Okay no "I miss you too!" -- you can do much better than that. "Postcard with my picture on to way to you Girl A. Wire me $25 if you want it to be half-naked" Make it playful and escalate with it. You can also throw in "Girl B, same deal if you want a copy" later on, if you want to have some fun with her as well.

If you guys are at the bare-acquaintance level then might as well treat her as a stranger. "Hey I thought you were pretty cool during high school. Now regretting that I didn't get to know you better. You sound way too nervous in the intro, and your first few texts came off a bit awkward too me at least. Though your last text was solid, so props to that. Nice mix of playfulness and flirtatiousness (wow, big word there). Would've been good if you just hit her with a witty opening text, then just went for your last text there. Middle two texts seem extraneous.

Yeah just have fun with it. If you think she's cute just tell her she's cute. It only comes out as 'creepy' if you think, in your head, that you're being creepy and you have no 'right' to tell her that. If you're coming in from a confident frame, you can pretty much say any fucking thing and it'll sound good. Anyways great job for starting steps, and the ear thing was witty + funny + escalating the kino, which = attraction.

Yep you're in the right place. You want excitement, and life is a hell lot more interesting with cool people in it. Seddit will teach you be "cooler" if that's what you want. I'll toss my hat into the ring first by just suggesting you take up a hobby or sport. Do something exciting, such as surfing or rock climbing. It'll give you something to talk about and it'll also make you more fit.

It's not only good looking girls that will rarely initiate -- it's mostly all girls :p (though good looking ones moreso). So this strikes me as a bad idea, it should be you initiating the texts, and if you can't number-close then it's also unlikely that the girl has enough attraction to text you even though she would have your number from your card.
