I'm mostly attracted to people close to my height, but the shortest difference in height is 9 inches. A lot of my exes and my current boyfriend have told me that they feel safe with me. I'm comfortable with people of all heights, I'm 5'2" however. Maybe due to my background having wrestled , but I don't see height as a dominant thing in gay relationships, more how we interact with each other. We tend to equally participate in the relationship.

I haven't had the (mis) fortune of coming into contact with them on a personal level, though I do work with salespeople. The term "IT" is too broad.

I work in IT, as a software developer, though my capacity rapidly involves interacting with people and requirements gathering so much that I act as an intermediary between the customer and what I need to do to ensure the get what they need. I effectively get paid to listen to someone, figure out what they want and just commit it to tangible form. Part of my job description? Wear a suit every day and talk to people. No one I know in the IT field is what she described.

Gay guy here: there are shit tests. There is drama and yes, a lot of men are similar to women in some respects.

I'm a bi (read gay) gay, and there are a lot of principle which can be learned and applied to relationships as well as yourself.

It was pretty wrenching to read, but I don't see Harry as being alpha, nor do I see the man as being beta.

I don't see the project being over any time soon, nor does the management. Note that I am overseeing multiple projects, not just the core CRM that we are building, maintaining and supporting, but also consumer stuff. I end up with the pains of PCI compliancy and the likes thereof. I'll ask what they think about them today.

Let's deconstruct here: No actual hard skills: what exactly does this mean? Software engineers is a broad term: applied to my context, I I'm the one writing an mod enforcing technical specifications. I am also the one concerned with the metrics and performance stability processes that go on in code reviews. Job stability? Not sure what it's like in the US, but in the UK, an alternative title would be software development manager. Both roles can be permanent. I'm not foreign but I am brown skinne…

So where does a project manager fit into this? A project manager who's roots stem from software development, but also includes budgeting, data analysis and other business MI work. Note that I originally trained as an airline pilot, but lack of job opportunities have forced me to look at alternative careers.

We must be living in different societies - the circle I associate with is very monogamous.

Sometimes I don't know where I fit in. I'm 5'2" and I've just turned 20. I have a stockyish build from when I did wrestling whilst at school. Beyond that, I'm in stable employment, and am well/highly regarded by my peers. At work, people think that I'm older than I am, apparently, I don't act childish, I am firm and I'm stubborn. I know that when I have my eyes set on something, I will do my damnest best to get it and I am confident that I will get it. I rely on no one else but myself to provide…

OP, I'm a bi guy, more gay. One piece of advise I follow is that there is always room for self-improvement. I'm more of an outdoors type guy, I've been the dominant guy in all of my male relationships (and female). I have an obsession with a level of unique perfection. My life is about me and what I want to do. I work only for myself, to improve myself, to validate and verify myself.

Scarily, I'm an otter... (I was a bear until I lost weight and started doing weights again). I'm slowly becoming a bear again. And that bear is quite cute :D

My current thoughts about it only fruitioned after I did a twitter search last year, followed by further investigation. Half way through that year, or about a year ago, I was involved in multiple failed suicide attempts. Things haven't improved. My thoughts about it are governed by the most reliable source, the target market.

It's coming straight from the horses mouth, not just do I have to be confident, not appear to be phased by it, but I also have to make up for a deficiency they perceive me to be in. Note that I am not trying to attract women anymore.
