thanks for the post. i'm 18 and my parents constantly fight (my mom initiates 100% of the fights) because of smallest details. I told them about 10 times already that they should consider divorce, they told me they won't do it because of financial aspects (we (my mom in particular) own 4 dogs & 4 cats). I am pretty advanced and I work out since about 2 years. I work out 4-6 times a week @ about 90minutes per session. for shoulders i do handstand pushups usually 4 sets @ 10 repetitions. No I didn't use an app or similar. I just went for some pushups per day at the beginning, later I began to do pullups and dips (i have dip bars for that). But as mentioned, go check out chris heria, tao physique, or similar youtubers, they'll help you a lot!

man I feel you 100%. I have 1 sister and my mom, they both are crazy sociopathic. My dad works his ass off and gets yelled at from both my mom and sister after he got home. It's unbelievable how they disrespect him. I have the 'luck' that they respect me a bit, because I'm about a foot taller than both and pretty good built. I think it's not a 'must' to have been in a relationship... If you weren't, that's also completely fine, it's your life and your decisions fella. I.e. I have been in a relationship because I was fucking desperate for companionship and I thought a relationship would solve all my problems... well we all know better on this channel... hey man, crazy story... so for the fitness advice: I would check out 'calisthenics' on youtube etc. I do it since about 2 years, its so much fun! Studying: I wouldn't study too much per day but depending on the workload, I think about 2 hours with 10 minutes pause each hour should do it 👍🏼 I would recommend something that has to do with IT, because IT is the future... personally, I'm a systme engineer and it makes very good money because not many want / can do the job I think you are missing som…

oh yes, its hella fun! doing calisthenics since about 2 years now. at the beginning you're not going to make big progresses but with time come the results... for example when i started i could barely do 5 pull ups and 20 push ups, now I'm able to do handstand pushups with ease & other things like 5 muscle ups and human flag for a bit of time... its awwweesome af! :) if u need any tips or something feel free to contact me via dm!
