Yep, never put much emphasis on it and its not part of my weekly routine.

Pounds, cinverted from Kilos though. All the best in your lifting journey, noobgainz are some of the sweetest that you'll have and remember years down the road in your lifting career

Thanks man. Starting now is always still earlier than later. I hope you gain the consistency and patience to start slow and work your way up, improvement is an exponential curve after all. My maxes are:90, 240, 130 (OHP, Bench, squat)

Yes, except for the flu and 1-2 weeks of holidays a year (in which I'm generally very active tho). Consistency and not overworking is key. Basically started first 1.5 years 2x a week and now at 4x a week. Got accused of steroid use plenty in high school.

Been lifting since 11, now 19 years old and 6'3" tall, cannot confirm this rumour. But also never broke a bone in my life though and never had any lifting accidents, started with high reps and less weight, which is probably the best.

High SHBG, low free test, low Estradiol but high total Testodterone could cause this.

Dont know yoir attitude towards it but prescribed or self prescribed PEDs (steroids) seem like a viable option. Some like deca, primo, eq can improve joints and soft tissue, while all of the main ones will help with bone healing and general recovery. Either way, stay strong.

The biggest sluts have the weakest father. The father sets the threshold for manliness and value of a man that her future partners will be, thus the more masculine a father without being controlling, the less slutty the daughter. Girls before puberty will undergo a phasee or phases were they crush on their father, every girls first crush is their own father (if present) I believe this is an evolutionary mechanism that sets the bar of minmum required masculinity for the girl in later life. Just a…

Yeah, it shows the lack of understanding about the term steroids, everyone thinks anabolic androgenic steroids, not realising steroids are completely natural and common (cholesterol, cortisol, estrogen etc.)

Violence till death is certainly a feminine trait. Men fighting each other (bar fight, etc) rarely kipp each other and even if, rather by accident. The emotions present in real killers (isolation, rightousness, anxiety, arrogance, jealousy) are distinctly feminine. Physioloyically, violent behaviour is correlated with elevated estrogen, prolactin, cortisol and/or adrenaline, but with estrogen being the main factor, androgens on the other hand actually decrease agressive tendencies (the strong do…

Your local gyn is a safe bet, mingle with the obvious guys and make friends and sooner or later simply ask them about their opinion and make it clear you are not anti-roids Trt is good because of legality, but a lot of docs give out tiny amounts only, no ai and you never get hold of stuff like masteron and proviron
/r/TheRedPill12/02/18 10:38 AM

Multiple options: you could find a ver pro trt doc Induce low test to get trt Simply try to get trt Do roids (this coupd be combined with any of the other points) Whatever you do, dont take any herbs or herbal stuff tp try and boost t levels. Megadosing vitamin d and k with proper nutrition and creatine gives you far better results without actually destroying powerful androgens like DHT

Yeah exactly what I meant. Totally delusional. I kbow awalt and all women are crazy to some degree, but american women seem to behave like special retards thanks to daddy government and feminism. Especially the ugly ones. I'm not from US, but I haven't really seen any goodlooking women from the US and although awalt, women elsewhere are more down to earth, less on a pedestal

We'll it also has to do with culture. Not saying either way is morally right or good, but there are places (also white people) where women would have been slapped for yhis behaviour and/or forced to pay and leave.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/18 08:33 AM

Feminism encourages them to do shit like this consciously i.e. abandon instincts and social norms, kinda like an autistic guy trying to talk to women.

I can confirm what he's saying I did MMA for a couple of years and the endurance is crazy. Also it's entirely possible to stay hard that long when one is healthy and levelheaded, yeah it's not like 100% hard 100% of the time, but more like 95.

