You will never not need that book. That’s the Red Pill bible right there. That book possesses essential knowledge that applies to all RP men, in all phases of their development.

Thats right. If one's mind drifts to negativity and self consciousness, the bad thoughts will certainly manifest itself through poor posture. constantly being aware of it and adjusting it leads to great habits in posture.

Thank you man. i'm so glad I could help. Remember, every great tree was once a small seed, so keep on working and improving everyday and you shall soon rise up and conquer life. I'm grinding with you, we all are, and we got your back. Onwards!

I can really relate to what you're talking about here. I used to struggle pretty badly during in-school debates and discussions because whenever another person would oppose or refute a point I made, my tear ducts would puff up and I would lose the desire to retort and stand my ground, even when I genuinely wanted to talk. My mind would be bombarded with thoughts like: "no ones gonna agree with you" "im probably not even right" "what if you look stupid" ad infinitum. The paralysis is real. As the…

I learned about roaring 20's Harlem pimps in the Autobiography of Malcom X. There's actually some spot on RP truth in that book in regards to game.

Absolutely glorious. Let us all ascend and march into the annals of masculinity as brothers in arms, unified and empowered through our collective strength. May we finally claim what has been rightfully ours all along, together. Great post, Hunter. I'm with you 100% of the way.

Then why does the most powerful military force on earth--the US Military--use push ups as a key assessment of physical strength and endurance? Almost every PT session in the Armed Forces includes some push-ups. People wouldn't use it if it didn't have utility.

Stop shitting on the push ups. Doing 100 a day is better than doing 0. They don't have any serious adverse affects. They develop commitment to self and one's word. What's going to happen if you do this for a month? Nothing but good (if done properly). Quit badgering the man and listen to his message: committing to action and following through, regardless of the action, crafts and molds a more masculine mind, body, and spirit.

Psychedelics made me quit drugs and love life more. Ironic, I know, but they can be utilized as tremendously strong tools to help find yourself when used properly.

What a brilliant transformation. Goes to show anyone can become a beast when they put the work in.

I used to play a lot of video games, specifically games like Runescape, Skyrim, and Fallout. The exploration of the in-game world was arguably my favorite aspect of playing. Once I put down the remote and began to spend my time outside, I realized that all of life and the planet we live on is just one big video game. There exists an unfathomable number of locations, landmarks, and terrain features not unlike the pixelated universes I once enjoyed. The only thing is its way fucking bigger and mor…

No brother, this answers my question perfectly. I'm asking because my last LTR paralleled your situation pretty well, but I dumped her before I could ever see shit go down. I'm sorry the 5 years had to end like that, it's hard to see the illusion come crashing down. My ex was headed down the same road as yours. When we started dating, she was a freshman in HS and I was a sophomore. She always abhorred alcohol and drugs (or so I thought) but as time went on she started hanging out with hoeish fem…

I'm glad to hear you're taking the appropriate steps forward after your grief. I'd like to ask: what happened in your relationship? Can you briefly explain what happened and how you handled it during the relationship?

For such a wise and well-versed gentleman like yourself, it sounds like you've got it all figured out. Yes, a significant proportion of millennials are slaves and sheep to iPhones, mass media, and a plethora of other vices that are unique to our generation. I completely agree with that. The evidence lies in the millions of kids who play on their phones during class and spend 80% of their day using some sort of mindless technology. Also, I clearly see how stupefied my generation has become. All I…

I hear an old and bitter man behind this post talking shit about millenials. In academia today, academics are EXTREMELY competitive. As a millennial, I completely see your point of view and I agree with it to an extent; however, as a result of the information revolution and the dawn of computer sciences, modern academia and those who inhabit it (i.e, young teens/ young adults born around 2000) have become very competitive when it comes to intelligence and scholarship. Of the Many academic center…

Whole heartedly agree. If you are strong, heathy, game-strong, and attractive, your intelligence will be a big attraction pull. If you are weak, unhealthy, clueless, and unattractive, your intelligence doesn't mean shit. The sad truth.

