TRP doesn't entirely dodge fatherhood. there is a married red pill reddit group, too. TRP is ALSO about understanding a woamn's behavior and maximizing your attractiveness to her. Getting laid is only a part of it. Go aheadcand get married and have kids. But only to thecrigh5 woman (a unicorn). Whatever you do- don't have children with the wrong woman. And yes, there are wrong women. Just like there are wrong men there are wrong women.

Women are 50% of the population and more than 50% of the college entrants. makes no sense to me to ignore them. VERY few women are friends of mine. I work with many and I smile, laugh, flirt, and forget them. I am married so I don't hit on them but I will chat with anyone (young, old, pretty, ugly, skinny, fat, nice, mean). But with few exceptions I don't give a damn about any of them after I stop interacting with them. Seriously, what's the point? Note for the ones looking to tar me as a misogynist:…

It is 25% true. No for all creepy women, 50% for creepy men. A creepy woman who is hot gets nothing but pity from me. If an attractive man is creepy then women use decision tree logic: First decision: Is he attractive? Second decision: Can he take care of me even though he is creepy? Yes, Yes = attractive. Yes, No = unattractive.

Red pillers aren't the borg; we can have independent thoughts. When I started dating my wife she had a higher salary and a better career. Same when i proposed. By the time we got married I had started my graduate studies and then the tide changed. But she's a unicorn. To get back to the red pill dogma: Women in their 20s are riding the cock carousel. It isn't until they realize that there is a wall that they start to realize the benefits of the hypergamy strategy and initiate plans to monetize t…

Some women become emotionally attached to a man. In the process they become economically attached; not the other way around.

Last night I was at an event and was attracted to a woman with an OK body. Too bad she is married. I wouldn't date her but I would have had sex with her.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/17 12:39 PM

Let me put it this way: I would have sex with a woman who had a great personality and attitude and a poor body but I would not have sex with a 'pretty' woman who is not interesting or exciting. Except for the morbidly obese; I ain't touching that. And neither should you.

A woman played the gallery (you) for attention. Repeatedly. Hold on while I alert the media. What did you learn from this experience? What will you do differently next time? Why was she working you instead of the old manager? What does that tell you about your SMV? What does that tell you about your approach and your ability to close?

Sure, empathy exists but realize the motivation behind it before you start either classifying everything as a transaction or an empathetic response. I believe that, when it comes to relationships between adults, everyone does everything for their own benefit. That benefit need not be financial or economic. Doing good because it makes you feel good falls under this umbrella as well.

Not all RP men think that way. But if you only read certain posts it is easy to think it is. RP is not the same as PUA. That said, men, in general, (all heterosexual men) use partner count as a way to validate their ego and demonstrate their attractiveness to women. Most women seek the same validation but not all use sex as the currency. Some use phsical gifts of value as prrof of their desirability, others use the fact that a man will spend time with them as validation. Still others use sex. An…

Social and economic benefits. A rich woman is a great opportunity for a man to increase his wealth. Ever heard of a dowry? Access to people with more social and business connections. A rich woman is more likely to socialize with people of similar wealth and social status. By marrying into this world a man gets all of her connections. And those of her family as well.

I don't have an answer but I have ideas... First, are men more likely to have part time jobs during the period they matriculate? My guess is "yes!" Second, relative standards of living while a student.. anecdotally, men will live anywhere, regardless of socioeconomic and demographic status of the neighborhood. why? less fear of being attacked. Third, cost of the education. Do more women attend higher cost schools than men? I suspect that it is a value signaling device to future employers and pot…

Have you been a prostitute? You sound like you speak from experience. I am not familiar with the experiences in Europe, only in the USA. I don't disagree that there is human trafficking. But i think it is less than you are led to believe. I read Maggie McNeil's blog. She is a former sex worker in the USA ("The honest courtesan"). I recommend you read it. And I have read a bit on /r/sexworkers. And, yes, I have been to legal brothels in Nevada. And I have visited working girls outside of legal ci…

I get it. I think I stated that in my original response (your objection is most akin to my reason #2). Sex with a prostitute is masturbating with a living and breathing sex toy. So what? Is it better for a man's sex life to have sex with an escort/prostitute or not? He gets feedback on his skills if he asks. He learns new things to take i to his next physical relationship. He gets confidence in his skills. He now has a better handle on what he does and doesn't like in bed. All of your arguments …

Social stigma aside... Is it better or worse for a man's sex life?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/17 08:47 PM

interesting. Why? The clients of prostitutes are not only low smv incels. Hollywood A list actors, professional athletes, captains of industry, clergy... high SMV individuals play in this arena. I believe Charlie Sheen said that he didn't pay the women for sex. He paid for them to leave afterwards. What is wrong with that?