Go slow on the B vitamins. They're good and really useful (imo the word "vitamins" doesnt give b3 and b6 enough credit). However they can build up and while b3 can cause or exacerbate low blood (causing you to feel stressed and brainfog), b6 can cause serious insomnia even at approproate dosages, which is why dosages should be constantly tapered down and up again when needed or a.few days off

Nah celiac disease, cant have oats and PB. Also where I'm at (south africa) that stuff is expensive (economy is fucked, inflation up). I get by eating organ meats and homegrown fruits and veggies
/r/TheRedPill08/12/17 04:26 PM

Clean bulking can also be fucking expensive, depending where you live and your stats. At my height and muscle mass, I'd need 3800-3900 kcal a day

I appreciate your sense of moral. Using anything as a crutch is always bad. I rather tought of having a good LTR gf and using that in social game, having 'mistresses' on the side. Whether someone does this and whether their partner is in on it is none of my business, everyone has to decide for themselves and noone should use me putting the facts out as an excuse at the end of the day.

Give this dude some upvotes. What he says may be immoral to some individuals, but the context and theory are solid. Sexual strategy is amoral and most of the "winning " genes were and are produced amorally.

I met a guy last night at a bar, like 170 tall (I'm 190 and all men in the area are huns at 185-195). on top of it he was bald, but dude had his shit together, very sociable, positive mindset and coupd definetly score girls.

Yeah. The real trp view would be to favour no attention at all over any positive or negative one. Simply because I'm a selfish ass. Dont want anyone else to know this shit, so that ib 50-100 yrs 90%+ of all dna can be traced to me. I'll just outbreed every cringy socialist bp white knight. Evolution bitch!

True. I dont consider myself agressive or racist at all, but the thought of joining law enforcement for the sake of being in a like minded group of mostly men in a clear cut hierarchy has slipped into my mind a lot in recent months. To be fair, very good post. However, I've done Krav Maga, MMA and boxing. It's really great at improving reflexes and taking split second chances. Just like with game only consistent exposure can truly improve you. However, I'm not even 20 and I've dealt way too many blows to my head to the point where if I hadnt stop I'd be mohammed ali in a few years (apparently getting hit in tue head isnt too healthy). Now I dont fight as often anymore, but focus on grappling and quick takedowns, no more ful…

"yeah I like sex with lots of different women so what" - attitude, stay confident and do what you always did, blatantly admit to any allegations with a cheesy smirk. If necessary use wit to derail any conversation on the topic. Since news are already out, you literally just cash in by obnoxiously hitting on any girl inquiring or commenting about it.

I rather think he is fortifying his points, by using language that is more context specific, to prevent false interpretations and twisting of his words. Philosophers and scientists also use sophisticated language for the same reason.

Best comment here. Its what I did. Its trial and error. The only feasible approach. This post is just general health bullshit. Statistically it works, in reality it doesnt. besides it contains dangerous antiandrogens like pumpkin seed, tumeric, flaxseed oil -> low testosterone diet

I like this post. Its rather oriented towards longevity and general health. Some of the foods recommended are statistically good for health, but total androgen killers.

The part about being able to get away with shit when you`re more muscular and high status is certainly true. If your frame is rock hard, all your jokes will be seen as funny and what you say as true. Or as Zyzz said: If you`re a ripped, big cunt you get away with anything.

By strong anecdotal evidence, it appears that hotter women trigger a bigger dopamine release during.intercourse and less prolactin post ejaculation. Evidence is merely anecdotal, but ive cpme.across this phenomenon too often to.ignore and from an evolutionary PoV it makes a lot of.sense

I'm familiar eith AAS. Prolactin inhibitors can do wonders and IMO are a must on a tren cycle. Do you use caber or prami?
/r/TheRedPill07/05/17 11:09 AM

This. Very underestimated. Prolactin basically curbs sexual appettite and prowess and downregulates dopamine receptors. In evolutionary theory it serves the purpose of preventing a man from wasting too much sperm/energy on one woman. Constantly elevated Prolactin levels in men ( my masturbation or frequent ejaculation) are related to depression, antisocial behaviour, decrease in cognitive function and mood swings. It takes 2 weeks (14-15 days) after one ejaculation for Prolactin levels to return…
