No bro, if there weren't male and female people, there wouldn't be any humans, where the hell did you get the idea that it has nothing to do with our nature? It literally is nature, like what are we even talking about? This is yet another reason men despise the confused left. No, wearing a skirt doesn't change anything, that's ridiculous - a man wearing makeup, skirt, and bra underneath just makes him a cross dressing man - feminine? I guess, but you can be a feminine person but still be a man, …
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates26/08/25 10:11 PM

And this is why the right doesn't take the left seriously. What "should" be isnt what IS. The masculine and feminine exist, and the right acknowledges it, while the left spouts made up, fantasy world nonsense and expects men with common sense to just accept it. And no, dancing doesn't make you feminine, and being "macho" isnt necesarily what men on the right are looking to be. And even if they are, so what? It's completely natural for men to want to be masculine, and women to want to be feminine…

Maybe it's because men want to feel like a man, rather than some person that acts the same way a woman does. Why is it surprising to the left that men want to feel masculine? And that includes "being the man of the house" "taking care of women and children" etc. Men WANT the responsibility, it's the left's nihilism, shaming and redefinition of masculinity, and lack of gender roles that push men towards people like Andrew Tate and Myron Gaines. The left just doesn't understand men, or they do but…

The left makes the economy a "far-right" issue so that the communists can take control of said economy without question from "the right."
/r/MensRights31/10/23 07:22 AM

There are many people who are mostly left-leaning that would be considered "far-right" just because we support these types of opinions. Dont let those communists get to you - being called "far-right (or any equivalent) is a compliment given that they are essentially calling you a sane person.

Warn him, but he probably has to learn through experience. Be there for him once the "relationship" inevitably fails without an "i told you so" attitude because lord knows he'll need the support once it's over.

Ballot harvesting. That, and the Republicans suck at marketing. Imagine how easy they'd win if they were to denounce feminism and prop up MRAs, and actually listen to what we want instead of colluding with the democrats in uniparty fashion. Oh, and also if they too played the ballot harvesting, vote machine failure bs game the left plays.

The point is, women leave 80% of the time. Men dont typically leave women, meaning that if they do, she fucked up bad somewhere; and if she left her baby's father, men dont want to take the chance that she may leave him too (according to divorce data, women typically divorce their men for financial reasons or "irreconcilable differences," not abuse or whatever feminists like to say to try to put the blame on the men.) Of course, this isnt the case 100% of the time, and she may have left for a go…

Men have 0 reproductive rights, meaning women hold all the power. And what did Uncle Ben say? "With great power, comes great responsibility." Women are 100% responsible for bringing a child into the world, meaning if they're single mothers, that's their fault. They need to exercise discretion on who has access to their wombs, that's not the man's responsibility, especially not since they have 30+ forms of birth control while men only have condoms (in which the woman STILL has a say.)
/r/MensRights27/12/22 04:08 PM
17

"Misogynistic".. 80% of divorces are initiated by women. They're wrecking their own homes and the only thing they have to say for themselves is "it was probably the men's fault." Cool. Go cry about the "misogyny" of it anywhere else on reddit but here, because NO ONE ever just says "hmm, perhaps the women play a role in the divorce rates and male suicide rates.. maybe i shouldn't make this about how women are still somehow the victims." Fuck. off with that bullshit.

Because theyre marxist commies who want a slice of a pie they didnt earn. All of this feminism, woke shit comes all the way from the top levels of western government, its a much deeper issue than i think anyone here really realizes. Notheless it's still me [women] having to worry about all that And you think men have to do absolutely nothing to get sex? That man who got to sleep with you, had to be a bunch of other things for you to even give him a chance. As a matter of fact, 33%+ of all men are virgins or havent had sex in over a year. You carry the risk, therefore you carry the responsibility of taking contraception, not the man. Not to mention you have 30+ forms of BC to take, while men only have condoms (which the woman also has a say in) and vasectomy (which may be irreversible.)

Your argument makes sense. I'd disagree though because i think having more traditionally masculine men in society is better for it overall. Not because masculine men are "better" than the idea of modern men (for lack of a better term), but because i think masculine men are needed for certain industries. They are willing to do tough, hard-labor jobs needed to maintain the infrastructure of the modern world. And more workers = more economic output = stronger and more stable societies. Modern men t…

Andrew tate isnt even a misogynist, his points are just slightly extreme, which is radical to the left and modern feminism. But you're right, the fact that the left demonizes men is the reason why these movements are becoming really popular. And the fact that he was silenced should be alarming to everyone on this side, because it shows the lengths that they are willing (and are able) to go. We need every ally we can get. And although many here may hate the idea, Andrew Tate is an ally.

