Perhaps this advice and book have positive value for a person at Level 0 in Investments, but one must climb that learning curve as cheaply (loss minimisation) as possible. There is more than one way to skin a cat, but the only professional asset manager who would use this set of rules is a lazy ass active fund manager (closet index hugger and fee collector).
