Clean the look. Some of the best advice I've heard is that you should shower, remove all makeup, exfoliate, shave, comb hair back, and then look in the mirror with plain black shorts and tank top. Is your hair in good condition? Here's a pro tip: when your hair is wet, take one strand, and stretch it. If it breaks immediately with no stretch, do a moisturizing treatment mask with oil. If it stretches far and then breaks, it needs a strengthening keratin treatment. healthy hair should stretch slightly when wet, and bounce back. Are your eyebrows in good shape? how is your skin? how is your body? how are your nails? Once that look has been cleaned, you can start adding clothes, makeup, etc. But only then.

Two words: Dead. Lift. It sounds scary and manly, but learn how to dead lift at the gym - standard, straight leg, and sumo. Don't be afraid to go heavy, and have someone show you proper form. It completely transformed my body. Big booty, tight back, great posture, strong legs, toned arms and shoulders, and wider hips. Everyone always talks about squats, but those are more quad dominant, which can make your legs actually look more masculine.

Be as healthy as possible. I weightlift and take care of my food. I still get shocked faces when I say I'm 39, most calculate at least ten years less.

SMV to me is more than physical, since I’m married I need to work on RMV too.

My goal until the end of this year is “no more arguing.” If I’m upset about something I think it clearing through and bring it up in 1 sentence calmly and clearly and let my husband respond.

This means shut my mouth and let my thoughts run through for 12 hours and CONTROL my emotions. I’ve been doing this for several weeks now and the result is amazing and my husband is so happy!

Fasting. It's helped my skin, stiff joints, and flushes me out. This week I did a 48 hour fast and plan on doing another one next week. Besides that, improving my Spanish and figuring out how to whiten my teeth while being dependent on black coffee, ugh.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but recently I’ve cleaned up my Facebook and Instagram pages. I don’t even post on these anymore, but I took down some pictures that could be perceived as “slutty” or somewhat suggestive.

Even though I’m a virgin, I don’t want a future romantic partner to go snooping on my pages when he’s getting to know me and find something that makes him think I’m low-value. I basically went through my page and thought, “if my future boyfriend’s mom saw this picture, would she raise her eyebrow?” I cleaned up a LOT. Just because I “know” that I’m high value, doesn’t mean that I have been consciously portraying that image on social media. My brother always tells me he thinks girls are “easy” and slutty if they post pictures of their a$$ and boobs all the time.

One particular girl I went to college with literally slept with almost every guy from our school. Not exaggerating (we went to a small school.) This girl has a body count in the hundreds. All she does is post THE sluttiest pictures of her online. I can’t help but notice that even though she has 1,000+ friends on Facebook, a picture of her LITERAL ASS in a thong bathing suit only gets 30 likes. One of my friends with about 1,000 friends also, who is super beautiful and conservative (not slutty, very clean cut) can post a picture of herself smiling, fully clothed, and get 100 likes and multiple comments about how beautiful she is, etc.

It’s almost like the first girl has devalued herself by sleeping around so much and posting so many pictures of her pretty much naked, that she can’t do anything else to get attention- and it diminishes over time. Her personality sucks too, so her hot body is all she has to “offer.” It’s sad, and she looks dead inside already.

Low level: lose the fat.

Upper level: tone and fit.

Lower level: be polite, demure, STFU

Upper level: be proactively kind, nice, generous, and considerate

Lower level: Be open to sex any time he is interested

Upper level: actively provide/offer sex without prompting, and be inventive/creative/keep it interesting

Lower level: Ask him about his day

Upper level: find a way to be interested in his work and hobbies, and support him and if possible participate in his hobbies without burdening him.

Lower level: Ask him to do things for you (build a birdhouse, etc.)

Upper level: Ask him to teach you to do things (demonstrate proficiency and prowess)

SMV is really a two pronged approach.

You can be a 10/10 on the looks scale and have a shopping problem with thousands of debt.

Or be the most loving woman in the world and seriously overweight. I try to keep this in mind when evaluating myself.

Personally at the moment the things I’m working towards to get to that upper level-

Losing the last ten pounds / stop being skinny fat- I’m a healthy body weight but I want to have the best version of my self.

Going blonde again - it’s my natural colour and I feel natural looks best

In the process of purchasing my own house - who doSent love a girl who can financially support herself and contribute passive income to the family

Learning how to sew & cook much better. I can already do both of these things better than the average woman, but becoming an AMAZING cook is a goal

Edit: also be wary of who you hang out with. My friends were dragging me down a lot. The dragged me into drama and then men associated me with that. It’s better to have no friends then crappy ones. You should vet your friends just as much a man. When you do, you’ll have better friends

Having friends, especially female friends, always seemed to help me with men. The more socially active I was, the more it seemed guys were into me. Also, I met my future husband through friends.

Be good at small talk ans conversations in generall..also, laugh! not to loud or anthying but do laugh wholeheartedly when you feel it! To me talking the first time with someone is a little dance with a stranger...i keep telling myself "its not about me, its about the other person having a good time interacting with me for a short amount of time" try to make people comfortable, imagine you're there to provide a good time for them
