I am a professional dating coach and Ive worked and trained with many. It's a very individual situation. The same coach can be amazing for you and bad for someone else and visa versa. You just gotta give it a shot and see what happens. Worst case you dont get the ROI you were looking for. However the most important thing is you and how much effort you put into it. The dating coach can show you how to get women but they can't get women for you

Theres a million ways you can get over shyness such as yoga, breathwork etc.. All these things will just make your body feel extremely good and this will significantly lessen the anxiety. Also i want you to remember a key sentence that i use when im feeling insecure, "have confidence in your words". It doesn't matter what you say. You can literally be talking about the most boring subkect on the planet but if you have confidence in what youre saying it'll be attractive. When you talk imagine in …

Hey man, im really curious how old are you and ur gf? Also how long have you been together? What I can say for sure is to get out of your head and enjoy the moment! We all think about what we'll do to someone sexually and even say it to them too! Reminding yourself of this and pressuring yourself "I need/want to do this to her, is she enjoying this, etc" is a sure way to ruining a potentially hot moment. Find out what she likes and be gentle to yourself.

hey guy i think you're starting off on the wrong foot, as a beginner, you should work on your inner game before going straight into Mystery Method, that'll probably get you results more efficiently than skipping a few steps ahead.

I can relate to this. I distinctly remember the first time meeting one woman who would become particularly special in my life... and the first thing we did when we said hello was have a long hug. Was a crazy first date with hedge mazes & barefoot city walking but that's still one of the parts I remember most clearly & fondly.

Hugging your family, bros, etc, is still a very awesome feeling that you can apply the 70/30 rule to

Fr, personally, I would like to actually have an emotional connection with the people I'm fucking. I did the whole no-strings attached thing for a while and honestly, it sucked. The ego-high wears off and you're left with a bunch of shallow relationships. I wish we could normalize having casual hookups with people and still deeply caring about their wellbeing

It's a good way to show people you care about them. Especially because not everyone is good at verbalizing that kinda thing And hey, it's cliche as fuck, but sometimes actions really do speak louder than words lol

Hey, I totally get how a reaction like that makes you want to protect yourself. It's human nature, and the other side of vulnerability is the fact that sometimes it gets us hurt. But the people that matter find value in it. Try not to let other people issues become your own. Generational insecurity about intimacy is a very real thing and it sucks that breaking it is so hard.

That's exactly right. I follow a 70/30 rule. 70% attention in, 30% attention out. Otherwise you're kind of just shooting in the dark lol, or having the sex that you 'think' you should be having.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
