My theory is, there are more men looking for casual sex than women and an equal amount of women looking for commitment. The dudes who get left on read may be looking for casual sex and/or they’re interested in a woman who is already invested in someone else. The woman may be open to the idea of causal dating and sex but develop feelings in the process for a guy who isn’t thus the cycle continues. But I’m making a huge generalization, we really have no idea what either individuals intentions are …

Lol for the entirety of history men have inherited respect solely because they have XY chromosomes and a “dick between their legs.” Women are physically more vulnerable and face a lot of challenges that are not limited to their own reproductive rights. It’s hilarious that men want to flip the narrative and boldly claim they’re being forced to “walk on eggshells” in fear of some wild and imaginary punishments. Imagine being a woman and genuinely fearing for your safety and life whilst walking out…

Yeah no doubt... wondering why he is having no success.... refers to women as plates.... thinks a woman’s sole purpose is to sexually service him and then stfu, for nothing meaningful in return including but not limited to basic respect. Like WowwwW, no words. Not to mention, the hypocrisy is unreal. These women aren’t prostitutes, either hire one and pay the price or get a grip. No one deserves to be treated like a human flesh light. Gross. If you want to ‘get’ you have to ‘give’ something in r…

I’d just be straight up, and interact with them as you would in any other situation. I can sense when a guy wants me to shut up so we can began hooking up. Even though I’m there and I want to hook up, I find that to be a major turn off. My advice is to be friendly and talkative, don’t jump straight into the other stuff (unless the girl wants that too) IMO the experience is a lot better when rapport has been established.

I think the issue is certain men hyper-fixate on the act of sex and their sexual desire for women. They forget that women are multi-dimension beings who have value and purpose outside of sex and their body. As a woman I like sex and feel desire too but the lust I feel for my partner is intensified by the emotional and intellectual connection I share with him aswell. Women want to have desire in their relationships with men but don’t want to feel like that’s the only reason their partner is stick…

Weirdly enough I can relate to this. I’m a white woman and white men don’t seem into me, so I’ve developed a preference for south Asian men. It’s not a weird fetish either, I just find south Asian men more striking than Caucasian men.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/20 07:53 PM

Fair enough. It’s all down to personal preferences and your own individual choice. I guess when you’re looking for casual NSA sex those factors (weight, education, social class) don’t matter as much. Just think people should be realistic when it comes to what they’re expecting out of a partner. Sometimes standards can be too high (girl doesn’t look like a sports illustrated model/ comes from a lower class, etc) thus eliminating potential partners who actually may be a good fit otherwise. I’m not…

Well obviously he found them attractive enough to sleep with 🤯 either way, there is no need to fuck everyone you possibly can. I think that is another form of desperation. Just because you can doesn’t always mean you should. There are guys who could have a very attractive partner but would prefer to sleep around. It’s not the fault of the woman and it doesn’t imply that she wasn’t attractive enough to commit to.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/20 12:41 AM
5

That was my exact point. If you are attractive and/or lack standards you don’t even think about this stuff. You don’t resort to extreme measures to obtain sex. Either you’re w/ someone who you find attractive or you don’t care enough for it to matter. My point being that both parities have to consent. You don’t get to cast judgment on your sexual partner because you made a bad decision and regretted it later.

No I don’t think that’s how it works. Anyone who truly believes that has the wrong idea about female sexuality. Women are more choosy with who they have sex with because they can be. Women like sex, it’s not an act that the majority of us begrudge. I have one or two guys who I can call up whenever for “casual” sex if I chose so. I’ve had one FWB for like three years, I can hit him up in between relationships or whatever. Dudes aren’t getting laid because every single attractive woman requires co…

No doubt, these “Chads” have their own free will.... and the ~ultra horny~ guys who WILLING AND EAGERLY participate in those activities, call down the same women who they engage in that with? That doesn’t make any sense. If “Chads” were actually what these people claim them to be- they wouldn’t be THAT desperate. Why would they need to be? ...After all, I thought that chads were chads because they easily get attention from (attractive) women. Otherwise, nothing would set them apart from the next…

Totally agree with you. The vast majority of mentally, emotionally and financially stable men between 30-35 wouldn’t date a woman younger than 25 (and that’s pushing it) ... the ones who have, are usually dealing with immaturity and their own issues I.e) party lifestyle that involves lots of drinking and drugs OR they’re men who were involved in a LTR with a woman their own age and it didn’t turn out and they became jaded. My biggest problem with “the wall” is that PEOPLE AGE, it’s normal. As a …

LOL good lord 💀 years ago I met up with a guy who GHOSTED me after like four months of see each other on a consistent basis. He ended up driving to the car wash and manually washing his vehicle. How do you know if it’s their insecure attachment style vrs. they’re just LV? Serious question lmao I think I’m anxious avoidant. I distance myself from people when my feelings are overwhelming/ or when I feel insecure and out of control of my feelings as a result. I need to work on this, because my brain insists on pushing people away. It tricks me into thinking that I do not need people and that I will only get hurt if I start to “rely” on them or develop deep feelings. I also feel inadequate …

