I got so boned I wrote a letter to my member of parliament and had a sit down with the local news to discuss the issue. I now get him 1/3 of the time and another court case coming up for 50/50.

I would honestly just stop paying as she probably needs that money for stuff and she can't sue for it without admitting you are the father

I don't know about legal stuff, but in my experience there's always something you can do, even outside court.

Like have meetings with lawmakers, write letters, put your plight on the news, etc etc.

Basically make it a campaign, including setting up a gofundme page, get child welfare involved, have them do wellness checks every week.

At the very least she/they will become inconvenienced to the point where they have to work with you.

I would literally bombard them with letters and hearings from every agency.

I can not help you with the legal part. In my opinion your wife is cruel not as a women but as a human (I assume you did nothing to your son). Best advice I can give you is, do not show any kind of negativity in front of your son. Do not lash out on her new husband or anything. it will be hard at sometimes emotionaly wise, but when your son sees that you are reasonable and have shown nothing but kindness, he himself might choose to see you and she can not say no to that. It might take a nother 12 years or so but at least getting to see him at some point will be worth it. And when he is grown up she can not interfer anymore.

I've seen a bunch of cases where the kid blows up as they age and the only cure is spending time with dad. Patience dude.