Andrew Tate is a symptom of a bigger issue. Banning him was wrong, and worse icons will emerge from this. Freedom of speech applies to everyone, even Andrew Tate, even feminists, hell, even Nazis. Then do it. Id love to see Amazonia. I'd love to see how long it runs. You have plenty of architects here, not sure how many woman bricklayers, pipe layers, roofers, carpenters, trench diggers, and electricians you can get to build the city, but im sure you can find em, lol. Look up Gender differences in personality across the ten aspects of the Big Five: https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fpsyg.2011.00178/full Men and women tend to exert different personality traits, and we tend to be attracted to traits that the opposite gender typically exerts. One of them is assertiveness, men on average are more assertive and prefer more submissive women. Take that as you may.

I never said it was a turn off. But typically, a woman that makes more than her man will make it a point to rub it in his face. Its condescending and emasculating. Also, a woman that has a sophisticated job like yours typically has certain masculine traits that are required for a job like that, such as disagreeableness, assertiveness, being cut-throat, competitiveness, etc., none of which men are particularly attracted to. If you can be an architect, but be feminine when you come home, then you …

Thats not what its all about, no. But its what it comes down to fundamentally, because if one person isnt doing their part, the relationship is doomed. If it werent transactional, then one person can do nothing while the other does, and the relationship would last. But you dont see this happening anywhere in mass.

Thats your skewed version of tradition. I'd encourage you to talk to those who have been married for a signaficant portion of their lives to the same person. These people value their relationships and are fulfilled, and werent "expected" to do anything sexual, they did it because they love their spouse. See, if im in a relationship with a woman im providing for, im not making her give me head, because that takes the passion out of it and i dont like to make her feel that way. But if a woman is a…

Thats insulting for women as a whole Not true, most women worldwide value traditional values. Its only in Western countries where women want 50/50 relationships. Suck dick to pay for expenses You're assuming that this is what goes on in traditional homes, and youre also assuming the women dont enjoy pleasing their men, even if its "transactional." Who cares, men generally work outside the home so the women don't have to. That in itself should be appreciated, because id much rather do housework all day than to get yelled at by my boss somewhere else. And if I'm doing that for her, then I'd best come home to a clean house and a hot plate. Household appliances that men invented have made housework easier than ever, and they STILL complain.

I mean, I'm sure there are many reasons, but the biggest i think is the rise of feminism. If you look into ancient Sparta, you'll see that the rise of movements like feminism arent anything new. As a state becomes democratic and more equal, women start asking for more rights. In Sparta, the average age for women to get married went from 14 (to older men) to about 20 (to men of similar age.) True. Trying to "normalize" it though is just weird. How would we go about normalizing public erections? People will always feel uncomfortable about men they dont know having an erection around them, voluntarily or not, and trying to normalize this is like telling people that they're wrong to feel uncomfortable in that situation. Should the man be arrested for it? Definitely not, but he should do his best to try hiding it to prevent anyone from feeling uncomfortable or thinking of him as a creep…

A penis is a sexual organ, and if you're visibly erect (whether or not you're sexually stimulated) in public, its going to make others uncomfortable and shouldn't be something we should try to normalize. The problem is, its more realistic and more likely for an older man to marry a younger woman than an older woman marrying a younger man. Feminism teaches women to waste their 20s and try settling down in their 30s or 40s, which makes it much much harder on themselves. Can it be done? Sure. But on average, 50% of women (25% of black women) will ever marry in their lifetimes. Of course, if a 20 year old man and a 45 year old woman fell in love, I'd still be happy for them and hope for the best.

Women can still poke holes in condoms and steal used condoms to impregnate themselves and still earn child support from the unwilling father. Disagree. I'll tell you why: A man has zero rights after conception, meaning its totally up to the woman whether or not she births the baby or whether or not she keeps it - the man has zero say in her ultimate choice. Since women have 100% authority of who gets born in this world and who doesnt, that means she's 100% responsible for the choices she chooses to make. Since she's 100% responsible, the woman must ensure that she does not have a baby if the situation and conditions aren't ideal, not …

In my opinion, no one can say when a fetus can be considered human, because it will always be subjective. So the safe bet is to always consider it human. I think abortions during the first trimester should be legal once every 5 years (to prevent abuse of the system) though, because no one should be forced …

Yes thats a different point than what was being discussed, you're clueless. But just to entertain that last thought: its not about control, its a moral dilemma. Is killing a fetus murder or not - thats why this debate has gone on for decades. Saying its for "control" is something someone with an agenda would say.

