If it's of any consolation, I was in a worse spot than you at 21. I was a kissless virgin. I'm 27 now and I have improved a little a bit. I'm still not alpha chad thundercock but I still made a lot of progress. People usually overestimate how much change they can make in a year and underestimate how much they can change in a decade. I only lost my virginity last year and it was a horrible experience tbh. Anyway I understand your frustration, but don't give up man

Can I hit you up? I have similar problems as OP

Yeah same here man. Even I failed many times despites being in the right circumstances. If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? I just don't think you should completely give up and think you're not cut out for the game

Man I can relate 100%. It was a smilar situation with me as well. I also started my self improvement journey, stopped simping and made most of the changes you made and it got me nowhere. Even I've seen guys uglier and shorter than me pull more chicks and thought to myself I lack game. I've also seen better looking guys pull more chicks by putting in lesser effort and I thought maybe it's all about looks. Either way it doesn't matter , what matters is the end result and I failed. I also went out …

I have the whole post saved. My question is if it's the same guy, why lie about the age? Also in the other post he said that we was working in KPMG till he was 29 or 30 years old. But over here he claims to have started a business at 25. Either he's lying or he's not Karl Malone

You're forever Karl Malone?! Dude I used to follow you. I found your story really inspiring and I was sad that your account was no longer there. When I first started reading this post (before I knew it was you) I thought that sounds a lot like Karl Malone. BTW I read and even saved an older post of yours and in that post (from the foreverKarlMalone account) you mentioned you were a virgin till you were 29 or 30 years old? You also said that you worked a job at KPMG or one of the big 3 accounting…

Man thank you for this post. I've been consistently failing and I started to lose hope a few days ago. Reading this made me feel so much better. That's why I keep visiting this sub. I'm also going to continue boxing tomorrow after taking a break for 2 months

Reading a book is not going to automatically make you stop being needy. You need to apply what you've learnt from the books to your everyday life. Also the feeling of being needy is an internal thing. You need to do some inner engineering in order to change. External sources can only guide but the change must come from within

You're right. I'm in the process of ditching my negative habits and replacing them with positive ones. I've had a lot of success in my journey but it took time. It took me 2 years and I'm still not finished. Like you mentioned whenever I pick up or break off a habit, I do it for days or weeks but I always slip up. I don't beat myself up when I fail, I always get back up and continue fighting. You're also spot on about push past your limit while simultaneously not pushing yourself too far. It rea…

Thank you for this post. Man you have no idea how much I needed to read this. I've embraced a path that most of society wouldn't approve of and all around me I keep seeing weak men and society falling into the trap of the hedonistic lifestyle. I've been feeling lonely because nobody understands this path we've taken and they don't care either. But reading this made me feel better so thank you

Spot on. Alpha males can easily get oneitis and remain blue pill if they have never experienced the dark side of the dating market. Beta males can be red pilled because they would've seen the darker side of the dating market

A lot of these YouTube "alphas" are usually fakers/phony. Another example of a fake alpha from this subreddit is gaylubeoil. Just watch his interviews on YouTube and you'll see how much of a poser this guy really is. He's just a keyboard warrior that's all. Lot's of other posers here as well

I’d be happy to write more if you’re curious Could you write more? I'm genuinely curious. I feel like I learn a lot of lessons from your story. What business were you in ? What happened to all your offices in different continents? How will go back to expanding into a international enterprise again? If you don't want to talk about any of this I understand. Just curious

So she got the money from the beta and fucked the alpha😂😂 You don't need to laugh about it. People are here to learn the harsh lessons. No need to be a dick about it. Instead help a brother out and teach him not to make the same mistake in the future

These movies make that lifestyle look glamorous that's all. In reality there's no glamour in that life. Sure banging hookers and doing cocaine will be fun initially for maybe a few months and then your brain gets adjusted to the lifestyle. That's your new baseline and it stops being fun. Worse is you will end up having an empty life with no real friends and no purpose. That life is depressing in reality. It might be fun for a whole of 2 minutes

I'm going to tell you something I wish I had done when I was getting bullied. Stand up for yourself! Everyone here has given you great advice on how you can move forward and listen to them. But next time someone bullies you threaten to confront them physically if necessary. You won't even need to actually hit, just the threat of physical violence will make people back down. A lot of people who called me names in high school were physically weaker than me and I never hit them because I was worrie…

Gaylubeoil is a loser irl. Watch him on YouTube and you'll see what a little bitch he is. Can't beleive people take that retard seriously

Is she a psychologist with an independent practice clinic? Cuz if she is, she would have to make schedules for each of her patients individually so I doubt she's bad at making plans.

