But otherwise Nietzsche or Satre. The nature of the philosophy means it ranges quite a bit between philosophers. Thus Spoke Zarathustra is a great work and enjoyable read. Many of those published after Nietzsche's death were good too, they weren't released initially due to politics. I'll add some info, feel free to skip: Main Beliefs Unlike René Descartes, who believed in the primacy of conciousness, Existentialists assert that a human being is "thrown into" into a concrete, inveterate universe …

Agreed. Though for me it's more social libertarianism specifically to the level where the government should not act to enforce behaviour on an individual but return that power for protecting individual from one another. Can still be a liberal though, it's a big tent. Similar to the conservative fracturing in the last century.

To piggy back your comment: Prenuptial Agreements Better protection afforded to prenuptial agreements. This is more of a people issue, where having appropriate legal advice during the process would solve some of the problems. Perhaps also build in a more black and white consideration process where a good number*(haven't got the stats atm) of nullification's could be avoided. Education on prenuptial agreements on gov marriage websites/pamphlets pamphlets where the basic information already exists…

From TRP: The Red Pill: Discussion of sexual strategy in a culture increasingly lacking a positive identity for men. From TBP: TheBluePill is a satire of TheRedPill and the strategies discussed on that particular sub. TheRedPill is a subreddit for pick up artists who discuss ways of manipulating women. Sounds sorted, if it comes up again in the future just call him on his shit. You don't need a friend that matefriendguards*, I've found those sort of guys get puppy eyes for any decent girl in their vicinity and get salty over your success pretty often. He's more likely to spill the beans on TRP to burn you in her eyes instead of improving himself.

Should have just left it at: I told him he should grab his balls and stop bitching. I give close mates a grace period if they've introduced me to someone they've just met and I'll step back if I know the only reason she's there is his attempt at gaming her. Otherwise it's shit or get off the pot. If they've known each other a while, a mutual friend or he wasn't the one who introduced us - then I have no qualms approaching.

I would (non-hormonal). You covered it well enough, so I agree with your view. You've got more control in sexual responsibility AKA she can't secretly stop the pill, get knocked up and then have leverage over you. If you're in a relationship, your SO wouldn't go through hormonal mood swings and/or depression due to the pill. Also, you can have sex without a condom (with someone you trust), nut in her and not worry if she forgot to take her pill.

Have a look at commercial sales for your sector. Do you know who your equipment/material suppliers are? Commercial sales departments often seek those with technical knowledge in particular specialisations. The role often requires face time with important clientele as you progress which may satisfy your desire for people time.

Frame is more about who the lead is in an exchange/relationship. If anything it's an indicator that you have not established a dynamic of respect within your peer group. It's less about your action/inaction and more so your level of influence. The concept of frame covers a lot of aspects of our daily lives, some of which we’re painfully aware of, others we are not, but nonetheless we are passively influenced by frame. What concerns us in terms of inter-gender relations however is the way in whic…

Yes. You know his reaction to conflict/stress, there's little chance that it's never going to happen again and there's no telling how far it will go next time. Unless your goal is to become just another statistic then this relationship has reached its end point.

I'll humour you. Pack your stuff and go stay with your family/friends or head to shelter. Once violence enters a relationship there's no putting that genie back in the bottle. The relationship's over.

It's still worth going for the socialising, you'll brush up with new groups and meet people you wouldn't have otherwise. Most places have quieter areas or groups of people chilling in the backyard anyway. The end of the day though, you may not want to drink, but the idea of a good time to most people isn't a sober night in.
/r/askTRP28/11/16 11:50 AM

Never had an issue not drinking at parties, you're more likely to get hassled for "I'm just having a couple of drinks" or "I've had enough to drink" than "I'm not drinking". Go to the parties anyway, just don't drink - no one will notice and if they do they won't care enough to go on about it, they're there to have fun too. Just don't f-close on a college age girl that has been drinking, better to take the small chance of seeing her another day by grabbing her number than risking legal hassles.

I'd say do it, get your cash and divorce. The other party cannot hold you to the contract if the terms are illegal (civil and criminal). The criminal aspect of which you would both be committing too, so she's not going to pursue that avenue either. Regarding asset division after this, you mentioned your student debt, so her attempting to retrieve the funds via division of assets would still work in your favour assuming half your debt is greater than 5k.

They'd probably be right half the time too. What I've seen is that they're able to play ball as well as the more experienced carousal riders without paying for the ticket. Coupled with the resistance to sex and sensitivity to sexual intent they're often not worth the time you could otherwise spend on the more receptive riders.

