The best advice IMO is to find a shrink and go talk to him. That said I go in and out some. Probably not as deep as most. But in my 20s I had a situational onset depression that was bad. One thing that got me through it is I realized that ‘some days didn’t suck’. Just my 2 cents, I think it’s a healthy thing for guys to date in a fun sense of the word. Especially in younger years. IMO the key thing is questioning the main stream media programming that’s in every movie, of finding the girl and living happily ever after. I think that’s mostly BS.
