I think it depends on how long you've been one. I've lifted, done martial arts and boxing, therapy and 5 years later, even more of an incel than before. Sure, I'm in best shape of my life and dress well, lots of confidence in my own abilities, but still a incel. Some people just can't shake it. I hope you do.

Cardio, cardio, cardio. Boxing is awesome for that. Jump rope, burpees/terminators, running, etc... Cardio will melt that fat away along with a proper diet. Keep at it. Adjust accordingly.

I used to think the same way as you. I was 250 about 4 years ago, nothing but fat. I smoked 1 1/2 packs of cigs a day, ate nothing but junk food and got no exercise. When I hit 185, I was okay, but it didn't look as good as I though. So I went to 170 as the goal. 170 was good, better than 185, but still, I saw that there was more work to be done. The new goal is 155, but I'm at 163 right now and think that anywhere between 155-160 is a good weight for me. Rejecting pizza, sodas, cookies and all …

It's just a natural behavior for them, and not just the "crazy bitches". I was thinking about this last night. We are led to believe that women are, by default, loving, caring, nurturing people because they give birth. The reality is that when women are allowed to develop on their own without proper male guidance, this is what they become. It's the norm today. Single mothers who raise daughters will raise them without teaching them how to be feminine. This whole "don't need no man" lifestyle dam…

Done the marriage thing, and you're correct. TRP was a bitter pill to swallow, but remembering how brutal my divorce was, all the betrayal that came afterwards and the resulting "issues" made one thing very real. There are no unicorns. No matter what you do, that has to be the primary thought in every interaction. There are no unicorns.

This is narcissism. She's nothing special, but inflates her own value throughout that article. Constantly talking about how hot she is, Ferrari's screeching to a halt to talk to her, etc, etc... She's not that attractive, I've met older women who look younger and in better shape. She's got issues man.... BIG issues.

Neither one of these two are what you would call "stable" individuals. WM has had problems for years before this. I don't think this is blue pill, I think it has to do with unchecked and untreated mental illness for him. It's not like he hasn't had weird and vicious outbursts before.

It gets worse. They have templates for out of office email autoresponders and template letters to give to their employers. It's full of pandering, guilt and shaming tactics and the constant use of "solidarity" bullshit which is really using guilt and shame to accomplish their goals. the pervasive and systemic gender-based inequalities that still exist within our society, from the wage gap, to vulnerability to discrimination, sexual harassment, and job insecurity. Wage gap is a myth, discriminati…

It's tomorrow, but here is their mission statement: On International Women's Day, March 8th, women and our allies will act together for equity, justice and the human rights of women and all gender-oppressed people, through a one-day demonstration of economic solidarity. That says it all.

When I saw on the news this morning about "A day without women", I was hoping someone here would post this. Women seem to believe that they affect the world in such a strong way that we couldn't function without them for 24 hours. Disrespect much? Men can 100% function without women. Not only can we function, but without the constant nagging, bitching, complaining, whining and screaming, we would actually be able to focus all of our energy on what needs to be accomplished. Why women think that t…

Walk away. Seriously dude, you seem to be hooked on something you know will not end well. Nothing good will come out of this. Some of us know BPD/NPD chicks really well. We know the damage they do. This is grooming for future abuse and disrespect. She's testing your defenses to see what and how much you'll put up with. Walk. Away. Now.

I argued that point in public and they couldn't argue with the logic. We never look at the mind being the issue, it's always that the body doesn't fit the mind. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia are all okay to be called mental illnesses, and they sure are. But when your mind says that your body is wrong, that's a body issue, not a mental health issue. That logic makes no sense. We've never looked at gender identity as a mental health issue. Those who say we should get called bigots and h…

Glad you got my intent. Yeah, I equate it to serial killers and sociopaths. How many times did we hear about how no one would have ever thought Gacy, Dahmer, Berkowitz and the like were sadistic killers? That's the "smiley face" that no one knows what's really behind it. Same with modern feminism. The real agenda is hidden behind oppression and patriarchy. One of the reasons I make known about Hylton is that she's the perfect example of women not being accountable for their actions. She claims s…

