You have to work hard because men have to distinguish themselves physically, financially, socially, etc, to make life worth living.

If that sounds like a hyperbole, then you have low standards or you don't get the red pill or whatever you want to call it.

Life is what it is. I used to be poor, fuck that, I would rather die than be trapped in poverty for decades. As a man, at least. If you're not making decent bank, or your not at least en route to doing so, then life will suck balls for you.

Same thing with being fat or super skinny or skinnyfat - if your body is repulsive and not functionally masculine, you will not only suffer healthwise, but you'll merit disgust from others. It is what it is.

If you have nothing mentally engaging in your life, no form of artistic or intellectual or creative engagement, or at least something you find competitive or compelling... then you are going to be a waste of flesh that bores women (and yourself).

So you have to do all this shit. Because this shit makes life not suck balls. If you want life to suck, then fuck off with your whiny ass and don't work insanely hard. Be a moderate man who enjoys his occasional motivation spurts in between long dormant periods of gaming and "what ifs" and netflix.

It's not fair, sure. Women can be boring as shit, stupid, poor, out of shape, out of work, unambitious, annoying, parasitic, lacking in humor, etc... and they can show a little cleavage and find some schmuck to take care of them and listen to them bitch about their hotter coworkers. They can live a happy life (well, not happy per se, but comfortable) without putting in much work.

But see... if you want the ability to do things like women and life a comfortable life without hard work, then that is a sign of your mediocrity and a sign that you don't deserve the good life. Because it's hard for men, we get the opportunity to cultivate hard-won, attractive qualities like decisiveness, leadership, discipline, responsibility, self-awareness and so on.

Because we have to sacrifice and work hard to enjoy the financial, social, sexual rewards of life... we actually get to become something. Think about that. Your skinnyfat brown ass can become something more than what you are. You can become a brown Chad if you really want to, you really can regardless of what these other incel fucktards think.

Women don't develop the faculties to change themselves like that, they do not experience the hardship required to actual become better.

If it wasn't hard for men to improve, then we'd be an even softer pack of pussies than the typical American male already is. It should be harder for men than it is, not easier. Don't ever wish it was easier, that is a sign of beta mediocrity if there ever was one.

OK buddy, stop the victim mentality. First, men have a much higher metabolism than women on average, making them less susceptible to getting fat. Second, no one is asking you to get an eight pack and a ripped body. You improve because you want to, no other reasons! Third, yeah you had to give up pizza, soda and hamburgers, well guess what? So did everyone else who ever took their health seriously. You work hard because you have high expectations out of yourself,because you want to validate yourself to yourself.

It's because women can provide for themselves (or are provided for by their families or the state) so they aren't as desperate to find a man anymore. Also, men, being competitive by nature, will do whatever they can to attract female attention. So being 6 feet tall and making 6 figures these days isn't enough to attract an '8' or better... you also need 6 pack abs. If you don't like it, turn MGTOW and fuck hookers or something. I used to think the same way as you. I was 250 about 4 years ago, nothing but fat. I smoked 1 1/2 packs of cigs a day, ate nothing but junk food and got no exercise.

When I hit 185, I was okay, but it didn't look as good as I though. So I went to 170 as the goal. 170 was good, better than 185, but still, I saw that there was more work to be done. The new goal is 155, but I'm at 163 right now and think that anywhere between 155-160 is a good weight for me.

Rejecting pizza, sodas, cookies and all other junk food was hard, but as I see the results, it's totally worth it. We make sacrifices to better ourselves. It hurts at the beginning, just like any sacrifice you make, but unlike women, this one is rewarding.

Keep on the path brother. Keep working hard. Keep on making those sacrifices, you'll get there.

I'm a good lean 155lbs right now and worked hard to get here. My body is now more than comfortable to stay here without me doing anything too special.

Now, bulking is hard for me as eating enough food is my current challenge in order to bulk up.

But here's the take away, why am I bulking up? I'm merely doing it to see if I can do it. Caring what women think is not in my top 5 motivations to stay healthy

Also, life isn't supposed to be easy because when it is, many men's souls just die.

You don't have to be ripped to get attention from the ladies. I'm 6'2" and 225lbs with ~20% bodyfat and have had many girls say that I'm attractive. However, what is important in terms of appearance -- far more important than a six-pack -- is to have a decent jawline.

It sounds like you don't have that much muscle anyways, so you should focus on losing the excess fat first, and bulk up when you're done with that. I would advise you to eat ~1500 calories/day and hop on a DNP cycle 500-750mg/day. You will feel like shit at 500mg/day, but you will lose the fat much faster that way.

If you decide to follow my advice, keep in mind that DNP -- like many other substances -- can be overdosed, and you will die a painful death if you go crazy with it and take too much at once. It has a bad reputation because fat people have taken it, thought "Wtf? Why am I not losing 10lbs/minute?", taken 2-3x the lethal dose and died. It was prescribed by doctors to overweight patients in the U.S. in the 30s with good results.