Better. But there is no need to kiss and tell or brag about it. It is a service like a massage or an accountant doing your taxes. Sure, you could do it yourself but you enjoy it more when someone else does it for you. I believe that women don't like the idea of a man going to an escort for two reasons: 1. The availability of sex reduces a woman's leverage in a relationship. While we all know that men love women for who they are... we like sex and women like controlling access to it. 2. Many wome…

Fits the model. He idolizes her. She takes advantage of him. She runs withj thebad and exciting boys. She realizes her mistake and breeds with one who has not screwed up his DNA from drug use, has good genes (athlete), and lives a moral life (medal of honor winner). it doesn't hurt that he is rich. So how is this not formulaic?

Reason #1: Because they are conditioned from birth to be treated like princesses. Reason #2: Because thoughts lead to words and words lead to actions and actions are either rape or domestic violence. Reason #3: Any criticism of a woman leads to the determination that a woman is not as capable as a man in some way. That calls out that men and women are not the same. One hop skip and jump of bad logic from there takes you to a place where men and women are not equal. And feminists DEMAND equality.

Two thoughts.... First- It wouldn't be because women are trying to "have it all" (i.e. have a career, have a social life where they can get attention from men without recourse, AND then have children), would it? Second- According to feminists a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle. A woman does not NEED to get married to have children. Over 40 percent of all children born in the USA are born out of wedlock. All a woman needs is a sperm donor. Or a turkey baster and the "all you can inje…

Studies have shown conclusively that women on the pill are attracted to men whose bodies are softer and men who are less aggressive. read that research approx 20 years ago.

Flip the genders. How many titles out there are like "How to get the man you want."? Women act in particular ways to achieve success in the sexual marketplace. Men do it as well. TRP is a set of behaviors and attitudes that improve a man's confidence in all areas of his life (not just romantically).
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/17 10:18 AM

Public shmublic. I bash TRP in conversations all of the time. But I have embraced TRP in my decision making and lifestyle. Nobody sees a disconnect ("How can you bash TRP yet live it at the same time?"). Go reread the 48 rules of power. People/ women don't recognize TRP actions as TRP. Instead they see a confident, healthy, aggressive, optimistic individual. In short- an attractive man. TRP discussions are not TRP. They are the shadow against the wall that outlines TRP in the room. Men and women…

Population replacement is an issue in many places, I agree. But overall there are too many people for the planet to support. Loss of biodiversity, reliance on specific crops in many areas, etc. Don't forget that with automation that there are more people available to work than there are jobs (at least that is the trend in the USA). It is a mess.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 11:05 PM
1

I agree, mostly. I look at it as supply and demand. More is available overall and while there is Tinder, etc. to inflate a woman's self perceived SMV the truth is that even a "not very high" SMV male can get sex every so often. The risks you identified are in 'relationships.'
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 11:02 PM
1

Ok. Doesn't change my response. Sex (in all it entails) is why men approach women originally. We want a muse, we want a woman to think we are sexy and interesting and we want to be desired.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/17 09:48 PM
2

It used to be sex. These days, with its low cost and high availability, not so much. And I am not talking about prostitutes. Women don't realize the value of sex and give it away cheaply. Men aren't stupid. If you don't need to get married to have sex you won't get married. "You can have it all" feminists did it to themselves. Progeny? The planet is already overpopulated and things are going down the toilet (global warming, political chicanery and the rise of the police state, etc.) so why bring…

The assertion is that ALL who subscribe to TRP are bitter low SMV individuals. I reject this. Some may be. But the goal is self improvement to increase SMV and enjoy life. Your (and the OP's view) is that 1. ALL are like this and 2. They don't change over time as they start practicing the lifestyle changes TRP exhorts. Sort of like looking only at a subsection of "before" photos from weight watchers and ignoring the"after" photos where people put in the time and effort. The truth is that the ide…

But the experiences and observations across the group (demographically, geographically, etc) are consistent. 2 guys in the same city who have similar lifestyles doesn't stand up under scrutiny. Thousands across regions, income levels, ages, etc. does. How do you know they are angry and emotional? How do you know they have no significant experience with women? Why the unfounded personal attacks? See my note about ad hominem attacks.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/17 01:55 AM
6

Your sample size is too small to be logical. Replicate that experience with 100 cats. Then confirm with other people that they have also had the same experience. If they haven't then identify and understand the differences in your experiences to isolate root causes for the different experiences. Then it becomes rational.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/17 01:38 AM
2

Ad hominem attacks are usually made by people who are losing the argument because their points are not as valid. The truth is that if an hypothesis is valid then the source is irrelevant. TRP starts with observations of human interactions. We start there and then model behavior and test the hypotheses using approach techniques with men and women in various situations. We evaluate what works and then adjust based on experience.

