| 2 | I need help, quick. She is irrational. She thinks that just because she's the mom she can walk all over me and do whatever she wants.. | /r/MensRights | 16/11/12 04:00 AM |
| 1 | I need help, quick.Yeah, I told her about that today when she called me.. She said that the notice she is giving me will be just fine.. | /r/MensRights | 16/11/12 12:59 AM |
| 3 | I need help, quick. No, the custody agreement is in Indiana, she ran off from here when my son was 3 without telling me, and I didn't see him for 5-6 months. That's when I got a lawyer, and got the petition in court.. Well the lawyer was apparently not a good person (surprised?) and got suspended by the bar, and never told me any of this, and when my case went before the judge, he was supposed to represent me there (scheduling conflicts and obvious distance issues), failed to show up. So I basically got nothing out… | /r/MensRights | 15/11/12 10:08 PM |
| 4 | I need help, quick.I've never lived in Indiana, she moved there a couple of years ago. From the way I read that on their website, that's law, and another section of the website said that it would be a loss of custody for her. I'm working with the county clerks office now. and she told me she was moving today, and that she's moving next week. I told her that I was sure that it violated the custody agreement, and she said that she feels that with her telling me, she's given me plenty of notice. | /r/MensRights | 15/11/12 07:59 PM |
