there is no disagreement here. notice how I did not precede 'trait' with the adjective 'genetic' in my post; like all three of your citations, I believe that homosexuality is probably some combination of nature/nurture, but at the end of the day I don't think that one has much (if any) conscious control over one's sexual orientation. being heterosexual myself I can only speculate. but I attended college at a very conservative institution and befriended a few guys who I know would much rather hav…

figured this would be the first rebuttal. almost everybody is bisexual to a degree I agree. what you're suggesting is that masturbatory habits can influence the degree to which one his homo/heterosexual. I don't agree.

what more is there to say? it's pretty widely accepted, at least in the west, that homosexuality is a trait that you're either born with or not; if that's something you wish to refute then the burden of proof is on you. even if you find yourself venturing into tranny porn out of desensitization like one commenter here, you're still pretty firmly slotted in heterosexuality. excessive masturbation will not make you blind and it certainly won't make you gay.

if you actually think it's possible to turn gay because you're addicted to porn, you're a fucking moron.

Then you start misjudging people within that subset and then you miss out on who the person really is. top fucking lel. the irony is that you'll always miss out on who the girl "really is" because you'll always treat her as a unique snowflake, and she'll never get intimate with you

woah, contentious thread here. I'm sure this is making the rounds throughout the feminist subreddits as I type, and I feel as though this topic (cheating enabling) is just about the only legitimate argument against TRP, so I feel like sharing my thoughts. first of all, no matter how off-putting you may find zionController's demeanor, it's abundantly clear that this girl is looking for trouble from the start. I've gotten these same texts from girls in relationships out of the blue, and if you hav…

yep. especially hot girls that have personally seen the whole gamut of game being run on them.

why is this getting upvoted? women want attractive men. physical attractiveness is not only malleable but also only one aspect of attractiveness in men. end of story

it's crazy to me that these sorts of fundamental revelations pertaining to unique relationships can occur past the point of marriage and children, but I guess it just goes to show how deeply some damaging feminist ideas can penetrate

I've thought about this a bit. I'm not convinced you're entirely correct. the nature of social dynamics is such that a totally dominant male in a particular environment can easily revert to a bottom-of-the-barrel beta without fierce and purposeful adaptation when transplanted into another. consider the differences between a man at the top of the social ladder at an art school and one atop a frat-dominated campus; were an artistically gifted student to end up at SMU, his talents would likely go u…

last week I was drinking with a girl in her room and the subject of her gullibility came up. I was giving her a hard time for being easy to fool, and she told me that she was going to try to fool me at some point later in the night by making me believe something untrue. not 30 seconds later she said "my boyfriend sent me a bunch of worried texts tonight asking where I was ... just kidding." most girls are just incapable of being sly

I like 4chan a lot too. late-night beta threads on /fit/ are my carton of Ben & Jerry's. but, again, browsing 4chan doesn't tend to do wonders in the realm of social success; maybe it's impossible to build and maintain a social network / news aggregator that doesn't ultimately regress into politically correct nonsense and/or beta feels. if you've been around for a while, you can see it in this subreddit already http://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/1ds19u/need_help_with_a_girl_who_wants_to…

I think it's a play on words, 'ess' being a suffix appended to words to make them female

the article was pretty good, according to this site. We learned about REST this week. The simplicity of Ryan Tomayko’s explanation in How I explained REST to my wife made me smile. I don’t know much about previously used distributed systems’ architecture like SOAP or WSDL, but would probably appreciate an explanation of each in Tomayko’s style. A quick and accessible read. Kudos, Ryan!

not an excuse, just a physical limitation of the human body. all the best to you, buddy

you're delusional if you think anybody who didn't start exercising yesterday can increase their bench by 50 or more pounds or take 3 minutes off their mile time in 6 weeks. it doesn't matter how dedicated you are to your goal, the human body can't repair itself that quickly. don't do anything stupid, guys

-Increase your max. bench by 50lbs+ -Take 3 minutes of your best time for running a mile in 6 weeks these are really not possible unless you just started lifting/running yesterday, and even then it's pretty unlikely unless you seriously underestimated your strength/stamina. a more realistic goal might be to add 20lbs or shave a minute off your time, assuming you're just getting into it.

Honestly, who cares? Women only have a decade to enjoy their sexual peaks; let them stick it to their livers as much as they want. This dude is mad as fuck

I actually agree with this, although I'd argue that the conflict occurs not on a greater level but on a more primordial one.

I just had to hang my head and sigh after reading this. feeling lots of manly pain for her unwitting husband and the countless other utterly emasculated men out there in this world

make no mistake, she won't go around telling her cute friends how hot you are if you're acting like being a beta for her
/r/becomeaman19/01/13 08:51 AM

If you're a really hot guy, life is great. But if you're an average guy, then you can expect to have fewer sexual partners than the average girl (I have citations for this, somewhere). important distinction: if you are a sexually attractive (not necessarily physically attractive) guy, life is great. also, the average woman having more sexual partners (more sexual release) than the average man is especially frustrating to men because of their naturally more frequent sexual urges. taking that into…

never really attracted a girl in my life > randomly found explosive success in high school (dating girls two years older, three ways, unshakeable confidence) peppered with moments of beta > currently totally sexually unfulfilled in college, trying to figure out what I did right in high school. realizing that my most successful interactions with the opposite sex abide completely by the laws of the red pill. attempting to reclaim former glory (or at least fulfill my needs)