Good question. For me... Since sex is not supposed to be an individual event you have to be mindful of your partner's pleasure. I will go to great lengths to ensure her satisfaction. As I hope she would for mine. That said; hateful, disrespectful, or selfish behaviors are out. I am fine with role playing but not when it belittles a group (little people, for example). I don't agree that pair bonding is clearly something we are hard wired for. Society's demands over time have changed. There used to be a much higher price for sexual activity and the social pressures related to child rearing were much higher in the past. Today you screw without risk because of birth control and there is no shame being a single parent in the west if that fails.

TRP doesn't only work on damaged women. TRP lays out common/consistent behaviors of different groups and points out strategies to maximize your interaction with the specific group. TRP doesn't ONLY get you laid. It also calls out behaviors in a workplace setting, it lays out how to deal with female and male family members. If a PUA successfully gets into tue skirt of a healthy woman it isn't because she was damaged it was because he knew what buttons to push and successfully executed a complex m…

Could be. Doesn't change the fact that more divorces are initiated by women. Women traditionally have been the primary caregiver. That is changing. Too bad the courts still knee jerk react and hand custody to the mother without looking at who does what in a particular household. To get back to the OP- I just watch and extrapolate based on the data.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/04/17 08:41 PM
2

The overall divorce rate declines with more education. The rate (percentage) of divorces initiated by women goes up. Men have more to lose economically/financially as education for both increases so they are less likely to file (anecdotal evidence only). Women are more likely to benefit financially ( asset split, alimony, etc) so they don't have as much fear of divorcing.

I cannot speak for individual women and their attitudes and perceptions but I do speak to probabilities and direct observation. Someone once said that the study of physics and learning the rules of the universe was like watching a game of chess and determining the rules based on what he (or she) saw in the course of watching games. They couldn't do the things the universe did; they could only observe. I cannot be a woman (for many reasons). I can only observe, build hypotheses, and try to test t…

I don't know your gender/sex/whatever it is called today. I used examples of women I know. If you are a woman then great. Hooray for you and your views are just as valid as mine. I don't think we disagree: Women (at least three assuming you are one) don't appear to have a problem with the way a man makes money.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/17 07:09 PM
2

You aren't. Some (many?) are. It goes back to the start of the thread and if women care how a man earns money. I have shown 2 examples where different women (college educated, mothers, married 20+ years, etc) have gone back against their moral beliefs to support their husbands earning more money even though those items are frowned upon in public.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/04/17 05:17 PM

Clarification on#2: Women are logical based on their perceptions and goals. They appear illogical to men because they weigh different information differently when making decisions. Men consider our logic better because it is less based on emotions.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/17 12:44 AM

That is quite the sweeping generalization but since we do that, too, "OK." It depends on your end goal. Wanna get laid? That works just fine (go for lower intelligence). But if you want to actually have a conversation (with a plate or with a unicorn/potential wife) it makes no sense to "aim low." There is more to life than sex, believe it or not.

Depends on what you are looking for, honestly. "Alpha fucks" get the kinky sex. Beta bux get the emotion and the long term commitment but the crazy sex goes out the window. The criticism is that women are drawn to an alpha man for what he is and the beta man for what he has and can give her. Is it wrong? No. Just understand the motivation of the species and behave accordingly. When you know yourself you can act to maximize your experience.

Just because I don't believe that fairy dust and unicorns come out of women's back sides doesn't mean I think women are terrible. Women are women and act differently than men. They have different priorities than men and have different signals showing their attraction. I use women's behavior as a yardstick to compare against a man's behavior. TLDR: you're right; I am a fucking misogynistic asshole.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/17 05:36 PM

A significant part of TRP is understanding the dynamics between men and women. Our behavior, as much as we don't like it, is influenced by male/female interaction. Stoicism is often attractive to women so we incorporate it into our behaviors.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/17 11:27 AM
5

2 reasons: Women don't give a shit about what men go through. No point in bringing it up and sounding like a whining bitch. Men deal with it. It's part of the package we signed up for and since we cannot do anything to change it we deal with it and go about our lives. No point in sounding like a whining bitch.

It IS being an asshole to some people. Just as being a "nice guy" gets you laid... sometimes. Of course men are justified in their views and looking out for their own interests. It is a dating marketplace where there are lots of types of buyers and sellers. If you don't like what the other person has to offer then you move along to the next one. Feminists want a certain type of... something. MGTOW want something else. Why is it such a big deal? Women are strong sexual beings with appetites and desires. That doesn't absolve them of responsibility for their actions. My points are: 1) Both men and women are responsible for birth control and the implications of an unplanned pregnancy. 2) Society doesn't give a man in the say of "what to do now?" once there is a future baby on the way. Careful- you just rang the alarm for TRP guys. She could. And she could even convince herself that a man was interested in her for more than her looks and money. I, as a man, fully acknowledge that a good part of what makes me attractive is the strength of my balance sheet. Women are not romantics the same way men are. Women fall in love with the idea of love and security. Men fall in love with the woman. You may disagree with my statement. Research agrees with me. Guess who sleeps better at nig…

Money doesn't fade over time. Unless you squander it. A beautiful poor woman is still poor. A wealthy ugly man is still rich.