6ft, doesn't help getting laid. It's just one less objection. Compare it to girls who don't like bald guys, having hair is necessary - but having hair doesn't score you any points, it's neutral. The taller you get the more likely it is to be a factor in her attraction, I've only heard of this in the 6'2 and higher ranges.

There's a range and they're not all that common. That said, assuming she's both not unattractive and not religious but has retained her virginity, then chances are you're not going to have much luck. The few I've known socially are hawks in terms of spotting game and are often able to deduce intention pretty quickly. They've all often had long term partners who respected their virginity and they seem to have had fulfilling relationships all the same. Unless you're looking to commit, it may be wo…

You're looking at it backwards. You meet a few women, some won't work out, others will be one nighters and over time you'll develop some ongoing casual relationships (plates). The plates over time will indicate what you prefer in your partners and will give you some experience in spotting redflags. Eventually some of the casual partners will have been around for a few months, if they haven't shown any red flags and they meet your other criteria then you can upgrade her to an LTR. Minoxidil and finasteride. Speak to your doctor about the latter. See if it helps, it should at least prevent further hair loss for a time. There are other options but I've heard good things about the two drugs listed above, I don't see why they wouldn't help you. End of the day though, not having your hair isn't going to pull you out of the dating pool, some women will prefer hair and for others it's not a major consideration. With everything else, you're doing fine. Keep focusing on school, ge…

No, I would not. Man or woman, that's not something I can see myself enjoying. In the morning, there's little to be done about it in my mind. Morally, I would't feel as though I had been raped or sexually assaulted which I assume is what you're trying to get at. Ejaculating doesn't mean I wanted it either, men can achieve erection/orgasm in these circumstances - it's not unheard of. Though to put my own agency on the table here, I'd make it verbally clear I wasn't interested and clearly say no a…

Brush it off, you get the same with kids, house, car, yacht etc; depending on the circle of people you're speaking to there's always something 'you'll change your mind about'. Answer with some romanticised platitude and graciously decline their invitation to set you up, they'll eventually stop trying. Alternatively, let them set you up, pump and dump her and that too will stop them trying.

I'm sure there are some who are malicious, but I doubt it's most of them. While I've had quite a few women in the past acknowledge orbiters, white knights and the 'favours guy' most of them seem to genuinely appreciate the friendship these guys appear to be offering. While it's obvious they're seeking more to me, they don't see it. When they do and they discuss it with the guy, it often goes one of two ways: He makes a move, she rejects him and he accepts that he wants to remain friends regardle…

The boyfriend aspect is up to your own morals, assuming he is also a student it could cause you grief down the road. I'd next for the reason that she's on campus, with the current atmosphere I suggest including university/college as a don't shit where you eat location. Doubled with the fact she has a partner and she now has a reason to find a way to make you the bad guy if she gets caught fooling around.

I think it would be better to treat sex crimes similar to crimes involving minors. No names may be released, the difference being that they would be released in a guilty verdict. While it's one of the core tenants of the legal system for justice to be seen, I think the damage that the trial can cause even with an innocent verdict should be considered. It's situations where the publicity of trial is considered in sentencing which sometimes results in a shorter penalty; I feel if the names were pr…

Men are being fucked over around the world and you don't want to do anything about it? Nope, I'm not an activist. We have access to a the largest compendium of knowledge in the known world, if someone wants to change their circumstances there is nothing stopping them from learning how to attempt to do so. People have been fucked over around the world since recorded history. Few people have the resources to change it and of those even less have the skills required to do so. With that said there a…

Yup. Caused by the type 1 herpes simplex virus, eye herpes (ocular herpes) is a common, recurrent viral infection affecting the eyes. This type of herpes virus can cause inflammation and scarring of the cornea that sometimes is referred to as a cold sore on the eye. Herpes of the eye can be transmitted through close contact with an infected person whose virus is active. Herpes keratitis is the most common form of eye herpes and is a viral corneal infection. I don't agree. By this logic, agreeing that the world can be viewed through a philosophical lense would render cynicism and Platonism as the same. I think it would be a better comparison to state: all posters that are aware of the modern dating world whether through action or inaction are participants in an area of learning. Some of whom adhere to red pill teachings and others blue (insert other colours). All students who are aware that the world may be viewed philosophically whether through act…

