| 1 | How Should I Spend My Time?Audiobooks are great, I have a long commute and go thru most of my books on the road or during flights. I highly recommend them if you feel you have trouble finding time to read. They are just as informative as sitting down and reading, as long as you give it your attention. If your mind wanders of from time to time, just hit the 30sec rewind, just like rereading a paragraph you skimmed. However listening to audiobooks while working out may be too tough to focus.