If the baby's big enough, she'll have to birth it, dead or alive. Also that's not the point, medically necessary abortions would be okay, so your example would be covered. You're arguing a point that isnt even relevant to this example.

You're already coming at this in bad faith. Why would i have disdain for my own gender? If war broke out tomorrow, I'd be drafted. Neither of you are interested in the debate though you just want to find more reasons to call me a man hater, which is fine. Not productive, but fine.

Based on the way you responded, you sound like a feminist. You resorted to name calling rather than hearing out my position, which is what a feminist would do. Not sure why this is so hard to understand: men save the women because its instinctual for men to protect women. Women save the women because they have a strong sense of "sisterhood" for the lack of a better term, they stick together for survival.

Why? If someone is able to have their wife at home with their children, that means he's making upwards of at least 150 to 200k for a somewhat decent life, even more in a bigger city. Maintaining a job of that caliber is no walk in the park, so its safe to assume that a man that can afford a stay at home wife and two kids has plenty on his plate, and he still has to come home and wash the dishes otherwise she gets upset?
/r/MensRights08/06/22 01:12 AM

Well, women back then were able to and expected to do those things before automation to today's extent was ever a thing. Now that they have it easier due to the mentioned technological advancements, would you not agree that men should definitely expect not to have to do anything around the house? Would it be better for you if the narrative that Amber is the victim and Johnny is an abuser and should lose his career and reputation stayed that way despite the fact that it was all lies and was only discovered through the very court case that you say is creating a "Johnny is innocent" narrative? Men (traditionally) put God and His will first, which gives the family a sense of direction and purpose. Women put their husbands first and the children must obey their mother and father. It's a hierarchy that no modern woman wants to abide by now, hence the collapse of the family.

I think the rise of LGBT is very relevant to male/female dynamics today. I mean, do you ever hear about feminism without hearing about LGBT? Theres even a whole feminist branch that fights exclusively for women, theyre called TERFs (trans-exclusive Radical Feminist) and i believe one of their main focuses is to stop trans women from entering women's sports. Point is that modern feminism and LGBT are sort of intertwined now, and I think this is very relevant.
/r/MensRights23/05/22 01:37 AM

Why not? Why must it always be about him/herself? Traditional men put their job first because thats what puts food on the family table. They dont put themselves first thats for sure
/r/MensRights23/05/22 01:26 AM

A traditional woman holds traditional values and places her husband and children above her own needs and desires. Its a mindset, it doesnt mean she'll refuse to work over being a housewife. My grandma and mom both worked and id still consider them traditional women as oppsed to modern women.
/r/MensRights22/05/22 10:01 PM

I think its taught by feminism. "Toxic masculinity" is a term they like to use to demonize traditionally masculine traits, like assertiveness, stoicism, emotional toughness, etc. They teach men to be more feminine, while teaching women to be more masculine. I think this is also why we're seeing a rise in people coming out in the LGBT community, because of how confused people are now about their gender and sexuality.

Women are less happy overall, not just in marraiges. Funny enough, as feminism rises in popularity in the US, women overall report greater and greater numbers of unhappiness, depression, and medication use. The problem isnt with the men. Also, you keep mentioning abuse as if it doesnt go both ways, 1:4 and 1:7 arent that far off from each other, and the fact that men are far less likely to be taken seriously suggests that there are far more silent victims of abuse on the men's side than on the w…

The stats aren't in your favor, 50% of marraiges end in divorce, 80% of which are initiated by women. Its women leaving their men, not the other way around. According to the CDC 1 in 4 women experience DV, while 1 in 7 men experience DV. These are only reported stats, which I'd bet if men started coming forward and everyone actually believed them instead of the women by default, mens stats for DV would be much worse, or at the very least, equal. Well first off i wouldn't go into the relationship fearing abuse, thats already a bad way to go into it and id be setting us up for failure. If abandonment and abuse is something youre afraid your husband will do to you at any time then i think you need therapy more than anything, especially since i already established that the SAHP should have certain rights to protect them as much as possible, what those will look like, idk, like ive said twice already.