Social, financial and legal repercussions have changed. At one point, having sex out of wedlock would have you shunned by your community and if you cheated on your spouse you'd like face social ostracism. The Church was also a big factor in many peoples lives and that extended to the standard they held their companions to. This doesn't apply at all/as much in the modern western world. Financially, if you cheated on your spouse, you would be left with nothing. Prior no fault to divorce this was a…

I don't think you're unique in that aspect either, I was intentionally selective with my word choice above, I may concede replacing 'a lot of men' with 'some men'. Other commenters have put forth comprehensive outlines regarding TRP's position on it. I was just stating that by the standard of AWALT for predispositions due the natural drivers, men too would be under that banner, if not more-so. But there are other incentives/disincentives to consider. We don't operate straight out of our limbic s…

By the standards of AWALT, it too would apply to AMALT. You're right that there are advantages for both parties. I think for some their morals prevent them from acting on the impulses, for others it's the potential repercussions, as well as a lack of incentive. I think a lot of men, given some form of guaranteed secrecy, if approached by an HB9 would take the offer.

Sure thing. Can I ask why you'd go no contact if it's a relationship and explain if it's a new thing? If it's a new thing, as in haven't had sex, it's partly out of respect to the other person because it wouldn't come from a place of not liking them, I would just be ending things because I don't want to catch it. If it's relationship it will because I don't want a person like that in my life. They were willing to put me at risk with no consideration for me. It wouldn't be a punishment, I would h…

I'm familiar with it. I suppose my sentiment comes from a more general view on sexually transmitted infections. It's difficult to test for and you're right about potentially carrying it and not being aware. While HSV1 is oral and in this example is active in the genital region, I wouldn't want to risk bumping uglies in that region as it's not somewhere I'd particularly enjoy it popping up. The same way I'd want to be aware of a flare up so I don't touch my eyes after contact. For instance I get …

It depends; either way I would end the relationship. The only difference would be my actions based on the circumstances. If it's a new thing, nothing has happened yet. I'd politely end things and explain why if need be. If it's an established relationship, regular protection has been used and there's no issue. I'd simply end it with no concern for them, I'd just end the relationship immediately and go no contact. If its been ongoing and they knew but didn't mention it and we had been having unpr…

I wouldn't bring it up. If I don't find them at all sexually attractive without it I'd just part ways ambiguously, (I wouldn't be monogamous in this situation). No need to push them toward caking on makeup to come see me, there'll most likely be someone else out there that will appreciate their looks. Realistically speaking though, if I don't find them at all attractive without makeup, it's better off that I end it. But the range of what I find attractive, to use the 1-10 scale isn't 1 or 2 poin…

Not really, the weighting would be low regardless. While there are expert makeup artists out there, I'm yet to come across a large enough change in appearance in person to lose my attraction to someone. I'm not huge into one night stands either, so my partners tend to have a little more going for them other than looks. So if they wanted to stay in makeup consistently, it wouldn't hurt my opinion of them unless it means spending hours getting organised if we were to head out for whatever reason. …

I tend not to put much stock in SMV; ceteris paribus I'd choose the more attractive person if I had to choose, but when you're open about what you're looking for you tend to find partners that don't mind you seeing others. So it's not a concern within my lifestyle. In relation to makeup overall; unless she looks like another person without it, I don't mind either way. I don't tend to go out with my partners after the initial meeting, so I typically only see them in the afternoon/evening at home …

Decent time for a social circle jump if you're into the warm approach game. I quite like the social circle game and IMO you should take this as a learning experience if you want to continue the style. The problem is that you shat in the honey pot, (poisoned the well). The way I approach the style is to take it two worlds apart. We all know attractive alpha girls tend to have desirable yet slightly less attractive friends and hotter upstarts are relegated to acquaintance level. Ideally you want t…

Just left a blue collar workforce to upskill. What I've been hearing from those in the white collar world, moving vertically within a business is extremely unlikely unless you've mastered the social environment and know the right people. I believe there are exceptions if the cohabitation laws in the area lean away from defining defacto cohabitation as common law marriage. There are benefits to sharing a household (assuming this is an LTR), given that the sex life does not diminish. There are perspectives from all sides that I have incorporated into my own world view. While I may not agree on every aspect of differing arguments, there are often portions of a discussion that can improve my own ideas or reshape my existing beliefs. The hate doesn't bother me. For that last part, stick on your business shirt, take out your best looking friends and get a well lit shot in an upmarket lounge bar. Should give off the right look.
