I do triceps work and shoulder work on push day. On pull days I like to do all the curling I have no specific days for my exercises. I cycle them through the week like: Day Training Mon legs Tue rest Wed pull Thu push Fri legs Sat rest Sun pull I try to at least get 2-3 days of rest a week for optimum recovery.

If you are looking for weight loss I highly recommend that you find out about your caloric maintenance.
