Back when I was younger I tried to force myself into day gaming and cold approaching and it worked a bit but my text game after was awful too. Overall I was insecure I'd say and I really pushed myself into doing those things that did not come natural to me. What worked best for me was working on myself (gym and diet does wonders for your self confidence and image) and I always had moderate sucess on dating apps so I've been lucky in a sense. Grow a beard. Hit the gym and do other things that raise your testosterone. If still bad consider trt but I don't recommend it, try to stay natural I had a "baby face" up until I was 27-28 but now that I'm 33 I look 27ish which is nice because I like to date girls in their twenties. In my own experience you want to be assertive and confident at the start, and then as you build a relationship slowly show more of your personality (not too much or too fast to lose mystery but your more authentic side will come out).
