Sorry to say this but fuck the game for now. You can get parts of it and use em but you have social anxiety that are a deeper issue than not getting laid. Like Tofutofu said : go seek help. What I would do is slowly work your way up to talking to girls. Go sign up to an activity that will be fun and that at one point you will have to talk to girls. Find some activity you'd genuinely like and that are liked by girls. Suggestions : cooking classes, sports (my softball league is for both genders), …

You seem to have a couple of challenges in front of you. You need to tackles them one by one, that will help you focus and build your confidence to achieve more in a smaller time frame. I have internalized some concept, but I met my SO at a party where I was hammered and did nothing closely related to the game. I was so out of it that she had to say stuff like ''Hey here is my email'' I am still trying to demonstrate value to keep my relationship healthy. There are obvious part of the games that are important for a LTR I guess.

It's not practice as their self esteem and background is most probably different. I still interact with girls that aren't much attractive, but more like platonic friendship. There are so many HB out there, just practice on anyone that's around you.

It is french, but where it is not customary it seems to work. I am french canadian so I am used to that and when I go visit my friends outside french-canadia-land and kiss girls I'm introduced to on the cheek they blush a lot. I think they like it.

Not define who you are, but open to improve yourself if their argument is valid. After three people told me I am stubborn, I decided to work on it seriously and I improved that aspect of myself, which means the definition of who I am is changed a little.
