I spent months and months studying philosophy, psychology, and watching countless hours of YouTube lectures on the very topic of anxiety and depression. FOUGHT MYSELF OUT. Wow! I never thought about recording my trips and mileage but it does makes sense. Using these tips can defiantly help me prioritize my time. When I was laid off it was one of the hardest points on my life. I analyzed who I was and lead to some depression. But I welcomed it. I say take the time off, sleep well, read, prioritize your life. Sure, I use to buy the best supplements to help me gain muscles. Protein, creatine, counting calories ect, with no side effects honesly. If your staring out go for it.
