Jesus son, what happens when you start having a real existential crisis? My advice is go find some lsd, do about 20 hits, and contemplate whether or not the universe exists then talk to me about existential crisis.

For me I feel like it is both. On the one hand, because I have a slight facial deformity, I feel like i'm going to get rejected right off the bat. on the other hand I do feel like the conversation is inevitably going to stop and I'm going to think about what next to say and deal with awkward silence. So yeah, both.

I think I might be too late for this ama Let's say you had a student who had a mild facial deformity called Goldenhar's syndrome, what would you say to him? As someone with a facial deformity (however mild) I feel like it really sets me back in the game, although I have had some luck (key word being luck, not success) How does one overcome an obstacle such as having not just ugly looks, but an actually physical difference?

One: you gotta stop thinking in leagues. That mentality is, on my opinion, a limiting belief. If you get caught up in leagues then you start having the mindset that certain women, no matter what you do, are unable to be gotten with. And that's bullshit. as far as "leagues" are concerned you got the right idea about changing your image, but it's not just about changing your looks. Change your life to be more social, exude confidence always and be friendly with everybody. Be the life of the party …

Things I am doing to improve my life: Got a haircut, for the first time in along time in my life new clothes, threw out most of my old clothes and got new clothes Diet and excersize, on keto and hittin the gym three times a week being more social, this includes pick up. But actually being a creature that is around other creatures is big for me. being more confident and believing in my own self-beauty and worth. Right now I'm in the "fake it till you make it stage"

oh no, no polygamist here, bro. I intend to change my lifestyle and not be caught up in "oneitis". Frankly I get too emotionally invested in girls that I date because I am always in the mindset that I can't get another girl after this because I'm so afraid that my looks kill me from EVER being able to have a good connection with somebody. so instead, i'm going to date. but without the "oneitis" polygamy means committed relationships with multiple partners, and I'm actually morally against that.

Unfortunately I don't have a girl anymore. I instead, intend to have many girls.

I'm where I am right now because I've never let myself be a victim, even though alot of bad things have happened to me in my life? Never ever will I let myself be defeated. Seduction and pick up? Have been particularly tricky, because it has forced me to face my biggest demon in my life: the way I view myself and the way I think others view me.

The problem for me is not the long-term. If I know someone long enough I can break past the way i look no problem because of charisma and confidence. But it's when it comes to pick up that I feel like it's a barrier in the immediate time. But I totally get what you're saying, If i'm not what she is looking for then move on to the next one and i'll be good.

I've definitely fell into the trap of writing off my failures based solely on the face. Luckily I've been so set on the idea of making this work that I had to eliminate it as a factor, at least in my mind. Fortunately for me I haven't let my physical limitation get in the way SO FAR. I've only just got over my approach anxiety. Personally I would love to hook up with a coach. Unfortunately funds are an issue. Someone recommended that I pitch the idea of me as a marketing asset. The whole "if he …

Unfortunately surgery isn't really an option for me at this time. Eventually yes but not right now. I don't have health insurance or the money to pay for the surgery. For the mean time I have to learn to get past it.

Good point and good advice. Thank you. I guess I just have a hard time rationalizing that someone can respond to me positively when my face is so different. It's a total ME problem and I recognize that. I know women when they get to know me don't see it as a problem but in the context of pick up? It is the one thing that stops me from going all in.

So I'm new to all this, so if what I say makes no sense, PLEASE, someone with more experience than I step in and correct my mentality. One, you will never see a girl that you want as a potential girlfriend. despite my horrible looks? I've dated girls with a wide range of hotness and some of the hot girls I've dated had horrible personalities and it didn't last long because I couldn't deal with them. This is important to me, in mindset? Because it means when I go up to a girl I want to approach? …

dude you should keep this up. I've been somewhat reluctant of doing the stylelife challenge because I haven't been able to see results and I can't seem to find any in r/seduction despite my searches. I'd love to do it, and love to see how it works out for you!

horselifer: i wish i had the wisdom you did. Thanks for this. now I just gotta master the actual escalating part!

I probably didn't ask very well, but I guess I'm looking for a "mindset" thing. I got a ... basic understanding of kino, but escalation as a whole is tricky for me and having the right mindset will probably help me more than anything.

Another question. I seem to have a problem keeping my interactions safe. I've been trying to get myself on the mentality of getting rejected just so I can prove to myself that I'm not keeping my interactions safe as well as getting myself over the feeling of being rejected. How do I keep myself from being too safe? Its like I instinctively go there.

Despite my looks, I've been able to defeat my AA. Or at least I have started really making some breakthroughs in that department. But I still have a hard time with the whole escalation thing. What is the one thing I need to say to myself that will help me escalate?
/r/seduction24/12/12 09:08 PM

Lol fair enough. Where can I go to get some reading on kino? I don't even know what it is actually.
/r/seduction24/12/12 12:05 AM

You're right. I have absolutely no idea how to escalate. That's definitely my issue. Got any pointers on that?
/r/seduction24/12/12 12:04 AM

Your post clearly says everything you need to hear. Your confidence is dead and you've experienced zero success. And you list WHY through the entire post. The answer, my son, is to start approaching again, the fact that you stopped approaching and have let your AA take you over is what killed your confidence. Time to reclaim your ability to approach, JUST FUCKING DO IT.