I didnt say they dont do anything, what? They do, however, do less than most of the people who work 60 to 80 hrs a week to keep the infrastructure healthy and running. I mean, those are huge jobs, and theres a reason why men (given their physical advantages) are the ones who mostly contribute to these jobs overall. From my understanding, alimony is paid out after a divorce. By SAHP, i mean one parent goes to work, the other stays home with the kid(s) (assuming they are married). I think this would be ideal because wages would eventually have to go up to support a family on one income, which is near impossible today because both parents are expected to work and pay a sitter

What we need for marraige and birthrates to start rising: 1. Abolish or limit alimony payments to a year 2. Default 50 50 custody to divorced couples 3. Legalize financial abortion for the man before the woman hits her 2nd trimester or after abortion cannot be safely/ legally performed 4. Incentivize marraiges through tax breaks and certain voting rights 5. Incentivize families to have a stay-at-home parent 6. Our society today, was built on a foundation of tradition, yet its demonized here? Us men have a responsibility, not because "society tells us to" but…

Also, abortion exists, and it is entirely on their hands whether or not they get one. So in the end, women choose to have babies, so they should bear the responsibilities.

The men would be off fighting the war either way, what you think only women would go off and men would stay behind? Theoretically, if the war dragged on, with male and female conscription, there wouldnt be enough adults left in the country to raise the existing population of children. You ever think of that? And dont make us look bad by resorting to insults
/r/MensRights26/02/22 11:13 PM

You are only thinking about the people that exist now, that was clearly said. But people will be born as they always have, and their children will bear the consequences of our actions and/or inactions. Ensuring the survival of not only our families, but our societies, is how we got to where we are today. We are spoiled, well fed and educated. And you cannot argue that without modern societies, we would be living like the native tribes, if that. We definitely wouldnt be seeing human cooperation o…

1 man and 100 women is definitely enough genetic diversity to eventually create a thriving society. Maybe not for the first generation or so, but come on, we're talking about 100 different women. You underestimate how quickly genes mutate, especially across multiple generations.

Interesting take. Perhaps if men didnt pull our full weight anymore, women will start pulling more, equalizing our responsibilities. This can be risky though, and this is an entirely different conversation in itself, but by doing this, we remove the pressure to perform, do you think this can compromise the integrity of our society, both structurally and politically? Without gender roles, men and women are both left with little direction, and thus, maybe bringing an age of low productivity and po…

But is the solution to abolish gender roles? I mean, i get it, the stereotypes come from the roles themselves, but what good will it do society if men and women are no longer required to uphold the roles we've played in society for the past 200,000+ years?
/r/MensRights26/02/22 08:33 PM

By nature, we are. If there are 100 women, all it takes is one man to repolulate. If there are 100 men, itll still take 100 women to repopulate within the same amount of time. This is what i mean by disposable. Should we be treated as such by society? Fuck no, we are much more important than that. Im on your side man, im just acknowledging the reality as well

If you and your husband are both drafted, who will raise your kid? This is one of the reasons i dont support a draft for women, not everyone has or can afford a babysitter. What good will it do the child with BOTH parents gone? Youre right, the fighting will never end, which is why tough decisions, like drafting fathers, husbands, and sons, must be made. Women will struggle to raise these children on their own, and men will struggle on the front lines. War is a struggle that all people have to d…

Hmm, on second thought youre right. Though I think we should be pushing for gender roles, while pushing back against misandrist stereotypes and laws that only benefit women. Its an uphill battle, for sure

Agreed, there needs to be a big action taken by the men in society

Yes, feminists want to abolish gender roles, and look at where they have gotten society so far. Our goal should be to "reinstate" gender roles, while at the same time pushing back against misandrist stereotypes and laws that only benefit women

No, we are disposable by nature, not by duty. The issue, is not being treated as such by society, which is why this sub exists.

Its not the gender roles that are the problem, youre talking about gender stereotypes. This type of stuff didnt happen back when traditional gender roles were the norm. This is a modern problem, men back then were appreciated, the solution isnt to abolish gender roles, rather its to stress the importance of them, and to get people to understand and live by their natural roles and respect each other's role (which seems near impossible nowadays, hence equality being the thing everyone wants instea…

I agree with all the you said, because men being "worse parents" isnt what I was implying at all. In fact, i think fathers on average make better parents than women. My only argument here is that not having gender roles in this society is unsustainable, in my opinion.
/r/MensRights26/02/22 07:59 PM
1

I agree with everything you just said. I believe our main goal, however, should be to get women to uphold their end of the deal, and to treat us with the respect and appreciation we deserve. It seems like the solution most people have here is to send women off to war with us so that they can see the struggles we have to endure, and maybe then they will know how important a mans role truly is. Not a bad idea, but its my opinion that without gender roles, society as we know it is unsustainable
/r/MensRights26/02/22 07:49 PM
1

