The biggest point is to understand the difference between descriptive and prescriptive truth claims. Descriptive is the rules of chess. Its an unbiased look at how chess works. Prescriptive is "make sure to castle your king early." 48 Laws of Power is a descriptive book. It tells you the way it is. Rational Male is also like 90%+ descriptive. Knowing the rules of the game doesn't make you a bad guy. Its how you choose to prescriptive play that game.

I have been in the social work/mental health field since 2014. Therapy does work, but the quality of the therapist is an inverse ratio to how "big" the company/practice is. The bigger the production, the more it will lean left and/or feminist. Big companies are also required to do lots of "trainings" (read: indoctrination) on diversity training, toxic masculinity, female superiority, etc. They also have a shit ton of paperwork and hoops to jump through, and all of those involve cookie-cutter lef…

"Bad Christian Podcast" Podcasters are each involved in Heavy Metal bands, and are usually talking about controversial/"edgy" topics most Christians are too scared or politcally correct to address.

All I am gonna say is that a modern marriage license is a contract between three parties: man, woman, state. And the state is biased to side with the woman.

Its a hard no. Alegbra is Muslim, should we only use Christian-based Mathematics? The world may be deprived if you're Calvinist/evangelical, doesn't mean it doesn't produce anything valuable. We use non-Christian things all day, everyday. Some people just reguse to acknowledge it.

Based on swiping app data, the ratio is currently 94.5/5.5. 80/20 is for any average IRL situation. 95/5 is runaway open hypergamy.

"Still can't have the girl you want." That sentence is the issue. This type of thinking is what does you in. 1.) "Still can't have" = Self defeatism and scarcity. This is thinking you failed before you tried. Your mindest is killing your drive before the drive is fully set. This also shows scarcity, you are making these assumptions off a small pool of data. Even the highest alphas still have a rejection percentage, but they know that there are more fish in the sea. 0% success rate just means you…

Self-fulfilling prophecy. Humans are adaptive and malleable. Saying this makes you this. Its inevitable. Break the feedback loop and change the input. Its the only way to become "good enough."

Here is an excellent video describing all the non-looks benefits of exercise. This channel overall is pure gold for people new to Red Pill, but his take on food, exercise, and sleep are the top shelf. https://youtu.be/DsVzKCk066g

Attention that women want involve interaction, be it positive or negative. They want their action to have reactions. You can ignore someone 2 inches from your face. As long as you give them the interaction equivalent to what you would give a gray pebble on the road, then you are doing fine.

This is essentially the "Shadow/Monster" stuff Jordan Peterson frequently rants about. Another good analogy for this dynamic is the relationship of a sheep, a wolf, and a sheepdog. Though the sheepdog is on "Team Sheep" and protects the sheep from the attacks of wolves, the sheepdog is still a canine- more related to the wolf than the sheep. It takes a canine to fight a canine. Edit: typos.

Giving the opportunity for the beta to breakup with the cheating plate could help him grow some balls. There is a sense of confidence as the power changes hands when the guy has become the dump-er instead of the dump-ee.

Women are all about finding ways to have the cake and eat it too. You were the alpha fucks, but she felt you were lacking in the beta bucks. She found a low SMV with an unhealthy self esteem, and now she has her beta security while still gettkng her rocks off. I would recommend vetting the new beta boyfriend to see if he is mentally unstable. No point in keeping a plate at the risk of an insecure other guy who finds out he is getting cucked.

I know Jocko Willinik started making children's books in addition to his primary books. Havemt read them myself, but I and most of the RP community respect his positions.

I'm in a similar boat as you. I used to be a youth pastor and now a social worker- both very bluepill / feminist work culture. From my experience being a "Man-Missionary," the best path I have seen succesful is using Paul's method of engaging culture: "For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win more of them. To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) th…

Advice about girl: Sounds like Borderline Personality Disorder. Borderlines are all crazy, but their crazy is surprisingly rooted in the very same emotional cycle. They all think different and have somewhat variable backgrounds, but the emotional manipulation tactics are all from the same playbook. They alll have key terms you can research: Love Bombing, Grooming, Gaslighting, Hoovering, etc. Advice about you: Borderlines have a "type," and that type is a very self-sacrificing, do-gooder rescuer…

Priority number one, as all have said so far, is find a full time gig ASAP. One important caveat, however, is find full time work as close to home as humanly possible. You can start a nest egg and big chunk of savings having no rent payment, and no commute expenses. Those are the two biggest fixed money sinks that come out of a paycheck, and you have the opportunity to save like 80%+ of your paychecks. Start getting as finanically free as humanly possible, and a lot of other things will fall int…

Understand frame. Understand hypergamy. All the little details of RP come from one or both of these concepts.

I agree with this, but I also encourage OP to look into intentional fasting as a habit. It helps "reset and relearn" your body and mind, and helps you realize what has been indoctrinated in you versus your actual potential. Google Dr. Jason Fung or Cole Robinson (invented the fasting protocol called "Snake Diet"). Gotta empty the glass before you try to fill it with something else...

Fasting is bae. Makes you stronger, faster, and think clearer (even under stress). Do a 48-72hr fast (NO calories, just water, coffee, tea, etc) and that usually resets the body's cravings, gets you in ketosis, and the benefits start to arise. Once that's done, itll change your relationship to food and it only goes up from there. Train fasted, then break with high protein + good salt. Google "snake juice" if youre worried about hydration or electrolytes during the "longer than a day" fasts.

Good rule of thumb is to only use texting that leads to in-person encounters. Accept the compliment and set up dates you are free to get together again. The longer you chitchat through phones, the less your chick will desire to see you again. Scarcity of attention promotes desire.

I'd be weary of counseling at the moment, regardless. I work in the social work/ therapy field, and the are teaching very Politically Correct bluepilled propaganda and culture. What I would recommend for an alternative, granted you think the relationship is even worth salvaging, is to find more independent therapy/life coaches that show redpill traits and are disconnected from the APA "formal" therapy structure. Edit: phone typos

I would love to hear Jack Donovan's take on this. He is the leading RP guy I enjoy reading, and almost all his content is on Masculinity and its benefits.

PS- I live just outside of KC Missouri-side. PM me and i can hook you up with some churches.

I second the motion to find your own church away from family. It sounds weird, but if you live with your family and go to church with your family, you get put back into the "child" frame, living off the permissions of your guardians. This stagnates your growth as a "man with a mission", and keeps you in your child thinking and habits. Plus, you'll always be known as "that Parent's kid" at church, which will hurt more than help in the social dynamics you desire. I understand when people have fina…
