You do not have to follow everything they say, but mostly check your diet for trans-fats, candies, junk food.
Take pictures everyday, analyze and you will be able to see which food, soap or activity is causing up acne flares.
You can also go see a dermatologist.
Already went those routes and they didn't help at all.

You are willing to tell me that you only eat whole foods?
Fruits, vegetables, clean and lean meats, heathy fats and you still have breakouts?
I am speaking about zero fast food, no chips, no sodas, no cheating. The food you eat must not have been processed by man.

Yes, I don't eat processed foods or junk foods. I haven't had any dairy products in years either.

That's because diet isn't a major factor.
Sebaceous gland activity regulated by whichever hormone responsiveness.
Can't see the point in all this anyway. See a specialist. A naturopath doesn't count. This is a medical matter.
I'll never understand why everyone makes the assumption that I don't know what a dermatologist or a MD is. I've seen many over the years and none of them were able to resolve the problem, even with the strongest medication.