I don't want you to pander to any PC narrative. Most people in this group don't believe in that stuff anyway (including me). I'm just asking you to be a little respectful because we're all here to improve ourselves. Most of us here have some issues when it comes to socializing with women that's why we're in this forum. You don't have to insult an entire ethnic group just because you don't like what one guy has to say. Good luck to you as well
/r/TheRedPill22/03/21 10:10 AM

What does the fact that he's Indian have to do with anything? I agree his criticism of this post is completely wrong but there's no need to mention a person's ethnicity just because you don't like what they have to say. Criticize his personality not his ethnicity

Hey you should check out this YouTube channel called bulldog mindset. The man used to be in the same situation as you. He became a millionaire in his 30's and retired and that made him depressed. He even contemplated suicide at that point. But he managed to turn his life around. You might be able to relate to this guy . Check it out, hope it helps https://youtube.com/c/BulldogMindset

Ik getting into a fight is not worth it but at the same time not confronting this guys makes me feel like a little bitch! He even told one of our mutual friends he wanted to beat me up. Idk if this dude is actually a tough guy or just talking trash

I feel paralyzed by fear. I cannot think straight. I know I'm making excuses like a bitch but I too fucking scared and I badly want to overcome my fear. The part about me owing him money is another story but that part of my life I can deal with

Wow you're spot on about ego man. If I lose and get humiliated I'm going to feel like a bigger bitch than I already am. I love combat sports and always wanted to learn boxing and MMA. I wanted to learn because I'm genuinely interested not just because I want to learn how to defend myself. Hell UFC is the only sport I follow. Rn I'm broke so I can't afford any real classes. I've been learning basics of boxing on YouTube . If you know of some free material out there I could use to learn Muay Thai …

Because I accept myself and I am happy with who I am. You clearly are not. That is why you should stick more to the therapist and less to Reddit I'm genuinely curious, if you really are happy with who you are, why are you arguing with someone you consider a "loser" over the internet? Or why are you spending any time in this sub when most people here don't respect women who post nudes online? Doesn't sound like something a person who's content with themselves would do

Learn a skill that you're interested in. Something that will drive you. You can make a lot of money with any skill that you learn. You make money when you find a creative way to use your skills

If you want more variation, you can use 2 bags stuffed with books and place a rod/wooden stick between them to make a barbell. That's what I do. You can adjust the weights by adding more books. You can do a lot of compund exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press and overhead shoulder press. Add that with a few variations with your dumbells and you can have a full workout
/r/askTRP12/05/20 09:27 AM

I've been doing this as well. You can evev take a stick and attach two bags on either sides to make it a barbell. You can use this for squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead shoulder press, skull crushers and bicep curls. You can even do a t-bar row with one stick and a bag.

Yeah you're right I need to make better friends. One thing I noticed is that some of the really successful and cool people tend to be really pretentious. How did you improve your social circle? Also where are you from?

Yeah I'm going to try Tinder again. It used to be really good 3-4 years ago. I got a decent amount of matches with attractive girls even though I didn't put the best pictures. Now it's getting harder to get matches even though I have better pictures.

Examples from UFC fighters I personally like - Nate Diaz and Jorge Masvidal. A lot of UFC fighters are real alphas. You can pick anyone you like.

Hey I'm only 21 years old and I hate giving advice to someone older than me but this might help. You should try this thing called a dopamine detox. You should also look into NoFap. Dopamine detox is when you stop with all habits that give you instant gratification (like junk food, porn etc) and switch them with activities that are less stimulating (like reading, exercising etc). I know what it's like to feel tired after jerking off too much. I used to do that. Than I quit porn and masturbation an…

Do try all this. I'm not against it TRT or anything but you can try this first to see if you have any improvements. You can also try them when you're on trt as it will just give better results. I'm not a doctor or anything but this is just based on scientific literature I have read

Before doing that you can try to increase your t levels naturally. Reducing body fat and resistance training is one of them. Supplement with Zinc, magnesium and vitamin D. Zinc helps your body produce testosterone naturally and a lot of us have zinc deficiency . Jerking off less/ not jerking of at all can also help. You can also try herbal supplements like ashwagandha and shilajit. Fenugreek seeds and grape skin and seeds also help. Avoid foods that are high in estrogen like soy products. Doing …

Hierarchical beta / sexual alpha : the Omega The Omega is a social and sexual reject, but he is mostly okay with it (or so he says). He has accepted that his life will be one of a lonely follower, and he does not wish to take the steps to change that, convinced it would not lead to success anyway. When he gets lucky with a girl, he does not wish to commit. Example: Incel, MGTOW. You mentioned incels as an example of hierarchical beta/sexual alpha. How are incels sexual alpha's?
