6	Really don't know whats wrong with me. This. But there is more to this. Do your research but even being out in the sun doesn’t guarantee vitamin D. Supplementing it will save you time and guarantee metabolization. Vitamin D metabolizes into a hormone and without that hormone your testosterone as well as other chemical balances can greatly suffer. I take 4,000 IU a day after going to the doc for depression like symptoms 2 years ago. They ran some blood tests and my vitamin D levels were “holy shit” low. 1	I’m having a hard time leaving When you have done something for 5 years with someone, it is normal to feel uncertainty. You're changing your comfortable environment to something that is unknown to you. However, if you're not happy.....then make the change. The sooner the better. Shit will fall in line trust me.
