Have you tried also filling out a voluntary paternity form as well. You might force a challenge to it. Imagine if you fight and win.... Or sadly if you dont fight and have to explain it. You seem like you love your child... Make your decisions based on that.

Go to your local news place. Im sorry I just checked congress members. Sucks but write them anyways. That law clearly needs changing.

Im not a lawyer and don't live in your area but what I've learned is that there is always so.ething we can do. I feel for you and wish you the best. Maybe a little more info and we can help. I got so boned I wrote a letter to my member of parliament and had a sit down with the local news to discuss the issue. I now get him 1/3 of the time and another court case coming up for 50/50. Never lose hope. We are here for you.

I personally enjoy the "Mustangs were built for women" stickers. Factually correct while being slightly insulting to both women and Mustang drivers. But Im a toxic male and my opinion is invalid. Carry on

BC. Canada Up here we have legal aid. We can apply for a free lawyer to represent you. If she served you then I think your chances are better. My understanding anyways. I use our Family Duty Counsel program. Wait in line to talk to a lawyer for a bit for free. Several law firms offer free time to sit with a representative for a half hour. I didnt find this useful. I also bought some time off other firms and the info to be the same as the free ones. Good luck.

Sorry for this. "A good friend" silenced your opinion and support of a subject you care deeply about. And you obeyed. Bitch

Well the good news (or maybe bad news) is you still cared enough to write that. Keep at it. Eventually there will be no fucks whatsoever.

A couple. Canadian Parenting Time: You are being forced to pay for the child while in your ex's care. Likewise; she must pay you while the child is in your care. It has been argued before courts and won several times. Her support for your time is deducted from your support for her time. Support: the amount of support paid is weighed vs the amount of time your ex is looking after the child. Ex. You get 50% of parenting time. Your support goes to food shelter clothing for the children at her place…

I personally dont believe anyone has the right to hit or hurt another person. I absolutely believe in ones right to defend oneself from another. Doesnt matter what she did; that dude was wrong.

My take on the comment section. Men just want to be with their women. Women just want to control their men.

Well thats just permission for a man to do the same thing. And when we get in trouble for that.... We can point over there and say hey thats ok because women did it mens day.

I came in during a seperation. My ex took my son this past July and Im just not getting to see him every Saturday for an hour. From primary parent to this all because I asked her to leave and she said I abused her. Now my life is fucked. But Im a big boy, my reputation speaks for itself. My larger concern is my son and who will be looking out for him while he lives with his mother and her sister. A very mentally verbally and emotionally abusive household. Because she called me an abuser; noone i…

I believe; might be wrong; but theres the whole "Letter of the Law" thing. If hes found to be the father, he will be responsable. Now lets look at the word responsable. An underage mentally handicaped rape victim is not responsable for anything. This will depend on despicible/smart the lawyers are. She gets a 85% chance of a free pass for being a women.

The govt and the laws didnt falsly accuse me of assaulting my son and ex. She did that. The govt and rules didnt take my child from me. She did that.

I trusted my spouse and haven't seen my son in almost 34 days. It's not about "us" being better than "them." Its about protecting ourselves and our children. Theres no playing nice when it comes to that.

You two draft anything. Write it together. Take it to court together. Sign and swear it together. Then go see a lawyer privately with your documents and see whats up. She'll probably fuck you in the end as soon as things dont go the way she wants. Protect yourself.

You dumb fuck! Your son is in danger! I'm going through this right now. You have parental rights and responsibility. Call the Police immediately tell them whats going on. Stressbthe drug use, DUIs with child and couch surfing. If you choose (and fuck you if you don't choose that's your child) tell them your going to get your son and request their assistance. You will either walk out with your son or CPS will attend. Tomorrow call a lawyer. You either condone and accept her actions and allow them…

Its now been 2 weeks since Ive seen my kid. Ive had 4 phone calls of him begging to come. Or he just cries and says "Daddy I want you". And she can do this. Its legal. I dont know how Im going to do this. I have to wait 30 days for her to maybe respond to the courts. 30 days.
