From the standpoint of deontology or Kantian based ethics which is built around a set of rules, yes. No matter what. What it boils down to is this theory argues that you shouldnt ever treat a person as a means to an end, but an end within himself. Killing that person would deprive him of his autonomy or ability to be self determining. Killing him would be the most extreme way of restricting that and therefore make killing him wrong. Contrary to what many believe, morality is objective and not subjective, so it cannot be relative as there should be a clear yes or no on if something is a moral decision or not. Therefore who is making the decision would have no bearing on it being moral or immoral.

From what I just read in the article /u/MattyAnon posted I was acting to interested in them while I was with them instead of being more relaxed and casual, so that would violate the behavior points you just made too.
