I would advise you not hooking up with any woman after having alcohol. First if you are intoxicated, your judgement gets fucked so your perspective changes. Second, if the woman is intoxicated and you end up having sex with her, she can accuse you of raping her after intoxicating her. This already exists in India. In India if sexual intercourse is proven by the Prosecution then the burden of proof is on the rape accused to prove that the complainant consented.
