Always innocent until proven guilty. Even with body cames and eyewitnesses (Direct Evidence) it must still go to court. Jail is for people who haven't been sentenced yet for lesser crimes. Until then, there's just a police report if there is one. A court case and it's sentencing are legal proceedings and documents. Male suicides tend to be more violent. Most seek a more 'manly way' to go out. Women tend to do less violent means like poison or hanging. They would rather leave behind a presentable body than men.
