Read Models by Mark Manson and watch Sasha Daygame on youtube. That's all you need to get started, then go out into the real world and practice what you've learned. Who knows you may not need anything after Models, many don't.

I don't like to drink so the bar situation isn't my thing.

You don't have to drink alcohol to have fun at bars. What is it about bars that makes you want to avoid them? They can be GREAT venues for meeting intelligent, thoughtful women.

Yes. You don't learn seduction/social skills through "basic tips". You learn through practice, commitment, being open-minded, and being willing to take risks. The sidebar is a good place to start.
