Hey Pal. Things always look worst before they improve. The only way is up right? I guess it's all about incremental improvements, dont try and fix the whole thing at once, try doing a couple of small things every day that are going in the right direction. Working out: whats your aim and what's your current weight? I got down to 16% body fat recently which feels good. I would reccomend getting some body analyser scales, they're not overly expensive, and it's great to track your progress. If you can't measure it, you can't improve it.

To all intents and purposes that is the case, I buy dinner/drinks the first date. From then on its evens or nothing. Only usually takes a first date though with these girls. One way or another its paying for sex