My friend who I no longer speak with was single her entire life, she used to roast LVM and complain about LVW behaviour. All of a sudden some old guy swooped in and whisked her away with his weed, apartment and audacity. We went from seeing each other multiple times a week to the point of barely getting a text back from her. I had to ask if she could tell her LVM to refrain from hitting on me ( he would out right say I had a “nice ass and rack” in front of her) 🤢🤮 Anyways, the first red flag was…

I agree, but for some reason people on this app believe that physical looks are the only thing that is taken into account by the opposite gender. My advice was insinuating that there is a whole lot more to women and their romantic feelings that do not involve a dudes appearance.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/09/20 12:28 AM

Simply put I’d say the ability to “read the room” goes a long ways. Both genders are attracted to attractive people (no surprise) but then again, not everyone can date a model. People usually fall somewhere in the middle, but of course there are outliers on either side of the spectrum. I’d say looks matter, but presentation matters more. Like I said, a very small fraction of people are 8,9 or 10s. The problem occurs when everyone goes for these people not taking into account their own looks, per…

Guy told me three weeks ago that he couldn’t commit to anything right now because his visa expired at the end of August and had to be approved or else he had to move out of country.... I don’t understand how guys can “like” more then one woman at the same time. When I get to know someone who meets my standards/ I like them as a person and there is compatibility my brain naturally loses interest in seeking out others. Agreed. It’s interesting how guys despise women for having their own set of preferences....Yet, when it comes to a woman and a relationship, some men openly claim that physical looks are they most important variable when deciding. If you want something in life have to set yourself apart from others in one way or another to get it. This is literally a fact of life. Yes women get dates and sex but then again, men have other options too. This guy was a university student and was highly educated. No he didn’t go to school to attract women, he just made himself stand out from the crowd in an unconventional way. Oh and before I get called a gold digger he was in university, there was no gold to dig 🙄 it was the vibe I tell ya

Uhhh no they don’t.... I’ve dated a variety of people with different interests, careers, education, etc and 75% were down right rude and unkind. Didn’t matter if they were 2/10 or 9/10, a shitty personality doesn’t get ya far. Hence, I made this post informing men that the way you make a woman feel will greatly affect your success in dating.

So true, a lack of concern and reaction to situations in which a woman would feel uncomfortable tells a whole lot about his character. On my first “date” with LVM, he suggested we meet for drinks. After we had one drink, I paid for my own (it was $7 lol ⁉️ so much for first impressions), we walked into the shop next door. I purchased what I needed, and since he worked there he went into the back to use the bathroom. I didn’t want to stand around and awkwardly wait so I decided to hangout outside…

I think 80% of guys have bad intentions. For example, I used to go out with an international student who had recently emigrated from Iran. We had been hanging out for a few weeks and on this particular day, I picked him up and we were chatting in my car. He started to go on and on about how woman here need makeup and that “women in Iran are 10x more beautiful than Canadian women even with hijab and no makeup” .... Guys want to paint the illusion of lots of choice and unlimited attention from women. When in reality his words were probably strategic and his rationale( I.e not pursuing girl) was purposeful. Most LVM are delusional in their grandiose perception of themselves- for some reason I can’t imagine a guy intentionally NOT pursuing said attractive woman because she was “out of his league” lmfao...

I’ve dated men who are almost 20 years older than I am. Status and wealth will get attention forsure but if you’re immature or a dick it won’t get you too far. Not to mention most women don’t want to date people who are THAT much older. Women are doing their own thing and can provide for themselves without a man. Both people have to bring something to the table other than their body or money.

It appears as though many people generally lack direction and motivation these days. I’m 22 and within two years I’ll be done university and making more money than both my parents. I will have my own place, my own car, good credit etc ( normal “have life together checklist requirements”) but these forums discourage other “normal milestones” such as LTRS. It comes across as men/women are asking too much of said person to want to explore and develop a connection outside of sex? If both parties are…

I agree! That’s cool too, but it’s important to be upfront and honest about your intentions. I hate dating people to only find out months down the road that they’re “not ready” or “don’t want to be tied down” - that’s their prerogative, but again I think its a sign of maturity regardless of what you want, to respect people’s time and make that be known.

Living longer because medicine can better treat chronic diseases. Just because you “live longer” doesn’t mean that you will have a good quality of life during the last decade- again, everyone ages and so does their body. Not many people are looking to get married and settled down at 70 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/20 09:12 PM

I agree with this- but I have a question for men! I was listening to “The Roomates” podcast and on many episodes they claim men mainly care only about looks when it comes to a relationship (face and body) - and then intelligence came in third place. No mention of education, ambition, career, goals, etc. So for the average guy ( as I am the average woman) , do men put those qualities on the back burner when selecting a girlfriend? Can someone explain this to me?

Men view women as a means to an end rather than a person with their own thoughts and feelings. Every woman is interchangeable to them because nothing else matters but their own dicks and interests! This realization has been enlightening but also terrifying. Men on reddit go on and on about ridiculous things that make women “unfit” or “undeserving” for a long term relationship.
