Think about how they will remember you when they reach child-bearing age. Act accordingly.

You have to get an attorney. It's not what you know that's going to screw you over, it's what you don't know.

Too bad about your dog. No relationship to your situation.

Outline your situation on paper. Go to an attorney. File the papers. The court will decide according to the laws of the jurisdiction. He's a controlling bastard.

Get an attorney. Joint accounts are now yours alone. Lay off the blame game. Eat healthy. Exercise. All things go through your attorney, including emails both directions. Get counseling. Good luck!

Copy your attorney on all communications, both ways. Exercise. Eat healthy.

Document everything. An attorney is needed. File preemptively. Get the upper hand. If you have joint accounts, repurpose them for just your use. Avoid doing anything that will come back and bite you. You're pissed, upset, and this is no time to seek revenge. That can come later. Take care of number 1.

It's over. Move on. Keep doing what you're doing. Log the juvenile behavior in a journal.

Don't ask questions. Just be declarative and send the effin' cancelled check copies. Log the action.

Yes, it's like breaking your vows. Admitting failure. But, as long as you tried, find some new activities.

See if there's a chapter nearby of Equal Rights for Divorced Fathers, or similar names. I used them years ago. Inexpensive, super helpful. It's what you don't know that will stick it to you. Group meetings, ask attorneys questions. Back then it $5/meeting. But that was 30 years ago. Still, best information I obtained. 50/50 down the middle for child support, medical, dental, etc. Leave no stone unturned and nothing more than 50%.

Do it! Put them on the defensive.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
