Working a blue collar job can be tough. All day I lift, throw, and stack heavy things. Nothing grinds my gears more then a women who can’t do the job thus other men have to help her...

I understand asking for help here and there but for God’s sake if you can’t meet the physical requirements go cut hair or something.

I’m not seeing a increased premium rate for males who do 75% of the work. It’s depressing how little they women do.