All of the power is in the woman's hands. SHE decides the opportunity for level of participation by the father. The guy/sperm donor in the article is a shit. I don't disagree with the assessment that he is a piece of crap. But not every man is him. That is a VERY broad brush to paint with. Would it be equitable if the man was the only decision maker on whether to terminate an unplanned pregnancy or not? Then why is it the woman's prerogative? Because it is her body? She is making decisions abou…

This post and thread is the greatest argument in support of legalized prostitution. And why many more men are becoming mgtow these days. Wanna have sex? Go right ahead. If you want sex without kids then have sex with a pro. Professionals are regulated when it is legal and they do NOT want a kid. A female sex provider acknowledges the risks and makes darn sure her birth control is effective. A gigolo doesn't want a kid, either, and will have no problem wearing a condom. Oh, wait prostitutes take …

Yes. But don't accept things blindly on faith, either. Continually test the hypotheses against observations to keep you from going down a bad path.

There is a difference between being a skeptic and "Everything is a lie." Being a skeptic is the basis for success. You build your belief system on layers - much like Euclidian geometry builds on certain basic truths and expands logically. This is much like the scientific method. TRP is the scientific method applied to life. Start with Physical facts based on experience. You observe gravity and physical laws. Then you adjust to take advantage of them by aligning them with your goals. Example: You…

Of course she can be a good wife and mother. TRP doesn't say that she will always be a ho... Necessarily. TRP is about awareness and understanding differences in behavior between men and women. And then using it to your advantage. A woman can be promiscuous and a good mother. She doesn't have to sleep around to think about branch swinging. If she doesn't act on it she is fine. It is only the ones who try to trade up that are unredeemable. But the statistics show that the probability of this hap…

Overall it is neither. A formal education is not what it used to be. A college (4 year) degree used to set you apart as an a future leader or specialist. now you don't NEED one to get ahead. There are 2 components driving this trend: "equality" for women and men seeking alternatives. education for women is great but it isn't going to change society's perception of the value of women. It isn't fair but the adage "they can't win" applies. And that is the fault of the feminists who are divisive and…

fair. Studies show the difference 2 parent home/families make. It is definitely better to raise kids. And preferable. Look at marriedredpill. We do it (be monogamous and get married) but most of us don't swallow the red pill until after we get the life sentence.

the red pill does a number of things. it is the people who misinterpret who do as you suggest. At its core the red pill explains male/female relationship dynamics. In simplest terms: if you want to be successful dating women you must become the magnet and not the iron filings. You start with understanding male and female human nature and motivation. From that you learn how to change your life and behaviors to your advantage. This is not just in romantic relationships; it also applies in work, fa…

Yes, but it is very rare. A few things to keep in mind: Monogamy is not the same as marriage. Monogamy is a commitment to one person. Marriage is a legal contract. A couple can be monogamous so long as everyone agrees on the expectations and everyone's needs are met entirely. Not likely. Yes, you can have a special intimacy with a person but that doesn't guarantee that they meet every social need. I have female (non romantic) relationships and male (definitely non romantic) relationships as well…

no. For 2 reasons. 1) Capitalism is a ponzi scheme in that it demands more and more consumers (i.e. "growth"). 2) Statisticians have already calculated that peak population will hit at around 2060 based on the relative birth rates around the world. The question is whether "Whites" will try to limit "non white" reproduction so that we stay "in charge." Why? We don't breed. Other ethnicities do. In simple terms we would only do it if we don't want to be squeezed out over time like the whites in So…

I don't purposefully test my wife. I don't throw things at her to see how she responds and then determine our "fit." In the event that she feels I am testing her it is because I have asked her a question or put her in a position where she doesn't feel comfortable answering. Trickle truthing is an example.

Roles and responsibilities (Agreement on who stays home with kids, last names, religion), sexual limits (monogamy? Swinging/open, etc). Financial responsibilities. The trick is that the person who cares the least has the most bargaining position when it comes to making changes.

I disagree with your second sentence. perhaps it was tongue in cheek? not all women are whores according to trp. there are common traits that many women possess and exhibit (hypergamy, trickle truthing, having 'fun' while they are young, preselection, etc) but that doesn't make them whores. the value of trp is in identifying common traits and behaviors.
