3	75 years ago, men and only men were conscripted to die in WW2. Today, game developers shoehorn female soldiers in WW2 games, unabashedly erasing men's coerced sacrifice from popular culture, all for money. This is one issue I can't seem to stand behind. For two main reasons: Women did fight in the war albeit not to the magnitude that they suggest. Certainly there were no front line troops in the American Army that were female. However, many armies and irregulars did employ female fighters. Although EA and Co. have been doing this more and more (see below).
