I think I can help! When I read this, I thought I had sleep walked and wrote it. I have 3 boys that are the ONLY thing from keeping me from pulling the trigger on the nuclear option. I'm concentrating VERY hard NOT to go into my past to prove that I get where you're coming from. That's just a LOT of typing. So, here's what saved me: Eastern philosophy. Study the Tao De Ching. Study how to focus on YOUR work in the midst of chaos. Study how to just "be" while the world around you seems to be noth…

That’s the wrong question. The real question should have been “should I next her.” And the answer to that is most likely Yes. Here’s why: that was NOT a shit test. You are correct that her excuse to “support” her friend is NOT about being a good friend. But, Its also NOT to see if she can make u squirm. It’s to provide cover for her to party w her friend rather than spend Christmas w U. Whatever the reason, you’re not her priority. Wild horses couldn’t drag a woman away from a man she’s invested…

So, here's the deal: You already know what went down. The details you have included here are enough to confirm for anyone with a reasonable level of insight. One question you are asking is, is my intuition right? Did she suggest a 3 way (with another woman as a way of opening up the relationship)? - YES. To be fair, it's possible that the person she's been hooking up with is a female (given her new found feminism). Additionally, this was before you moved away. She already had someone in mind. Th…

Brother, its ok to hurt. This stuff hurts like a bitch. Here's where you may need some guidance. What makes this hurt so much is NOT that she left you. It's that you aren't where you thought you were on your life map. You let her define who / where you were in life. When she left, your entire foundation came undone. Its ok to have an LTR. Next time, have your life mapped out without her. If / when she leaves, only that part of your life becomes uncharted territory. You will find it much easier t…

I'm not rewarding her... I'm treating her like a small child (at first). The key is to condescend to her, as if she were acting like a small child. the sex part is just MY reward for putting up w it. It does NOT increase the frequency of her shit testing...

Not going to get too deep into theory here. Plenty of that below. Here are some practical things you can try: Turn her into a plate. Find another woman you can spend some quality time with. She doesn't need to know this, and it may challenge your assumptions about whether you REALLY want an LTR with this one. It's safe to say, you may actually come to regret investing as much as you have already. Have friends and hobbies that you can devote time to. When she acts up, be too busy for her. The key…

Am I missing something? The point is NOT when you can start gaming hot women, having fast cars, etc. The point is that unless you're a "natural", it's gonna take you a decade or so to develop into the kind of man that commands respect. The point is to spend your early adult years developing into that man, not waiting until you're 30 to start. Because life is a whole lot more enjoyable for that man. The point is not to enter into an LTR until you've developed into that man. Because that man has a…

It's very simple. EVERYTHING you know and believe regarding the RP is about frame. If you have frame, you don't worry about appearing as though you are responding to her shit tests. It might appear so in the short term, but in the long run it will become apparent that her comments had little to do with your behavior. STOP, STOP, STOP worrying about what she says. Do what you need to do to become a better man - period. BTW, you know you've arrived when you can amplify a shit test without having t…

You're absolutely right. I was not RP at the time. That was one of the tests I failed. It worked out because she got some dread, but I was definately responding to her, not the other way around. I STFU after I dropped it on her. I should have done that from the start.

Actually, the science is NOT clear on that point. Read Gary's books. You can find summaries on Youtube if you're not one to spend a lot of time reading

I'm bald. Starting going bald in my early 20s (now 48). I keep what remains really short. I have a good goatee (kept close), and only shave the rest once or twice / week. Plenty of attention from women. It really is about the attitude.

I'm a Christian man who is married. I've described to this blog in the past my experiences with the red pill, after nearly watching my marriage fall apart. I was able to save my marriage after swallowing the red pill. I agree wholeheartedly with your assessment of the RP nature of the testament, and the butchering of it by the modern church. It's for that reason that I can't help but think it unlikely that RP scriptures would leave you without a solution to you current dilemma. I've read through…

It only took a few months for the changes to START. The shit tests started to decrease in frequency, and everything else improved very quickly. So much so, that I knew I was onto something very early on.

AHHHH!. Read Why We Get Fat By Gary Taubes. You will be amazed by what you read. Most of what we believe regarding nutrition and health are built upon bad science, and kept alive by political and social inertia. You can also find a video about why we get fat on Youtube (I suggest this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bTUspjZG-wc

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