Please post this on the correct sub: AskTRP. Also, asking about minute shit like how to respond on snap is not going to benefit anyone. Make a mistake and move on, or finesse your way through and move on. To answer your question: it's all about frame. Anyone can call females hoes and bitches constantly and still get blown. You negged her about her abs and she signaled that she's upset. She's probably shit testing you, anyways; seeing how you respond to her abrupt halt in compliance. Don't give h…

This is quality analysis. Before I had ever heard of the manosphere, I would always ponder how I could get that kind of response out of women but I never knew how to deal with fitness tests (or what they are in the first place). Now that we possess this knowledge, we can properly utilize it to our advantage. But it is always important to remember that AWALT. Even an Arnie-Brad Pitt hybrid super-alpha can be cheated on. Women are hypergamous, their natural primal tendency is to swing branches; th…

three vices: no weed smoking, no buying pointless snacks when im out (iced teas AND food), and no more staying awake past 12 on weekdays. one habit: at least one hour spent doing homework every day (weekends included). lets see how it goes.

Then how the fuck are you gonna make such a harsh judgement on a blog that you've hardly read? You've only read one small excerpt, and your only critique of the post is nit-picky bullshit. I'd advise you do your due diligence before you start forming half-assed opinions and bashing someone else's hard work.

I've never heard of such a study. But if thats your thing, more power to you! maybe you can do your own experiment and test that hypothesis.

why are you asking us? the only opinion that should factor into your decision making process is yours. life is the greatest teacher, so go learn from it! also, i wouldn't ever use emoticons if im trying to be taken seriously by anybody.

You keep going with the direct approach. I'd suggest trying indirect approaches with the really hot babes. Unless you're significantly high SMV (be honest with yourself) direct approach doesn't normally have a high rate of success because the female will see you as just another beta orbiter (good game will neutralize this greatly). As for your tall unicorn, abundance mentality. I guarantee you theres another even hotter 6'5 babe with a phat ass that will ride your dick into the sunset out there …

Definitely not weird at all. I respect all individuals who work hard because its a reflection of their work ethic. Thats why I respect a lot of dudes on this subreddit. All of us are here with the intention of self-improvement and supporting something we believe in.

A fucking men. OP, thats trashy behavior in my book (and most other books). Im sure a man like yourself has no time to waste on silliness like that. You shouldn't spend time having to worry about stupid shit like that, so reinvest your time somewhere else. If anything, she'll recognize her carelessness and actually start acting right. But the correct course of action is probably to demote her or next her because if you try to fix her or explain your feelings about the situation, then you'll just…

Something I've noticed is that, for the younger RP students like myself, social media outlets like Twitter and Instagram are filled to the brim with BP fantasies and overall negative messages betafying men and propagating the feminist agenda. The endless memes and posts about relationships, sex, and general human interactions are based on BP bullshit. Although there are instances when they outright PROVE red pill philosophy, the majority of content on social media is BP garbage.

This whole comparison of TRP to a 'cult' is borderline retarded. How is TRP like a cult if we don't get anything from each other? I haven't met any eccentric RP recruiters ready to impose upon me and take my money and my commitment. In fact, most of you people could give a rat's ass about me and what I choose to believe. Hypothetically, if I wanted to leave then 99% of you would be happy to show me out the door because most don't have time to babysit people who are struggling with a decision to …

Great advice in this post. Important distinction to make: the difference between "I" and "myself." You explained it wonderfully. This was a good read. I'm still waiting on my epiphany moment and you're damn sure I'm working hard for it too. You're still not done yet though, you have a lot more ahead of you to conquer. Keep on keeping on bro.

I'm in the same boat as you bro. 18, trying to find the strength not to call my ex of 2 years. Yesterday was my birthday and it was horrible, I wanted her to be there with me and love me like in my BP fantasy. I miss her so fucking much and I just want her back. I want the illusion back. We were so great together, no cheating and no bullshit (with the exception of a few very small instances) but I know the truth now. My idealistic BP fantasy isn't going to happen and I need to accept it. I left …

Yeah, I got downvoted by the same BP fags on that post for advocating TRP and MR when it was brought up in a different comment. This goes to show that you cannot argue with people on reddit about TRP because we will always be misogynistic, rape promoting sexists in their eyes. It's sad that other sheep promulgate this bastardized image of us and everyone eats it up without bothering to listen to the knowledge we have to offer. I'm probably done arguing with these people from this point forward. …

I feel you. I was on track to hit a 400 lb deadlift and then I broke my ankle playing basketball. Im just now starting to hop back in and I probably have to go back to 300 or 250. Its a major setback.

We are one of the most confident groups of men on reddit. We lift daily, we grind hard and we get what we want in life. We go out and take what we want because we utilize this philosophy and it empowers us to be better men. How are we lesser than you and your BP boys? We swim in pussy and women and were happy.