Thank you for the correction. The issue I think is paramount is that they didn't go into her history. Very few people actually know the name Donna Hylton and what she did. She has done an excellent job at whitewashing her history and few people have had the brass ones to dig up the truth. They absolutely would have gone after the man in your analogy because men are evil, women are good. It would have nothing to do with a political ideology. It's that women are seen as above the law to a certain …

She and her supporters lie to make her out to be the victim. What her and those other females did should have been a life sentence at least. But no, the pussy pass gave her a way to avoid responsibility for sadism, torture, rape and murder. All done in cold blood. Her history should have been made a focal point, but no. She's hailed as a hero for assaulting, kidnapping, raping, torturing and murdering a man for over 20 days. I say let the punishment fit the crime.

False rape accusations having this impact are exactly what the feminazi's want. It's total power over men. It creates an environment of fear that allows women to control men (socially). Do anything I don't like, and I'll have you charged with rape. It doesn't matter what the facts are, the man will be convicted in the court of public opinion. That's the worst conviction possible. Your name, reputation and life are all ruined. Female rapists though, nothing happens to them. Ever. They have turned…

Best technique to win a street fight? 100 yard dash. Live to fight another day my friend. Good call. Next time, try to use amused mastery to diffuse. It works well.

Maybe at a younger age, sure I can see your point. I'm in my 40's and being in the top 20% is not that hard. Most of the "competition" are overweight, lazy, thirsty as fuck weak asses seeking approval. Dress well, be confident, lift and you're there.

This. Real trauma doesn't go away easily. You'll need specific treatments such as EMDR for PTSD. And 100% correct that someone who has experienced trauma will NOT go looking for anything that resembles the traumatic event.

I looked at some of the comments from the archived post. Guys are talking about "I'm straight, but enjoy a good dicking now and again". Guess what dude... You're not straight. Secondly, no woman unless she's into femdom or some alt lifestyle would want to watch her man get dicked. The male beta hamster is strong over there, never seen it before and sure as shit don't want to see it again.

On 6 January 1681, the first recorded boxing match took place in Britain when Christopher Monck, 2nd Duke of Albemarle (and later Lieutenant Governor of Jamaica) engineered a bout between his butler and his butcher with the latter winning the prize. Early fighting had no written rules. While people have fought in hand-to-hand combat since before the dawn of history, the origin of boxing as an organized sport may be its acceptance by the ancient Greeks as an Olympic game in BC 688. Boxing evolved…

Every boxer who tries MMA loses badly, ala James Tony. Yes. However, we have not seen a MMA fighter go into a boxing match. Apples and oranges my friend. A MMA fighter would be easily beaten in a boxing match. Boxing is the sweet science of footwork, angles, mix of light/med/hard punches, close or sweeping hooks/uppercuts, inside fighting, ring generalship, combination punching and so on. I like both sports and have done both. You really can't compare the two, they are both combat sports but dif…

You have this figured out. Most people do not understand how mental fuckery turns your reality into her version of reality. Consistently wearing you down through false accusations, nagging/bitching, the screaming arguments. You end up mentally submitting because you want peace, and that's the only way to get it. You begin to feel you can do no better, you submit to her version of reality where no one else would want you, care about you and love you. She's the only one who will put up with your s…

This is the entry point of Open Cuckoldry (credit to Rational Male) after the marriage ceremony. An honest person would have made these statements before marriage, so it shows her willingness to manipulate him. I believe she has done the first step by telling him that there will be no sex. It's far more than a shit test, it's setting her standard. From this starting point, there will be many more small steps until she's fucking Chad, Brad and some other Lad in a massive gangbang in front of her …

From Twitter: If you support #heterosexualprideday you're a weak small minded insecure moron who knows not of being persecuted for who you love go die plz The victim mindset is large with this hashtag. SJW's and the rest of the ilk call out anyone supporting the hashtag as a bigot, cis male (whatever the fuck that is) and that they should go take a stroll in traffic, die slowly, be burned at the stake, etc, etc..... This narrative is so entrenched in our society that anyone saying otherwise is simply laughed at. You have no idea how true this is. And if you have gone through therapy to unmindfuck yourself after being with a female who has a personality disorder, divorce raped you, humiliated you publicly, smearing your name and reputation. She's still the victim in all of it. And you are a "bad man" for what you did to her by saving yourself.

