Protip: it can sometimes be easier to go after the girl with the boyfriend, depending on the circumstances. If she's single, you're competing against every guy. If she's taken, you're competing against that one guy.

This is my specialty - I always get girls on the rebound or when they want to cheat, so listen up

Ask her to do something chill and friendly - go to the Mall etc - Friendly as Fuck - make her certain your intentions are friendly, flirty, but not sexual - she is still relating this back to her ex
Make her relax and laugh - NEVER MENTION EX - and initiate slight contact.
Isolate, make sure she is comfortable, laughing, and absent minded - and escalate

Using the steps above I stole two girls from their 'boyfriends' - both were with the men for more than two years and said I was the first guy they looked at in their relationships

Talk to her more and see how she is. Try hanging out with her in places that are specifically not just friends hang outs. Beach or restaurants and etc. (obviously you can do this without having any other intentions) but talk to her first. See if she wants to or not first.
