No one 'sues' for sexual assault. That is a criminal charge and is prosecuted by the state alone. And men do report it. I did, after she used the threat of false rape allegations to coerce me into unwanted sex. The dispatcher said "threatening to make false claims is not a crime" and then hung up on me. Men are not believed - and this is why you never hear of it.

https://www.gourvitz.com/Publications/Articles/Defense%20of%20Domestic%20Violence%20Cases.pdf this source, as well as my former lawyer, tells me that it is 'preponderance of evidence' for domestic violence cases in particular. If this is wrong, please tell me, because then my lawyer lied to me.

We don't want to fall into the trap of calling everything abuse - which is what has lead to the current situation where anything that a partner doesn't like is called 'abuse', but we definitely need to call about female abusers the same way male abusers have been called out for decades.

virtue signaling to the n-th degree, any hint of allegation and all ties are cut and the management is now the 'good guy' for dropping an artist for evidence-less and alleged misconduct. Accused of family violence when an extremely drunk and vengeful girlfriend claims I pushed her (I was moving out of our newly shared apartment). I moved in with my alcoholic girlfriend only for her to relapse into a boxed-wine bender. I was moving out by day two of our cohabitation - she assaulted me, I deflected, she called the cops on the evening of day three. The cops helped her craft the story into something that made me look like a monster and thus they were able to arrest me (she was blind drunk at the time). I was in jail two days, she bailed me out, but didnt stop drinking. After two months of hell where she raped me and threaten…

From someone who went through something very similar, gather and record all the evidence you can - emails, texts, phone calls, videos - from both your ex and the response by your school. Keep copies in a very safe place. Talk to some lawyers and sue the school for gender descrimination; future victims like yourself are depending on it.

/r/MensRights26/10/15 08:48 PM

/r/MensRights22/10/15 09:43 PM
15

Or worse, encourages women to hit men. Its a joke when a woman strikes a man. In my case, my girlfriend assaulted me, I deflected her arm, and she played to victim to the cops as vengence for me moving out. As soon as I (mistakenly) admitted to the police that I touched her (via deflecting her attack), I was guilty of domestic violence and labeled a monster.

/r/TheRedPill15/07/15 03:56 PM

You played a very dangerous game by even answering his questions. If, god forbid, you went to court over this, you wouldve been charged with lying to a police officer if they, in any way, thought you may have 'harrassed' a woman. Do you even know what the legal definition of harrassment is these days? Never talk to the police without a lawyer at your side.