I am addressing two different things. Root causes and traits. When I'm talking about is the root cause of the disorder. There is theory and speculation, but no factual singular cause. The two best recognized experts on ASPD are Dr. Robert Hare and Thomas Sheridan. Both of them have stated repeatedly that the root cause of ASPD is fully unknown. For NPD, they used to think it was the parent not giving attention to the child, so the child creates a "false self". That theory is also in question tod…

The reason there is not a whole lot of "why" is because NPD and ASPD do not go to therapy. They think there is nothing wrong with what they do, so they do not seek to change thought patterns or behaviors. The why behind these disorders is still unknown. There is still an argument as to whether it's nature or nurture that changes them. What is becoming recognized is early onset trauma during childhood. Family dynamics play a large part if the N or ASPD comes from a dysfunctional, alcoholic and ab…

I agree with you. With one exception. Back in my needy days (Hardcore BP), any attention I could get from women, I took. When this one came into my life, I was very naive and unaware of the world. My dad was disordered and no help, my mother was far more disordered. Flattery was something I was unaware could be used for this type of manipulation. Very naive, never would have thought the world was this cruel and people like this existed. I know much better today. And that's why I agree with you. …

Agreed on the effectiveness when done on a man. Been through this one as well my friend. Now, you have to look at all the components of the idealization phase. It's more than just love bombing. There is the assessment phase where the sociopath's invented persona starts to take shape. They start to get in your head because they give you comfort in areas that you struggle with. Basically they find your weaknesses and then soothe them. They basically mirror you. Your wants, needs, desires become pa…

Documentation is crucial. If you can get recordings of her outbursts, threats, anything like that is good and will affect custody. The mothers usually win, but if you have proof of instability, get it, use it against her.

I know all too well about the horrors of a Cluster-B disordered woman. My advice is to find a lawyer who understands personality disorders and will not allow games and manipulations to be played. I lost over 100k and got squeezed for an additional 11,000 on the day of the settlement. Mine never filed her financial disclosure with the court, put me through a deposition, vocational examination, subpoena my mental health records (in treatment because of her). Mine wasn't BPD, she was worse. Divorce…

I think some of you are on the right track, others may be a small percentage correct, but missing the bigger picture. Cuckolding is about dominance, disrespect, humiliation and degrading. It is AWALT and modern feminism on steroids. Disordered women with BPD/NPD/ASPD have abandonment issues, control and power issues and because of their bad behaviour (which they refuse to be held accountable for), this has led to a rise in cuckolding. Cuckolding is about dominance, power and humiliation. I refus…

I'm so glad you brought this up. Reading and applying from Carnegie's book and TRP theory has made me into a better man. The two go hand in hand, sometimes they overlap and that's when you get to make a personal choice on which route to take that's going to work better for you.

This brings up a ton of red flags. Soemone else said, if you're just fucking her, you're all good. If it starts to develop, you're gonna get fucked. Women will set you up for the lockdown and the cheating, while telling you all fucking day what kind of a "good girl" she is. You referenced this before in a last relationship, are you repeating your patterns? If you're comparing to a past relationship where she rode the CC, then maybe subconsciously your mind is saying STOP! Focus on you. Said many…

She was manipulating him into being her cuckold. There are some sick women out there, my ex-wife was one of them. "Clueless cuckolding" - There are guides out there to tell women how to do this to their husbands. Makes me sick.

I think we need to start looking at these women not just as AWALT, but also personality disordered. Malignant narcissism and sociopathic traits are all shown in this "woman". Being a sunday school teacher is nothing but cover for the whore that she actually is. She married an man who went out to serve his country, and this is how she repaid him. It's not only the cheating, it's the selfishness of fucking her daughter's boyfriend. That's going to screw up so much in that family. Not only that, bu…

I was one who was plugged in for many years. Married and in process of getting divorced (raped). Not only have I found out that I was BetaBux but that my (her words) honest, loyal, genuine and faithful wife is nothing but a fucking slut. After going through what I've been through, TRP is gospel to me. My life (post fat slut wife) has been amazing since I took the red pill. Keep reading brother, you'll understand soon enough.
