if you read my earlier posts you would see my answers. Shes 18 now but is taking online classes to get her diploma. I also stated that ive already talked to my boss at work and i can get put on 2nd shift (4-midnight) so i can watch the baby. Also when she gets a job shell have to pay for a babysitter either way; my grandparents are more than willing to watch the baby and of course its free. Its an alternative. Its kind of hard to have a relationship with her when she wants me to pretty much drop…

My lawyer said I could file for child support, custody, and visitation b4 the baby is born. And I plan to do it too. Along with a court order for a paternity test.

I have. She's "talked" to her lawyer and told me that if I wanted to find out about the baby then I'd have to initiate contact. Although she hasn't told me a single thing about her OB appointments; or the dates for them and when we ask all we get is "she's fine" or "good". One or two word answers really. And that she didn't have to discuss personal matters with me anymore which she stopped a long time ago. I dot see how a "lawyer" can tell her to do that and that makes me think she hasn't really…

I can't get a paternity test until the babies born. The alternative paternity tests could fatality hurt the baby.

The night we told her folks she was pregnant, her mom, dad, and even her younger BROTHER asked her if it was mine when i was sitting right beside her on the couch. Believe me the DNA will be there when i file for everything. Her dad works out of state and is gone for months at a time. Her mom works full time as well and if/when she gets a job shell have to cough up the money for a babysitter while as i wont have to.And i have her on facebook begging people for a job. Shes been in the psych ward …

I understand where youre coming from with the community ideal. She makes a big deal out of it since i "lied" to her about it when i told her i wasnt really religious to begin with. Its also for moral reasons i dont want her to have any guys around the baby. Its just how i feel. Shes using the baby to control me saying that i wont be her daddy because were not together anymore nor am i living with her; going so far as to say will i be there when shes crying at 3am? Saying that if i walked away th…

ill answer youre questions like you asked them: I do; i told her everything my ex told me she wanted and she straight up laughed. She said that my ex cant hold that in court legally and that my lawyer said she thought the baby would be better off with me. Im agnostic; when we first met i told her i was a christian even though i just didnt really care. I never have honestly. I have a full time job and im in the Reserves. I currently live with my parents and have a stable home environment. I dont …

I have already put my daughters well being higher than my own life. I absolutely want to be in her life; I absolutely REFUSE to be a dead beat father. As long as blood flows through my veins I will be there for my lil one. Thanks again for the information.

Thank you. I still want to try to work this out with her. I still love her to death. I could never take our daughter away from her; I still want her to be in her life of course. And I want to be in it as well. I just want the best for both of them I honest to god really do. I will take what you have said and contemplate. Again thanks for the information.
