Definitely see where you come from, especially if you're from the US, however over here there's rarely if ever school debt (majority of the costs are covered by the country and you only have to pay a tiny sum) and blue collar men are mostly uneducated gypsies who are alcoholics and insanely misogynistic. Unfortunately it does not really work in my case.

Never settle for someone who gives less than you, for it is not shameful to ask for what you can give. Not just in the materialistic sense but in general. Yes, as shitty as it sounds, that's why I feel so guilty and confused. I think I'm severely brainwashed by social media because the idea of an expensive ring is constantly pushed, it definitely got to me.
