1	I had another melt down pickup takes a long time dude. expect to suck for a year after starting. find your local lair or meetup and go out EVERY weekend until 2AM you will not get good reading shit online. Also you HAVE to get into shape, fitness matters wether you like it or not. 1	No Wingman - Still Try at The Bars? im the opposite. I'm very much introverted and love sitting around at home on my PC. When i went out to the bars with my PUA friends I'd be the guy who ditched the group to do his own thing, mainly going for solo chicks or ones that were isolated from friends. 1	Taking a solo vacation to work on this stuff: good or bad idea? yes 2 years ago i finally got fed up with sucking at this stuff, dropped my shit, and went alone to that RSD week long getaway in Vegas in Augut with daily seminars and going out every night, ... and finally got my shit handled. Met some cool guys and once I got back we started going out and got a ton of success by going at it every weekend for about a year.