There needs to be a big shift in society and how it treats men, for sure. My main argument here is that gender roles should be upheld, rather than doing away with them and having true equality. As far as the issues men face that you listed above, this is why we have subs like these. We can have gender roles and not be treated like thw scum of the earth at the same time.
/r/MensRights26/02/22 07:44 PM
2

That I'd agree with, similar to the role women played in WW2. But many here (and on r/askmen)want them to fight alongside us on the front lines, which I do not agree with.
/r/MensRights26/02/22 07:40 PM
1

Yes, i do agree with gender roles. I think more people should. Both genders play an important role in society, but today, women have left their role behind. This sub is mostly filled with people that want women to have equal rights/ equal responsibilities, which is fine for now, but i believe its unsustainable long term
/r/MensRights26/02/22 07:37 PM
-6

If our ancestors said this you wouldnt be alive to type this out. All I'm trying to do is get people to look at the bigger picture here. The solution is to get women to pull their weight in their natural support role, rather than giving them masculine duties and responsibilities.
/r/MensRights26/02/22 07:31 PM
-1

This isnt a "white knight" argument. My argument is to hold women accountable to THEIR duties and responsibilities, not giving them the same responsibilities that us men do. Im looking at the bigger picture here, while the majority of men want women to feel the burden of our duties. This makes sense, sure, but i think this could be catastrophic long term, especially if this escalates into a world war. With men and women off to war, there will be no one to watch/raise children, and countrys will …
/r/MensRights26/02/22 07:28 PM

This is the main point of my argument, women MUST be upheld to their end, something that has been largley ignored in recent times. The solution isnt to send them out to war, the solution is to get them to do their part
/r/MensRights26/02/22 07:23 PM
1

They WILL do something, theyll stay home and raise/protect the children they had with the men that are off fighting a war, as every woman has done in past conflicts. Everyone here keeps forgetting that they have a duty to uphold as well, one thats at home away from the front lines. Without women, who will raise our children in times of war? Babies cant feed themselves
/r/MensRights26/02/22 06:43 PM
4

Men should be drafted and expected to protect. This has always been the case, but women should be held to their duties and responsibilities now more than ever, something that has been largly ignored by western ideologies. If I ever get drafted, fight on the front lines, and be lucky enough to return home, I'd expect a greater level of appreciation and more involvement from women in their natural duties, otherwise fuck em.
/r/MensRights26/02/22 06:26 PM

Everyone here is missing the consequence of letting our women to fend for ourselves/ get drafted. For one, women have proven time and time again that they are not as effective, even being a detriment, to male military squads. So although it sounds good to draft women in theory for "equality," itd actually end up bringing down our militarys effectiveness. 2nd, and most importantly, if women arent protected and are left to die, the average age of our countrys people will start rising, and eventual…

I'd say I'm a pacifist too. Fuck war and fuck dying for something that might not even matter to me. But I see honor in standing up and defending our women and children, even if that means giving my own life. If we get drafted, it means we've gotten to the point where our own women and children are at risk (at least I hope, this would be the only reason I'd gladly respond to the draft.) To each their own, however. Just because I may choose not to dodge a draft, doesn't mean I'd judge anyone who d…

Okay, i completely agree with you. Men and women have different strengths, and if only men are required to register for the draft, then there should be advantages and disadvantages in the law for both men and women. Its fair, without necessarily being equal, if that makes sense

True, I was seeing a girl for a month. I've been redpilled for over 2 years. I guess she didnt like the way I was gonna run the relationship, called me insecure for having certain standards, and broke it off with me. But I guess it was for the best. Overall, I think I dodged a bullet, and my redpill mindset only really sped up that process rather than having that relationship go on and fail later down the line, causing even more heartbreak

/r/MensRights27/10/21 10:30 AM

Society will reach a tipping point. As more and more female-friendly, anti-male laws are passed, and as more men get fucked over as a result, the more support groups like these will get from both men AND women. Eventually, the government wont be able to ignore whats going on and they'll be pressured into doing something.

I dont mind providing for the whole family, as long as she does her wifely duties at home. I feel like this is the majority of men, the problem is that modern women dont pull their own weight in the relationship and expect the man to provide everything, while she sits on her ass all day and wont even have sex with him or cook for him when he comes home.

Copied from another reply: Men merely adapted to the dating culture that women created. If modern women didn't give it up so easy and were more marraige minded, there wouldn't be many "plates" to spin, thus making men more likely to commit.

You are correct in that religion taught us morals, to not kill, steal, etc. However, there are many worldwide religions that teach the same values, and as far as i know, you cannot be say a Christian and Hindu, or a Buddhist and a Muslim.
