Cheers dude, appreciate the advice. You're bang on. I think it's like the gym analogy- if you haven't gone for a while you're gonna be temporary weaker and tire more easily. It sucks at first but you've gotta power through and it gets enjoyable again. Especially once the results start to show.

I've read a little of his stuff and tbh I do not resonate with him. His approach is scripted, overly methodical and misogynistic. For instance I read 'Day Bang' as I wanted some material to help me with indirect style daygame. Some useful advice sprinkled in there for sure, but some of his advice is so creepy it makes ME shudder. For instance, if you are doing street approaches, he recommends finding a 'hiding place' that you can pop out from to approach, and recommends a scripted routine in whi…

Lose weight - diet + heavy weight training and cardio 4/5x per week. see you in about 12 months. Go to a professional hair stylist (not a barber or the old lady who comes over to cut your 12 y/ brothers hair). Tell them to just do whatever they think is best. Look at male celebrities and how they style their hair and what resonates with you. Bring pictures to the stylist. Get your facial hair styled too (simple stubble often works best) and for the love of god don't shape it into a goatee. Take …

go in there and get a sandwich from her, preferably when its quieter/you're the last in the queue. Ask her name, tell her she's cute and introduce yourself. Ask her how long she's been working there or something and then boom: flirty small talk. grab her number with a view to a simple date and go. Doesn't have to be complicated.

should all be able to get those for free if you look in the right places, just saying. I'd use it towards a bootcamp or event if you can't get a cash refund

Fuck her man. Her loss. You wouldn't want to date a flakey girl anyway.

well firstly, the group who i take improv with are just great people from different backgrounds, who for one reason or another have decided to do improv. That in itself is cool, and it is a great way to broaden your social circle. Socialising with people in the class is actively encouraged by the teachers. As for improv itself, im a noob, but it really teaches you to 'let go' and embrace whatever comes into your mind and to just go with it. You will also be asked to perform and speak in front of…

Always be talking to people, and take every opportunity to engage in social activities. At the end of the day, socialising is something which needs to be practiced. Also, do things to push your comfort zones and allow you to chill out and be disinhibited. Things that have helped me are (aside from cold approach day game and night game - no substitute imo) improv classes, public speaking classes/groups, dance classes (individual, partnered - mix it up) and similar things which may seem uncomforta…

I find that making statements/playful assumptions about her is a great way to segue into a normal conversation. So for instance, after you've done the basic introductions, pause, look at her and make an assumption about her. Can be silly things like "you look like an arts student", "My guess is that you work in retail", and be prepared to justify why you think that. Get creative, and remember that you definitely don't have to be correct about these assumptions. Essentially, get good at ploughing…

I do daygame myself so I don't want to come across as a hater, but theres something about these infields that really rubs me the wrong way. How did she not notice the guy with the camera following them between multiple venues, and why would they risk setting a camera up in the apartment right in front of her? Also, no attempt to conceal her identity? Presumably this girl is okay with the internet knowing she was seduced within a matter of an hour or so during the daytime.

Introducing yourself to daygame is much easier if you have a wing with you. You'll still be nervous, but that's outweighed by not wanting to let your wing down.

Seriously? Vadim did a really good AMA here on seddit if you weren't aware. He does a lot of themed pick up attempts for jokes, because its fun to watch for the less serious/non-pick up related community. Also, 3 rejections out of 200 approaches. Have you even done day game?

Gotta love the blasé attitude. The first rejection alone would've been enough for some newbies with thinner skins to quit and go home. The dude doesn't take life too seriously and its so refreshing to see.
