious to me. As a woman, looks are a factor, but I'm not obsessed with it to the degree that TRP says I do. I believe that attraction for women is totally subjective and based on a multitude of factors, at least that's the case with me. Their theories really just apply to casual sex and people who partake in casual sex.

Of course, but it's not in absolute terms for men. Elliot Rodger was decent looking and could have easily gotten laid, but his personality was repulsive to women.

That's funny because I'm originally from Calgary, which I suppose is like Houston. I used to be pretty liberal living there, but I changed political views once I started living here!

I share a lot with you! From the top of my head: bodybuilding, specifically bikini division. I have dreams of competing and may in the next year!! related to above, but learning about nutrition as well. skincare science. I'm a huuuuge nerd when it comes to skin. I read ingredient labels, not marketing. Kibbe types are becoming a particular area of interest for me. Japanese fude makeup brushes.. expensive hobby though :/ diamonds, sorry not sorry. NYC is a super fun place but it literally is the epitome of capitalism's immense potential... It is incredibly ironic that so many "socialists" reap its benefits, yet bitch about it. Like what?
/r/RedPillWomen26/07/18 03:48 PM

Exactly. It's about the overall package. I can't just get off on a single element/aspect of a person like men can. In the case of women I'd allow in bed, I'd like to be genuine friends with them and do girly things with them. I like feminine women who take care of themselves like me, so that's the arrangement that works for me! Women truly are pragmatic maters, lol.

I'm in NYC and everyone here seems to be super liberal. Millenials are overwhelmingly liberal and some even proudly claim the socialist label. Gen X and even older generations appear pretty liberal overall too; I'm no Trump fan, but it's not rare for them to express extreme disdain for him in casual conversations. I consider myself a centrist but don't buy into SJW ideology, which most of this city is... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm literally in SJW, champagne socialist capital.

It makes sense. I'm very picky with the girls we have threesomes with, I personally wouldn't fuck 90% of girls I meet based on personality and looks. It's very much a disappointment for my boyfriend unfortunately.

People use each other, that's the reality of the world. It's not desirable either way to find things out the "hard" way for both sexes, especially in the case of naivety. I can't really say whether either sex deals with it any differently though? It rests on the individual in regards to how they deal with it. Both sexes crave companionship ultimately, and people are bound trying to find it in the wrong places when they're trying to compensate for other things that are missing in their lives.

No punishment for women?! Known hoes are socially persecuted in groups. You don't know many women that well irl if you truly think slut shaming is gone. It will always be there.

Lol, some answers in this thread are rather gender non-specific. Men definitely do act like petulant babies, gaslight, huff and puff, and walk out of rooms too. All men are capable of being manipulated if he feels any sort of desire or attraction towards the woman in question. Even if he has a high level of self-restraint and has zero intention of cheating, he probably would have zero issue helping out the office cutie when he gets annoyed when others ask him for the same favors. Men are complet…

I think discussing the motivations behind why men and women cheat is not equal to sympathy/empathy for cheaters. Humans are imperfect creatures. What people OUGHT to do and what people ACTUALLY do are two completely different topics. Yes, people need to accept personal responsibility for their shitty actions, but it should ultimately lie at the feet of every person who does so, individually. No one is disputing that cheating is not gross or justifiable. It is simply a fact that men and women hav…

What do you want OP to say though? He's explaining the exact psychology behind why men who cheat, well, cheat. From The Monogamy Gap by Eric Anderson: Combining 120 interviews with research from the fields of sociology, biology, and psychology, Anderson identifies cheating as a product of wanting emotional passion for one's partner, along with a steadily growing desire for emotionally-detached recreational sex with others. Anderson coins the term" the monogamy gap" to describe this phenomenon. A…

I feel the exact same way! My strict preferences appear to change depending on who is my significant other is at the moment. I only feel sexual desire for my partner, so it makes sense that I find others who resemble him more eye-catching.

I'm thankful for my boyfriend's unconditional love and for showing me that I am so worth loving. Coming from a narcissistic family with a hodge podge of cluster B personalities, he's given me a safe space for me to truly thrive, offering his protection and nurturing me in ways that have helped me begin my healing into a healthier person. He makes me feel very secure and safe, and has reassured me that no, I am not crazy, and has given me such a sense of stability and normalcy that I could have n…

Hmmm, just the entitled vibe I can get sometimes. It's like some expect me to fall over myself and bow at their feet. It's severely off-putting when it happens. Negging is also a fine art and needs a lot of finessin. Some guys simply can't do it without outright insulting women badly.

For instance, many women would rather attack autists and other social awkward guys as being dangerous, despite the fact that the whole #metoo thing demonstrates that it isn't autists and socially awkward guys women ought to be careful around. Feminists have fought tooth and nail for decades to be treated as equals to men, egalitarian we shall say. And now that they're discovering how men communicate amongst each other and start to complain, WTF do they want? They want the space all to themselves…

Assuming you are hiking for HOURS and on hilly terrain, I do really well when I drink fruit juice and carb up. No, carbs aren't bad for you, they are the simplest macronutrient for your body to use and digest. Your endurance will be improved when you eat a few hash browns before the hike. If you're worried about calories, they'll burn off in a few hours, it's a freaking hike. Follow the If It Fits Your Macros principle. If you want to go the healthy route, I'd suggest fruit, oatmeal, whole grain…

How about a different answer? Typically those who have been in several long term relationships tend to be the best. The guy who's never had a GF but only cares about plating, or the guy who's only had 1 GF typically don't fare as well as guys who've committed more in the past.

Dancing takes a lot of athleticism and men put on muscle much more easily than women, so go figure... fit bodies are hot in general, so fit men = ❤️. Dancing also requires confidence as a prerequisite too, so yes, that will translate to other things ;)

Honestly though, I have tons of female friends who are attractive but aren't interested in fucking or dating guys unless they think they're worth it. I know tons of girls who are voluntarily not having sex because they feel no real need, but it only seems to be guys who are vocal about not being laid. For the most part.

Female sexual liberation means more sex for guys too, but I suppose the Pareto distribution sorts itself out one way or another.

While you may be right in some ways, doing these things can put you in danger if you do it with the wrong guy. Post OP, be aware you're playing with fire if you're trying to solicit free shit in this fashion.

This does stink like a man wrote it. You can see his futile attempts at sounding submissive and agreeable by constantly tacking on "BUT IT SUCKS FOR BOTH ME AND YOU!!!" whenever a male centric talking point is made. It's pathetically transparent.

It’s truly awful that we don’t want so many men and send them on their way to the sexless scrap heap. I really don't see any feasible reason why any intelligent young woman would be able to conjure up this point and type this talking point out, even IF she spends a lot of time on the pillsphere. Even as a red pill woman who spends a lot of time on this sub, I do not think that all men are deserving of being sexually selected. This seems like a MALE centric talking point. An average man has to wo…

This is probably the most objective answer (in the scientific sense) in this thread. It's hard to pinpoint what exact body type appeals to most men as I do know men who do genuinely love chubby chicks and girls who are pear shaped versus hourglass, but universally, I think a skinny chick with hourglass curves is the most universally appealing.

I agree with this 100% but I'd also like to note that sometimes, "fuckboy" is simply used as the male analog of "basic bitch", if you will. Some of the social circles I've been in use "fuckboy" either to refer to someone who is transparent in their attempts to get some and are sloppy and shoddy at going about it, or simply a pejorative insult for any guy who shows some sense of idiocy. For the latter, sometimes people just use the term fuckboy to refer to someone they don't like.
